Experience life, wholly and keep your spirits high.
When we see a person crossing the road and see a speeding car coming, the brakes of that car apply at some distance from the person and the person reaches the other side. Seeing all this, a storm of thoughts starts running fast in your mind. Your eyes are looking for that person. Where will he be? If not dead? You see it. He is busy with his work and moves on.
What comes to mind if you think about it carefully? Let’s review it!! The person crossing the road has his boundaries about himself. Like I’m sick. Due to old age, I cannot run fast. I can’t even see well. I am very weak. Such beliefs and thoughts hypnotize the person’s mind.
He is kept within a boundary. But when it comes time to save a life, all the physical systems and the mind come into play. He overcame all the thoughts and limitations of his mind to save life at any cost. In short, the person forgot his limitations and crossed the road without any concern. Although this action was involuntary, it was accompanied by ‘thoughts’ following desire. Sometimes there is a difference in our thought process. At that time the mind takes control of our thoughts. The same must have happened to that person. It was a life-or-death situation. At that time the old man’s mind takes control of all his limitations and thoughts about it and he immediately crosses the road speedily and saves his life.
Of course, psychological and scientific explanations can also be given behind this. There is a substance called ‘adrenaline’ in our body. During times of anger, fear, and excitement, this substance mixes with the blood and helps to control the activity of our heart. During this very critical period of the person’s life, this substance mixed with the blood and created a wonderful kind of power. That is why he faced this difficult situation in his life. Mixing this substance was a physical process. But where was that drain button? How did this suddenly happen to that person? Who dropped it? If that person had thought about his limitations at that moment, would he have been able to cross such a road? Of course not. It would have been impossible for him to move from one side to the other if he was balancing whether I could cross such a crowded road.
At such times he acted without any thought. That is why he succeeded and was able to save lives. I will not say that you should not think! But our mind has multiple dimensions that operate beyond our normal, rational, and logical thinking. I think we should take this lesson from this story. Thinking is very necessary for our daily life. It is also needed. But you should be able to find a natural way to get yourself out of it. We should be able to remove as many negative thoughts from our minds as have hypnotized us. And we must break all the restrictions imposed on our minds by this third dimension of living. Going beyond ordinary thinking, we must unleash the immense potential that is eager to emerge from our minds. There are many ways to do this. Meditation is a classical way of doing this. This is the way to reach the deepest depths of the mind or even beyond. It is possible to develop great potential by awakening deep-seated latent powers. There is no doubt that these abilities will take us to an infinite height of mind.
Life is the name of turning them into opportunities while facing challenges, stepping out of the comfort zone and accepting the challenges of life, and moving towards self-development is the art of living. While living life, facing your fears, and overcoming them, is the name of a desired meaningful-successful life. Life is the name of self-conquest by conquering small weaknesses. Life is the name of creating the desired creation while facing the circumstances and opportunities. Certainly not that simple a task. For this, we have to get down in practice. One has to have the courage to face every challenge. Fear has to be faced. Normally no one wants to get out of their comfort zone. It is such a comfortable state where you feel at ease and does not want to come out of it. One feels safe in it, but the tragedies associated with it are no less. In its scope, a person has the illusion of happiness, peace, and security. In a small circle, a person is a victim of overconfidence; Because he is always doing the same thing. So there is less danger and one feels full of energy, as confined people experience in life. There is only one way left in life. Life does not develop to its full potential amid these perceived advantages in a comfort zone. Skill can be developed only within a limited scope. In this, but at the same time there is no danger, and there is no great reward, which the person subconsciously hopes for. With this, a lack of self-confidence and a negative attitude toward life develop. When there is no full development of life, there is a sense of frustration and disappointment in living life and there is also the pain of not being able to fully bloom the buds of life’s possibilities. In the language of psychology, a person feels deprived of the destination of self-actualization and stays away from the realization of perfection. To get out of this, first of all, it is necessary to experience how the comfort zone becomes a hindrance in its all-around development. Has happened. Only after this experience, did the efforts to get out of it start. As long as one is satisfied with the attraction of the comfort zone, the question of getting out of it does not arise, but when the need for self-improvement is realized on this basis after introspection, then the efforts begin. Some useful steps that can be taken in this direction are discussed here.
