Do you know how happy you have been in your life? And sad? Perhaps instead of happiness, you will remember your sorrow. Therefore, the more you remember sorrow in life, the more you have to learn to remember the moment of happiness. Being happy is a precious gift that no one can take away, whether you are happy or not it is your responsibility alone, if your happiness is dependent on others, then you will only be sad, and disappointed in life. If you put the responsibility of making yourself happy on others, it is not only impossible but also the cause of sorrow. Because people have their agendas in life, but also unfair because no one wants to be burdened with an extra burden. So you discover, create, maintain, and nurture your happiness. Make a habit of being happy in your life.

Happiness is an asset that no person can ever take away from you. You are the master of your happiness. It keeps you safe from all kinds of emotional control, dominance, and emotional dependence on others. Learn to control your emotions yourself, not at the signals of others. Today we are sad because what does that person say to us? Therefore, mental health is very important. It gives us emotional freedom and it proves extremely powerful for success and living a full, balanced life. Human society is conceived of a family, in which emotions are exchanged. Each other’s pain is shared. Respect is also given. Our family members, friends, colleagues, and others have a natural nature to have perspective, reasoning, and opinions on everything. Each person has different ways of doing his work, the workplace, the idea, the system is also different. It is very difficult to read the mind correctly. Even understanding your mind is a complex task. So, is it better what you want?

What do you want? It is very important to explore this question. Try to ask the question, what do you want? Learn to understand and express yourself. Instead of saying what you don’t want or listing the faults of others, be positive. Can you be happy by talking so much!!!! This sounds very easy to write but it is difficult to bring into discipline. No matter how difficult the path is, it is very important to walk. Get used to good things. Always be grateful for the kind gestures that people show towards you. Whatever is possible, accept people and express gratitude. This will make you count your blessings, resulting in contentment and happiness. Take free time for something you love: pursue your hobby and something you enjoy doing. For example, cooking, listening to music, writing, etc.

Don’t treat others what you don’t like.  It’s perfectly okay to say no to something you don’t want to do but be forced to do by others. For example – postponing a task, consuming drugs, smoking, and engaging in screen time for a long time. Do not let these habits affect you and do not make your speech bitter. Accept others unconditionally: Accepting yourself as you are and accepting others the way they are will make your life easier

Unconditional love is your true nature: love everyone unconditionally, without any expectation in return. This is our true identity. There are many personal duties in human life that we all have to fulfill, but after a time, everyone has to build themselves and become empowered to send vibrations of unconditional love.  This will remove all the negativity from your mind and you will always be in a state of happiness. Only a person who is at peace with himself and the world can keep others happy. A happy person creates a happy family. Happy families build a happy nation. Happy nations make the world peaceful. If you want to show the right path to the world, you have to change yourself. This blog is created for that.
