Vedic Hologram theory.

Do you have a favorite place you have visited? Where is it?

The Universe is a really vast and complex place that, in many ways, we still don’t understand.
But let’s have a look at the possibilities in the vast Universe and our understanding of it. We exist on this relatively tiny rock called Earth, floating around a relatively average star, the sun, and with the help of modern technology, we’ve only just begun to explore even a tiny part of the space that surrounds us. Vedas or science do not talk about multiverses, if science does so it is just an assumption for a particular theory like a hologram or parallel universe. But yeah Vedas and science do know about multi universes. Our Scriptures describe infinite different universes, they have described many universes and parallel universes within, earlier science was not capable of grasping it, but now they accept the possibilities of parallel universes within the universe (read hologram theory).

According to Vedic physics, space inside our universe is multidimensional. There are 64 main dimensions and each dimension is further divided into many sub-dimensions. Since the inhabitants of the earth can only perceive three dimensions, their senses have no access to many other realms of universal reality. Therefore, we are unable to perceive many other planets and their inhabitants. Furthermore, there are other planets that we can perceive but at the same time, we cannot see their inhabitants. According to Vedic physics, different planetary levels have different time scales. The relativity of time is elaborately described in the Vedic literature.

In Atharvaveda, the power of thought has been called the supreme power of the universe. Based on which humans live. This power is the basis of life, which is with man every moment, this is the power of thinking, and this is also mental energy. Weakening of thinking power means loss of mental health balance. Therefore, great importance has been given to the power of thought in Indian spirituality.

Thought, full of fully conscious energy, is the first best thing in the world. The feeling of welfare in positive thoughts and the intelligence or power of destruction in negative thoughts should be able to be observed properly. So that we do not live life only in a mechanical way. Life is a pleasure. Our human brain is the machine to generates thought power and memory. Science is not able to estimate the power of thought because it is very subtle and is different from the grasp of machine power because it is related to human consciousness, not to matter By thinking deeply and dedicating all your attention power to that desired result, thoughts become full of power and turn into life force, in which the force of both brain and heart – mind and heart – starts working. The magnet can be converted into heat, heat into electricity, and electricity into light. Thought is also energy, so there is no doubt that it can also be converted into other forces. The one who works to provide energy and enthusiasm in this mental power is called Sukta in Vedic language Which is the code language through which that energy present in the Universe is contacted, and that energy is established in the body. This is part of comes medicine that is not possible to see with human eyes. This is the Sanskrit Suktam in which the vibrations of the brain are brought alive in the human body.

The biological clock

What is one thing you would change about yourself?

Our human body is a science in itself, the research that happens outside is first made in our own body, so it is important to understand the science of the human body. The science of the human body is far ahead of the education we study engineering at the university. The purpose of spirituality beyond science is to make you realize proper knowledge. Do we live this life with full awareness? No!! We only see our body on a physical level, we have forgotten it Therefore, you should try to make your lifestyle pure. Sleeping at night is also an art, during 11 to 3 pm, more of your blood circulation is focused towards the liver, when the liver receives more blood, its size increases, this is the crucial time when your body goes through the process of releasing the stored toxin. Your liver also neutralizes and eliminates the toxins collected by the body throughout the day. Therefore, there is no separate machine in the body, this working system is made in our body itself.

If you go to bed at 11 o’clock, you have four full hours to detoxify your body. If you sleep at noon, then 3 hours. If you sleep at 1 o’clock, then 2 hours. If you sleep at 2 o’clock, you get only one hour to clean the toxic substances. Do you sleep after 3 p.m.? Unfortunately, you have no time left to detoxify the body. If you continue the routine in the same way, over time these toxins begin to accumulate in your body. Over time, cancer emerges like many diseases, so think about how much you contribute to the formation of the disease and stay healthy.

Have you ever been up late? Have you felt that you feel very tired the next day, no matter how many hours you sleep? By not giving the body full time to detoxify, you also go away from many important functions of the body. Between 3 and 5 in the morning, the center of blood circulation is your lungs. At this time you should breathe fresh air and exercise. You should fill your body with good energy, at this time the air is very fresh and full of beneficial ions. So this is a good time to do pranayama and there is science behind it.  Between 5 and 7 a.m., the center of blood circulation is towards your large intestine You should go to the restroom at this time. All the poison should be removed from your large intestine. Prepare your body for the nutrients it absorbs throughout the day. Between 7 and 9 in the morning, the center of blood circulation is your stomach or stomach. You should eat breakfast at this time. This is the most important meal of the day. Make sure it contains all the essential nutrients. Not having breakfast in the morning causes many health-related problems in the future. Follow your natural routine by following your body’s natural biological clock

Both of

Beach or mountains? Which do you prefer? Why?