First of all decide your goal, which you have not yet achieved and which you want to accomplish, the most important thing is to think and create what you want, it is easy to write but difficult in practical. . So first of all take small steps in this direction. Make a list of tasks that you find difficult. Now choose some of these tasks every day. In the context of health, such experiments can be done with diet. If dietary habits have deteriorated, then necessary changes and improvements can also be made in relation to diet. It is possible to create thoughts only through diet, as will be the diet, so will be the thoughts. If heavy food predominates in the diet, then you can include healthy, sattvic simple food in it. Similarly, in relation to physical labor and exercise, where laziness is gaining its place, then try to add something new there and can take it to a new level, which makes the body more strong and healthy. You can add a new dimension to your professional life success by working on new skills necessary for a successful life, which increase your confidence and quality of life. Every week you can add a book to your study, new meditation, new physical activity or work on a new topic, so that you can come out of the trap of bad thoughts in your mind. You can set regular timings for your favorite books.
Positive self talk .
If life is in depression, ask yourself deep questions and challenge yourself. Incorporate some new creative activities into your daily routine. Take a few moments to meditate. Start by doing small things. Along with the Art of Self Realization, you can also combine a diary and some creative writing exercises. Like drawing. Start talking to a stranger every day to grow your emotional growth and social circle. Practice speaking on stage. It is known that 85% of people are afraid of speaking on stage. If you are also in this category, then take small and bold steps to come out of it. You can record your video while speaking. Review yourself after seeing this and do the necessary exercises for improvement. Practice witnessing your stress and anger and feel yourself stepping out of your comfort zone. Reward yourself when you succeed.
In this way, try to come out of it by breaking your comfort zone. Challenge the beliefs that keep you stuck in your comfort zone. Take the bold step of stepping out with an honest assessment and feel free to move past where you are stuck. With this, give appropriate and desired praise to others. Find a community that interests you and become a part of it. By joining this, your creative talent will get a proper place and the doors will also open to getting out of your comfort zone easily. Sharing the successful experiences of your life with others can add a new encouraging dimension to this context. In this way, the process of recovering from the comfort zone is completed, which has four successive stages –
1. Comfort zone
2. Fear zone
3. Learning zone
4. Growth zone
Fear is faced in the first phase, and facing it in the second phase is completed with necessary learning, concrete learning from such experience results in self-development. With all this comes new confidence, enthusiasm, and life satisfaction. In this way, self-development happens only when you get out of your comfort zone. Its path goes only through tension, dilemma, and discomfort. Every day something has to be done, which scares you, and makes you uncomfortable. The path of self-creation is paved by facing fear again and again. Without going through this process, words like improvement, achievement, and success lose their meaning and seem hollow. In this way, today’s labor, effort, and sweat define your successful, meaningful life tomorrow, and a successful and meaningful life is started by getting out of your comfort zone.
Maharishi Patanjali says about meditation in Yogasutra (3.2)-
तत्र प्रत्ययैकतानता ध्यानम् ।
That is, meditation is the constant concentration of the mind in the place where the mind is applied. Maharishi Patanjali Ji wants to say that keeping the mind focused on one place i.e. on any one part of the body, the heart, the middle of the brow, or any deity or picture, etc. is a Dharana, but wherever the mind is focused, it stays in that. Meditation is the concentration of the mind and no other thoughts arise in between. For example, concentration is to fix, stop or stop the mind on any formless or formless form of God, but meditation is to stop the mind completely on that formless, corporeal, formless form of God. At that time, there is no place for any other thoughts except God in the mind, in the mind, only God’s light remains, that is meditation. Meditation is the stopping of the mind in the sky while perceiving the sky. There the mind immersed in the sky itself becomes sky-like. There the mind is in the sky and the sky is in the mind. At that time, there is only unbroken thought or attitude of the sky in the mind, not of anyone else. Ultimately, the ultimate goal of yoga practice is “samadhi” for that unbroken instinct of the mind to merge into the sky, to drown in the sky, to disappear in the sky itself. Samadhi is the culmination of meditation, the conclusion of meditation. Similarly, fixing the mind on the rising sun in the morning is dharna, but when that dharna becomes so deep that the mind stops in the same sun, in the same image, in the same attitude, then it is meditation. Samadhi is the dissolution of the mind completely in the same attitude, in the same sun, becoming absorbed in it.
