Look seriously at the skin wrapped on the body. His creation and process are so sensitive, subtle, complex and powerful. In a square foot of skin about 72 feet long nerves are laid like a net. In this same space, the length of the blood vessels is about 12 feet. When body heat needs to escape, they expand and when cold, they contract to keep the body warm by not allowing the internal heat to escape.
There are about two lakh fat glands in the skin of the whole body. Out of these, harmful substances of the body keep coming out in the form of sweat. If one is lazy in taking bath, then the sweat on the skin dries up and becomes like a layer and its toxicity does not stink. But diseases like itchy herpes pimples also arise. In psoriasis, the skin looks straight, but it is filled with so many tiny differences that one has to wonder how it is filled with so many things. Muscles can be divided into three parts:

(3) Those which have both characteristics and are affected by chemical action within the body. All three have their important uses. As a result of their combined efforts, we appear healthy and strong. If there is weakness in it, then there will be a pain. The working of muscles may seem simple, but their structure and mechanism of action are so much more complex. that they are astonished at their method of work. Nobel laureate Akar J. Jyogi has discovered two chemical elements behind muscle activity – (1) protein section, (2) myosin. They say that the combination of these two produces muscle activation. Both these proteins do not come from outside, they are produced automatically and there is a great contribution of willpower in their production.
Dietetically appropriate amounts of protein and carbohydrates are essential for muscle nutrition, but at the same time, the basic ability to absorb and assimilate these supplements must already be in muscle. The basic source of power is energy. Electricity is produced from energy itself. The ‘Jeevan Tattva’ is visible in the body and based on that it is possible to survive, but this life element is not a product of the body.