Many times in life, there are situations of happiness and sorrow. Therefore, if we have to handle ourselves by staying strong like a rock, then we have to flow like a wave of water. If you want to live life, then the waves of rock and water are important. Even if one is physically weak, one should remain mentally strong. By maintaining one’s morale, this will soon be understood and man will also become physically strong. We will move on the same path in which our thoughts flow.

Those who have a feeling of sadness, anxiety, disappointment, or distress,t of life can never succeed in the world. A person who strives with confidence and struggles with strength, looks with a hopeful attitude, and struggles with courage can live life by conquering all the difficulties of life. Those who cry when there is a little difficulty, give up their hands and feet in panic, or disbelieve in their powers, are deprived of all the pleasures of the world and become entitled to live a life full of sorrow and anger. Therefore, the wave in the middle of the sea gives a sense of continuity Have a high feeling towards yourself, do even the smallest work with great spirit, and face even the biggest adversity like a rock. Move forward with the light of confidence and hope, have unwavering loyalty to life, and see that you become the possessor of a beautiful, healthy, successful, and long life.

Before eating

What are your family’s top 3 favorite meals?

Many young people fill their stomachs by eating it, the changing lifestyle has made this Chinese food an important part of our day-to-day life.
Be it children or adults, people of every class eat it with great passion. But did you know that what is used to make these dishes delicious is called Ajinomoto…
The spice of driving the mind crazy… It is also called brain broom which is in the form of white crystals. It is a chemical called monosodium glutamate (M.S.G.) which people know as Ajinomoto. It enhances the taste of the food in which it is added… Ajinomoto is a chemical that confuses the tongue after touching it and sends false messages to the brain. Due to this rotten or tasteless food also feels good. The use of this chemical disrupts the network of neurons between the organs of the body and the brain, which has far-reaching consequences. Monosodium glutamate was discovered by a Japanese scientist, Kikunai Ikeda, in 1908. Kikunai Ikeda was working at Tokyo Imperial University at the time.

The professor’s wife often made a popular Japanese stock (soup) ‘Dashi’ from seagrass called kelp. He noticed that Japanese broth made from seagrass Katsuobushi and Kombu (kelp) has a peculiar taste. … Which is different from sweet, salty, sour, and bitter taste. Professor isolated glutamic acid (Ajinomoto) from sea-grass Laminaria japonica, Kombu, by aqueous extraction and crystallization method the special flavor of this salt was named Umami. … Which became famous as a fifth flavor. … Which means pleasant taste. Professor Ikeda named this discovery monosodium glutamate and took a patent in Japan under the name of MSG. In 1909, together with the Suzuki brothers, they opened a company called Ajinomoto for its commercial production. It was commercially produced for the first time this year. The debate over whether Ajinomoto is safe for humans began when a Chinese restaurant syndrome decided not to use it because of the dishes in which Ajinomoto was used. After eating them, their customers started falling ill and the biggest thing was that the symptoms of all the sick customers were also the same. After this incident, the Medico Academic Industry also started writing about the side effects of MSG.

Ajinomoto-rich food should not be eaten during pregnancy. Consuming excessive amounts of MSG during pregnancy can be fatal for the unborn baby.  Ajinomoto is a type of salt.  It increases blood pressure, which hinders the delivery of the right amount of food to the child and affects the neurons of the child’s brain Due to this the development of the child in the womb is not fully done and the baby can be born mentally weak. Its consumption has also been found to cause headache, flushing, sweating, nausea (dizziness and vomiting), and weakness and in some studies, excessive consumption of it can cause brain damage and eye problems in children. MSG is a neurotransmitter, which stimulates brain cells. Stimulated neurons can cause insomnia-like conditions.

Excessive intake can also cause problems like a sudden increase in heartbeat and stretching of chest muscles. Ajinomoto can cause pain in the muscles and knees of the feet. It weakens the bones and reduces the amount of calcium taken by the body By consuming it, the amount of insulin in the body increases and its intake increases the level of glutamate in the blood. For this reason, there is a very serious effect on the body. Ultimately, it acts like an addiction. Once you eat it, you want to eat it again and again, and eating it causes harm

Instincts.

Do you trust your instincts?

Once a person came to Swami Vivekananda’s ashram who was very sad. As soon as the person came, he started crying in front of Swami Vivekananda ji and said, “I am very unhappy with my life, I work very hard in my daily life but never get success.” I have never been successful despite being educated and hardworking.
Swamiji understood the problem of that person in an instant. In those days Swamiji had a small pet dog, and he said to that person – ‘You take my dog for a walk some distance then I will answer your ⁉️

The man looked at Swamiji in great surprise and then took the dog and went some distance away. After walking around for a long time, when the person reached back to Swamiji, Swamiji saw that the person’s face was still shining, while the dog looked very tired. So the person said – I was merely walking my way, but this dog was running after all the dogs in the street and would fight and come back to me. We’ve both taken a similar path, but still, this dog has run a lot more than me, so it’s tired. Swamiji smiled and said – This is the answer to all your questions, your destination is around you, it is not far away, but instead of going to the destination, you keep running after other people and move away from your destination

My favourite city is my DIVINE HUMAN BODY.