The rising sun is like a fire sitting amidst the redness of the light, which is visible now, but as the light becomes more intense, the sun appears like a ball of fire. Ultimately that situation comes, when that ray of light becomes completely in the form of fire. Those light rays then have no independent existence of their own. It becomes fire. Then there is no difference between light and fire. Both become identical. Regarding samadhi, sage Patanjali says in Yogasutra (3.3):
तदेवार्थमात्रनिर्भासं स्वरूपशून्यमिव समाधिः ।
That is, when in this process of meditation, only the object on which the attention is being focused, only that object remains and the self-nature of the mind becomes zero-like, then the same meditation becomes samadhi. Just as the sun’s rays are collected on a piece of wet glass, fire is generated and the paper burns from it, in the same way, the meditation of the meditator on the divine or the other object of meditation, as meditation deepens, By the way, the energy of meditation, the fire of meditation keeps getting accumulated in the mind. Then the energy of meditation, the fire of meditation, becomes so intense that the seeds of karma-sanskars imprinted in the unconscious mind of the meditator start burning with that fire of meditation.
Just like a small spark is enough to burn the entire forest area. A small spark turns into a wildfire in no time and the entire forest area gets burnt to ashes. In the same way, the fierce fire of meditation generated in the mind slowly engulfs the sanskars prevailing in the mind and within no time, the seeds of the accumulated deeds in the mind begin to die. The end goes on getting pure. Yes, this situation does not come only immediately, for this the seeker has to remain undisturbed, regularly, patiently, and faithfully in the practice of meditation for a long time. Only then that huge meditation can be generated in his mind, due to which he can destroy the roots and vegetables of his mind.
In the same way, the seeker also transmits the energy of meditation manifested in the conscious mind to the unconscious mind in the state of meditation and burns the rituals of the mind. By continuing this process of meditation for a long time, the unconscious mind becomes cultureless and shines, it becomes refined. Then the covering of ignorance-like impurities on the soul also vanishes and all the three types of Karma Samskaras like Sadhak, Avidya, Asmita, Love-Aversion, Abhinivesh, etc. Only the Kaivalya state is attained. Then he experiences ultimate bliss, Brahmanand every moment. In the words of Maharishi Patanjali, at that time, when the instincts of the mind are completely restrained, the seer (soul) becomes stable in its form, that is, it attains the state of Kaivalya. That is, Samadhi is the name of the sanskar-less, viceless, thoughtless, and pure state of the mind. It is in this state of mind that the soul realizes its true blissful form. In that state, consciousness arises by connecting with self-consciousness. The soul becomes imbued with divine energy and a divine exchange begins between the soul and the Supreme Soul.
As soon as it is connected with meditation, the self-consciousness gets attracted to the divine consciousness and starts becoming blissful. The seeker gets familiar with himself, and self-consciousness and rises towards the light. Descending even deeper into the state of meditation, flowing in the strong flow of meditation, the seeker feels himself to be divine. On the other hand, due to the sophistication of the unconscious, the seeker becomes free from many mental disorders and diseases. Due to the refinement of the mind, it becomes healthy not only mentally, but also physically. In that state, he gets free from various psycho-physical ailments and starts living a happy and healthy life. Due to the accumulated energy, and concentration of the mind generated due to meditation, he starts achieving success in other social areas of life as well. His self-confidence and morale become so strong that he does not give up even in adverse circumstances and makes those adverse conditions favorable to him. Desperation and despair can never even touch him; Because his life view becomes optimistic.
This is the imperishable, integral, and non-dual state of unity of the soul and the Supreme Soul, which is known by various names like Samadhi, Self-realization, etc. Astu, it is clear that with the continuous practice and effect of meditation, as the instincts of the mind get destroyed, the mind becomes pure, and the mind becomes pure. Samadhi happens in the same pure mind, then the seeker does not have to meditate, rather meditation starts happening automatically within him, he is in meditation not only with closed eyes but also with open eyes. Not only while sitting in any Sukhasan, Padmasan, etc., but while walking, running, eating, and getting up. While sitting, sleeping, and awake, he is also in meditation; Because then his mind becomes meditation.
Prayer is not a solicitation, but it is to attract positive forces. In this, there is no complaining to the God who gives life and life but to accept the divinity of life with ease and joy. Sometimes we say that our prayer has failed; Because we didn’t get the desired result. We got unfair. The truth is that our prayer failed the very moment we asked for something when we put forward our desire. He who asks at the door of God returns empty-handed. He who stands there empty-handed without any demand, only he returns full.
Indian culture is prayerful. The entire Rigveda is prayer-oriented, the Yajurveda, the Samveda, the Atharvaveda, and the Upanishads are prayer mantras. Prayer is a heart-to-heart communication, a request for the inner self. Zero to Virat talks. Prayer is a thoughtless sentence. It is a speechless voice. Silence is music. There is a divine call, a desireless demand. Prayer is a special state of mind. It is an invitation from smallness to broadness. This is the call of an empty mind. It is the readiness to welcome and greet infinite
Energy flows down from the larger energy body. According to the law of science, the downward flow of energy continues until the energy plane of both the energy bodies becomes equal. For this, a connection between the two energy bodies is needed, but by the interconnection of prayer, the lower energy of the creature does not become equal only to the supreme energy it becomes one. Devotees become God.
Prayer is also a relation of emotional connectivity to universal existence. Prayer is the aspiration for the new moon to become a full moon, there is a thirst for ‘Tamaso Ma Jyotirgamaya’. The prayer unit is connected to infinity. All beings are situated on the lower plane of energy. Existence is the ultimate energy. Prayer is the ancient science of getting the flow of ultimate energy.
Prayer is a transcendent feeling. Arguments arise before prayer. The action-business of debate-dispute-dialogue goes on, then realization comes. After the feeling comes the feeling. The feeling does its job. Vision comes from feeling. The power of vision makes the seer. The seer is thoughtless. A void emerges in his mind. Riches are ready to fill this void. The void of the mind is filled with the infinite Prayers burst out, and praises arise. In very simple words it would be appropriate to say that prayer is taking its shape. Your conscience is getting clean. The divine vibrations of the Vedas, that is, the mantra, are the poetic creation of the empirical truth of the seers. There is no room for prayer in science and philosophy. Two are needed for prayer, one prayer and the other adoring philosophers and scientists are not in the spirit of prayer. They are the seekers of the mysteries of the universe. They have no adoration, but the sages of Indian philosophy and science tradition are full of prayer. That is why all the scholars of the West accuse Indian philosophy of being ‘spiritual’.
They do not consider the realism or materialistic elements of Indian philosophy. The feeling of emotion is also a part of reality. In materialism, a mother is the only woman. In the world of emotions, this woman is a revered and adorable mother. Mother is mother, nurturer. The development of the prayer culture of India did not happen only out of sadness. Vedas and Upanishads are these, but they also contain prayers.
Why should we connect to God every day?
There is philosophy in the Ishavasyo Upanishad. There is no prayer till the first 14 mantras. All mantras are filled with philosophy. The journey of up to 14 mantras makes the vision philosophical. The mind is thoughtless, unblemished, unshakeable, and a vast void is born. Truth shines. Truth becomes spoken. The divine vibration becomes prayer. In all these ET prayers there is an ambition to attain the truth. Vedic sages are rich in inner vision. He arranges the opulence of the manifest world and also sees the avyakt, unmanifest world.
In the Vedas, the Upanishads, the sages Indra, Matrishvan, etc. see the same ultimate principle. Everywhere up-down, forward-backward, right-left, inner-outside, the manifest, unmanifested, one element, one supreme one experiences the same unhappiness. Prayer is a powerful weapon. To acquire knowledge in many stages of life, three things must be possessed at the time of beginning. The Upanishads, Brahmasutras, and Gita are in the first category. The rest of the things are normal, but first of all, this also requires a ‘prayer spirit’ in the mind. The first consciousness of the journey of knowledge is curiosity. The desire to know leads to knowledge, but with curiosity comes the ego. I want to know. I am a hindrance to the element of knowledge.
Prayer is not a solicitation. The prayers of the Vedic sages have erupted out of curiosity and thanksgiving. The curiosity of the sages is not the same as the curiosity of the scientists. This curiosity is polite, but solicitation in humility is not. The mind of the requester remains shrinking in hesitation and inferiority. Here is the first knowledge. From knowledge grew faith from philosophy and prayer became indispensable. From the first chapter of the Gita to the 11th there are elements of knowledge, action, devotion, etc.
The power of collective prayer.
There is no prayer in them, but in the 11th chapter, verses 36 and 40, Arjuna had a vision of Vishwaroop, he was blissful, he was ecstatic, and he full of thanksgiving. Then a prayer broke out between them, you are air, you are Yama-Niya-Discipline. Agni, and Chandra, salutations to you. Salutations from the front, salutations from all sides – ‘Namaste te servant EVA serve Here air, fire, water, and moon are physical. are direct. There is ultimate energy behind everything. Whoever saw it, go. Only the Supreme Tattva can be described. The coincidence is not surprising. All the sages of India were poets, but by listening to the song of the Supreme Tattva, the Supreme Tattva is not attained.