What is your favorite place to go in your city?

We need to understand some rules so that we can realize the idea. Many times there are reasons why an idea doesn’t materialize or doesn’t happen. There is no need to think much about it. Because today we want to think about what is happening rather than what is happening. The secret of imagination or creative thinking is basically to believe that what one wants can be created in the mind only after giving it a concrete form. We can do this because our subconscious mind takes us to that higher level. We can call it the superconscious mind. This superconscious mind instructs our brain on what to do to achieve what it wants to achieve. It is the elevation of one’s plans to the higher realms and the descent of one’s plans. Well, you can also call it a blessing or common mental energy; So that it achieves what it normally cannot achieve. For this, the mind has to be first made strong and healthy in every way or freed from unnecessary thoughts. The most important step in this is to always state or affirm that my knowledge or my understanding of any situation can never be perfect. Perhaps, it will have many more layers, more consequences, and even sides. We can only see a few sides of it, but it can have infinite aspects and angles.

An explanation of one of these methods will help you. It is not a ritual. You can call it a kind of mental exercise or psychological technique if you want. First of all, for a few days, even two days, you should go away from your place of work or the place of your daily activities. Go to a new place, the more beautiful the place, the better. Where there are many trees, there is greenery. Where you will wake up in the morning with the sweet songs of birds. Choose a place where you can see beautiful mountains from your window or where there is a beautiful beach with the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. Go to such a place. And read the next post!!!

What do I want?

What book are you reading right now?

Shrimad Bhagvat Gita ji

Along with this, ‘how will the future be,’ this matter should also be considered with foresight and seriousness, and mental preparation should be done for the future. Because we cannot run away from the future, we have to face it. Worrying or worrying will do nothing. You have to have courage. Have to be patient, and make wise decisions, what is the environment around us like? How are the people? Who among them are our friends, and who are our enemies? From where can those enemies harm us? These things have to be seriously considered. We have to beware of those enemies and maintain a friendship with gentlemen. Will take the help of friends when in trouble, and will also help them when needed. In this way, you have to work with intelligence and courage.

The person who will live his life by this method will be least unhappy in his life, will get maximum happiness, and his life will be successful.
What am I?, What am I doing?, What position am I in?, How am I? All these things don’t matter. Only one thing matters. “What do I want?” So be a good thinker, make your thoughts beautiful, and you will automatically become beautiful.

The conscience of human beings, listening and understanding, the same is true, the same is true knowledge. The disciplined man can achieve the philosophy and real knowledge of the truth. On the achievement of real knowledge, all the mourning and sorrow of man becomes self-resolved. Where there will be light, there will be darkness, and where knowledge will not be sad. The lack of light is dark and the absence of knowledge is only sad. There is no other fundamental existence of sadness.

Spirituality is beyond science. How does it help us reduce our worries, our fears, and our anger?
And it’s very healing. We let our natural capacity for healing work. A positive attitude and meditation awaken thoughts. When we meditate, what we do penetrates the deeper part of our being. At that time, we can coordinate with our inner subtle body.

We usually waste our lives in a weak mindset, distracted from our true nature, so meditation introduces us to ourselves, where we can truly experience our full existence. Time, power, body, and money do not cooperate in life all the time. But good nature, spiritual path, and good thinking always help in life. Spirituality is beyond science for this purpose and works only for you

“Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”

Describe a family member.

Nature as family is a beautiful perspective. It underscores the interconnectedness of all living beings and the environment. This perspective encourages respect, care, and responsibility towards the natural world. It also reminds us of our role as stewards of the Earth, with the duty to preserve and protect it for future generations. Embracing nature as family fosters a deeper appreciation for the intricate web of life that sustains us all. “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” is a Sanskrit phrase from ancient Indian scriptures, specifically the Maha Upanishad. It translates to “the world is one family” in English. This concept emphasizes the idea that the entire world is interconnected and all of humanity is linked in a familial bond. It promotes the values of universal love, peace, and understanding among all people, regardless of nationality, race, religion, or other divisions. It encourages a sense of shared responsibility for the well-being of the entire global community. This philosophy has been influential in Indian thought and has gained recognition worldwide as a guiding principle for promoting harmony and unity among diverse cultures and societies.