The Vedas and the Upanishads and the Gita declare that he is not found by discourse or study. There is immense energy in prayer. The world is vast. Society is big. The nation is adorable. Prayer is the only great means by which there is a tradition of prayer to the Virat Brahma, there is a tradition of worshiping the society and the nation. Physics establishes the coordination between energy and matter. Chemistry analyzes the energy element and the form, properties, etc. that have changed due to different conditions. Prayer is close to chemistry. Prayer brings about chemical changes in the basic components of the mind and body. If you do not believe it, then you should use it. Happiness or sorrow in any special situation, after taking the report of blood pressure, and blood analysis, one should pray sincerely. Then the chemical analysis of blood pressure and the basic components of blood can present startling facts.
Physicists who know the chemistry of prayer consider this mystery a chemical change, but prayer is not just a chemical change. A chemical change is bigger than a physical change, but not a big deal for the seekers of the mysteries of creation. Even a small medicine pill brings about a chemical change, but prayer brings about a bigger change. It starts with a chemical change. Wisdom makes wisdom. Intelligence stores fragmented information. Prayer begins with duality and progresses to non-duality. This is what makes prayer adorable.
Prayer is a specific technique. It is pure science. Prayer is the ultimate love. In which there is no demand and no complaint. There is no solicitation and no lust in it. Love is always unconditional, unconditional. The real experience of prayer is when prayer itself becomes our joy. There should not be any demand, behind what is fulfilled, then you will get happiness. If you find joy in praying, then only prayer can happen.
When prayer appears in the heart, it goes without saying that the prayer has not been fulfilled. The existence of prayer is its fulfillment. Prayer is the pinnacle of life. Prayer is the last flowering flower of this world. That is the last height that man can reach. There is nothing beyond it.
Our fillings form the personality of all of us. From these, we get an introduction to the excellence or inferiority of our life structure, relationship, and personality. That is why thinkers like “Daniel Goleman” have defined emotional potential as the magnetic energy of our personality. The truth that the western world is trying to understand and adopt today was understood by the Indian Vedic scientists’ ages ago.
That is why he emphasized the importance of relationships, the sense of collectivity, and symbiosis. Our Vedic literature is full of the elements of our symbiotic relationships. The echo of “Sangachhadhwam Samvaddhvam” is heard in the Vedic literature. Lord Shri Krishna has also proclaimed this truth in the singing of Shrimad Bhagavad Gita. And he says in the third verse of the 17th chapter of the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita-
सत्त्वानुरूपा सर्वस्य श्रद्धा भवति भारत।
श्रद्धामयोऽयं पुरुषो यो यच्छ्रद्धः स एव सः ।।
(Gita 17/3) Lord Sri Krishna says that the natural faith of all types of human beings is according to their conscience; Because man is reverent and this faith is of three types. Along with this, the conscience is also of three types. According to Lord Shri Krishna – the person who has faith as he is, that is his form, that is, he is his real condition and accordingly, his personality is there.
यो यच्छ्रद्धः स एव सः
That is, according to Lord Shri Krishna – the person who has faith like that, so will be his form and so will his loyalty. As one who has faith, so will the speed of his actions. His every gesture and action will be according to the faith of his conscience and as long as he is related to this world, then his form will be according to his conscience. Therefore, if a change is to be brought into one’s personality, then the change has to be brought into his conscience. Personality change is not possible without changing the conscience and this change in the conscience is possible with a change in his faith, but this process is not possible suddenly, but it is possible very slowly with constant effort and practice.
The faith of man is his real identity, the basis of his personality, on which the form of his life has depended. If a man’s faith is in laziness, then that person’s life will only have his laziness. If the faith is in ambition and running, then his life will turn towards its race. If there is purity in the faith of a man, then his life will be fragrant – that of peace and happiness. In this way, the faith of a man and his life will also be accordingly. Shraddha means those habits of ours, which we have been repeating not only in this life but also from past lives, and if we do not improve them, do not change, then we will keep repeating them every birth and do the same mistake again and again. Will stay
Empower your beliefs.
Somebody asked Lord Buddha – “What is the use of remembering the past life? I want to be calm now??, tell me some way for that.”
Then Buddha said – “You have this thing about peace of mind in previous lives also. I have told some other Buddhas that I want to be calm, tell me some way and the paths have been told to you in previous lives also, but Never followed them. You are just repeating your habit. So first I want to remind you of your past lives, first you should remember your two or four lives so that it becomes clear to you that you are not going to repeat the same circle. repeating.”
Now the man understood something. For a year he stayed with the Buddha for remembrance of past lives and was surprised that even in the previous life when his wife died, he had gone to a great scholar, even in his first birth, Then he went to a great scholar and still in this life when his wife is dead, he has come to Buddha that my mind is very disturbed, I want peace. Knowing all this, he was very frightened.
He asked Buddha- “What is this? Am I doing all this or am I being forced to do so?” Buddha said – “If you do not know, then you will go on doing all this; because you do not know that you are just repeating all this, you are only repeating these events because you do not remember past lives. , therefore repeating the same events over and over again.” Although everyone can’t remember the past lives, we know our past, and we keep repeating the mistakes we do in our past.
Like if we have angered someone, we repent on him that now we will not be angry next time, but then we get angry; Because getting angry has become a part of our habit, and for this reason, we get angry habitually even if we do not want to. Her anger has become ingrained in our faith, it has become our identity. So we need to identify our faith properly; Because not recognizing it will lead to big complications in life. Like a lazy person, he craves happiness, but happiness comes to hardworking people, not to the lazy.
In life, one gets to see the opposite of the principles. Those who are lazy, want the facilities of happiness and opulence, those who achieve achievement in life by adopting diligent and fast deeds, they are Rajasik, they want peace: whereas peace is a state of Sattvaquality. If they have attained the Sattva, they will not be able to fully adopt their Rajasic quality. For example, if people who run for politics want peace in their lives, how can they get it? For peace, he has to leave politics.
We need to identify ourselves properly, within ourselves; Because our faith within us is our real life. One who has faith is like a man, he is the same. If a man properly identifies himself, and his inner self, then he will understand that satisfaction in life cannot be achieved by any one divine quality rather it is necessary for him to combine all three factors and religions and he can be satisfied only by the combination of all three. It is only because of the combination of the three that a realization begins, and the combination of these three takes man towards that which is infinite. We have to recognize the virtues of our faith; Because that is our real identity till now and then we have to give a new form to our faith also, give it the right direction i.e. practice to establish a balance in all stages of life. With this practice, our emotional sophistication, and the structure, and relationships of all of our lives will become more vigorous.
Colours are very closely related to our life. Every person has a colour of his body and in addition, it is prevalent that the colour of our body also changes according to our mood, like the person turned red in anger, he turned red due to shame, his colour due to fear. Turned black, his body turned yellow due to illness, his cheeks turned pink with joy. Just as a person’s emotions change the colour of his body, different colours also change his mood. Each colour has its world and also exerts its influence on life.
Colours affect our lives and attract us. Each colour has its own merits. Colours have a profound effect on every aspect of our lives. The way we react to colours affects our psychological, biological, physical, social and cultural landscape.
According to research, about seven million different colours pass through the human eye. That’s why we get many shades of colours for decoration or while choosing a colour. Colours have cooling and inspiring properties. Calling any colour cool or warm depends on the colour spectrum and the colour closest to it. A world full of colours also has its meanings; Because man has always used colours as symbols in some form or the other. There are some interesting things related to colours.
Red – dark red colour is considered strong; Whereas Pale Red i.e. Pink comes in the category of Gentle colours. In America and other countries, pink is also associated with girls; Whereas before 1920, it was considered a colour related to boys. The Aztecs of Mexico taught the Spaniards to make red dye by crushing an insect called kachneel. The red colour is associated with fashion, power, dress, excitement, love etc. The pale flashing yellow colour attracts attention very soon. In ancient Rome, yellow was considered the most important colour used in marriages. Sometimes yellow colour is also worn for safety. For example, the color of security personnel’s jackets, raincoats etc. is usually yellow. Yellow is associated with feelings of happiness, creativity, self-confidence, self-esteem etc.
Blue 💙
Blue is a very popular colour. The blue colour is considered to give peace. It is generally recommended to wear blue for job interviews; Because it is a symbol of loyalty and truth. For this reason, American police officers traditionally wear blue. The blue colour is associated with qualities like care, dedication, faith, peace, truth etc.
Green 💚
The green colour is very pleasing to the eyes. The clothing and curtains of many hospitals are green; Because this colour gives peace to the patients. Green is related to nature. It is believed that angels also wear clothes of this colour. In the Middle Ages, brides in Europe also wore green clothes to express their enthusiasm. It is associated with nature, freshness, growth, enthusiasm, hope, peace, harmony etc.
White 🤍
white – In the early twentieth century, western brides began to wear white as a symbol of purity. However, in China and India, white is considered a symbol of mourning. Dirty is visible very soon on white. This is why doctors and nurses wear white coats, which shows that they understand that cleanliness is important. White colour is considered a symbol of purity, perfection, brightness, harmony, honesty, transparency etc.
Black 🖤
Black has always been associated with seriousness. In the West, black clothing has been used as funeral and evening wear. Black has been associated with villains such as Dracula; Because they usually wore only black clothes. It is considered a symbol of formal, exuberance, loyalty, reliability, power etc.
Violet
Violet has always been considered a colour associated with credibility; Because it was very difficult to get this colour for a long time. Cleopatra received a purple dye for her royal clothes after soaking 20,000 snails for ten days.
Orange 🧡
Orange is the most eye-catching of the colours. Like the yellow colour, it has also been a custom to wear it for protection. Sanyasi and Sant Samaj like to wear this colour more. Orange is mixed with pink to make an attractive pink colour; Which is a very vibrant colour and remains quite in trend in summers. This colour symbolizes energy, strength, protection, sensitivity etc.
Relationship between colour and body.
The five elements that our body is made up of also have specific colours like watercolour green, earth colour orange and violet, fire red and yellow, and sky blue. All the components in our body and the smallest number of cells, also have their different colours. The nine planets in our solar system have their colours: Moon is white, Jupiter is yellow, Saturn is black and blue, Mars is red, Mercury is green, Venus is white and the Sun is golden.
Similarly, the 12 zodiac signs of the planets also have their distinctive colours, such as – the colour Aries is red, milky white in Taurus, the colour of Gemini is green, the colour of Cancer is pink, the colour of Leo is yellow, the colour of Virgo is grey or white, and Libra. The colour of Scorpio is milky or white, the colour of Scorpio is red or pink, the colour of Sagittarius is golden yellow, the colour of Capricorn is light red and grey, the colour of Aquarius is blue pink or grey, the colour of Pisces is yellow and bright white.
Similarly, the ten directions also have their colours. The colour of the east (sun) is bright white, the colour of the west is blue, the colour of the north is all green, the colour of the south is red and red, the colour of the north-east is golden blue, the colour of the south-east is silvery white, the colour of the south-west. The colour of all types is green, the colour of the northwest is pearly white and light yellow.
The five sense organs in our body are also considered to have their colours – the colour of light is red, the colour of sound (words) is blue, the colour of touch is purple and the colour of taste is orange. Apart from this, the colour that increases the heat in the body is yellow and the colour that provides coolness is the sky.
Innumerable and innumerable colours can be created by mixing these colours. Colours move, inspire and influence our minds and emotions. Each has its colour of choice. When we choose and use the colour of our interest and choice, then our efficiency and creativity increase. So we should choose things related to colours according to our taste.
A question that has been haunting the human intellect for centuries. That is the question is, what is human? What could be its existence, nature, origin and future possibility? Those who consider the human body to be a mere effigy of flesh and blood, their outlook can be seen to be limited to their daily practice in the business of life. In contrast, the being of human consciousness has vast in itself.
Scientists are completely free from prejudices. Based on facts, logic or evidence based on their justification, they arrive at a decision or recognize it only by tightening it on the right test. Everyone has seen, understood and reviewed from their perspective on life and human existence.
What is life in the book ‘The Soul of the Universe’ by a famous astronomer Dr Gustaf Stromberg? What is a human in particular? The scientific approach presented on this question has been logically reviewed, they ask the science – is the human being just a direct interaction of some dusty heat and chemical components of the universe? Is it just a toy made from the remnants of some unintended action of nature, is it aimless? Is his power confined to the periphery of the perishable combinations of molecular and chemical movements? Or is it something more than that?
To get the correct answers to these questions, Stromberg also consulted experts who discussed the philosophy of science. He put his question in this regard in front of eminent scholars like F. R. Moston, Waster Adams, Arthur Eddington, Thomas Hat Morgan, John Boudin, Karelhauser, O. L. Spoiler etc. as has been done so far. Or even more, can be thought of. Stromberg has done his book in his book to satisfy his curiosity. Writing the role of this book, Einstein considered the presented curiosity as a very important challenge in front of the thinkers of the era and said! That we have to consider this question only based on possible truth without being influenced by any prejudices.
Einstein used to say, “If not today, tomorrow it will be proved that the atomic existence has the authority and control of some undetermined consciousness. The material world is a replica of that. The matter is not original, matter has arisen as a result of consciousness. Today The fact has not been proved in the laboratory, but I believe that it will be proved sometime.”
It is not that in the modern era, no one has thought in this regard or has not inspired others for related research. Dr A. N. Widgery, Head of the Department of Philosophy of Oxford University, in his book “Contemporary Watt of Great Britain”, has expressed concern that “the amount of research that is being done about the worldly existence, is not to be done about human existence”. It seems, that the importance of human existence and its need is being ignored or the conscious is being proved to be a follower of matter, this increasing phase of intellectual progress is taking us away from the centre of happiness and peace. , where we have become mere instruments of thinking mechanically or chemically speaking. Then no matter how resourceful we may be – we will have to be completely lost to civilization and culture. When we imagine this, it seems that our race running in the direction of development will prove to be more fatal in destruction. Physicists do not refute this aspect of progress, but by limiting it, they emphasize the need to research the vast extent of the range of human consciousness. Scientists are no less in favour of such theism, who believe that in this vast ocean of energy there is a physical force current and there is only a conscious being. Both have different definitions. Even the scientists who propounded evolution are now accepting the existence of the mind as a component of this infinite being, instead of considering life as a chemical combination.
If we look at this relation, and how man must have become, then it comes to know that at the beginning of creation, nature must have created many beings. All would be imperfect and incomplete as someone had great physical strength, some beauty was paramount, some spoke sweet, some danced well, some could fly high, and some could run more. Praveen was all but about one subject. Everyone was useful, but there was no perfection in anyone. One or two qualities were found and different from the other one, some had good and some were bad. This disparity probably would not have given the time for a change of nature, so it must have decided to create the existence of human beings. He is a wonderful creature. It was done with great care and caution. Made the manufacturing of each ingredient the best. Great amazing powers were thrown at him. When he became ready as a human, then the Creator himself was baffled. He was most surprised by this creation.
Such a wonderfully human body
All the divine powers entered it, they started their work. When fire woke up, he felt hungry, water was needed, some asked for sleep, and some awakened. Everyone had their direction and their work. If there is no mutual competition between them and their control is being maintained equally, in this view the need for a regulatory authority was felt, and then God himself got absorbed in it. They e realization of the ultimate mantra of the Vedas is “Aham Brahmasmi”. In this way, this wonderful human life originated in this world.
Maharishi Vyas while expressing his opinion in this regard
written : गुह्यं ब्रह्म तदिदं ब्रवीम-
नाहि मानुषात् ष्ठतरं हि किंचित् ॥
“I tell you a great secret that there is nothing in this world greater than man.” He is omnipotent. He has the power to create what he wants. There is no work which is beyond the capacity of man. There is nothing he cannot achieve. How unique and wonderful the human body is in beauty, can be understood from its complex structure. This in itself is proof that this is the composition of a great artist, it is not a work made by a small mistake.
The body we got. Every part of which is precious. Even in this era of advancement of science, scientific people have and will fail to create human beings even after spending crores of rupees. No one has ever made a camera as clearly as the eyes see in this body. The creation of the brain is such that a human supercomputer like it will be the same size as a multi-storage building. The composition and utility of the hands and feet, digestive institute, respiratory institute, blood institute, and excretory institute are such that looking at the artist’s work that scientist, it seems that it is impossible if not difficult to understand the wonderful creation of this human body. Is. The power to fight diseases is in the blood cells, by the protection of bodily organs, eyes to see, ears to hear and a fine brain to think, no one could make such a beautiful machine to date.
There can be no comparison between the ear to hear the voice, the cleaning officer like the kidney, the nutritional institution like the heart and the beautiful bone structure like the foot. Now that a new stream of science, the science of genetics, is developing, the unique power of the human being is becoming more apparent. Two thousand million cells and powers have been found embodied in the form of properties in a tiny fingertip. This means that the whole universe is contained in the body of a human being in the same way as a tiny seed contains all the possibilities of a tree. If two figures of a small body ie one inert nature, the other animate. These two powers are working, in the same way, that possibility cannot be denied in the universe. Only this collective consciousness can be divine. If these two elements were not different, then even after death all the essential elements of the body were present, and the consciousness of man could not have disappeared. Nature is a very capable being in itself, but it cannot produce the living entity, a man by developing this capacity proves itself to be an integral part of the divine being. Prana is the combined form of human magnetism and metabolism. It can also be said to be part of the universal power. For whatever energy resides in the physical world and the conscious sensations, their coordinated equation can be well seen in the human vital being.
“The author of Projection of Astral Body has written that the physical structure of the body is wonderful in itself, but if the working process of the electric body working within it can be understood, then it will come from the Sun and other planets and constellations to the earth. There is rich coordination of the known and unknown rays of the Earth. All the levels of power rays working in and outside the earth like Gamma, Beta, X, Laser Ultra Violet Infrared etc., of them have been properly incorporated into the subtle body of man. The body is boundless by being bound by the bonds of inert substances, but the possibilities of the subtle body have no end. It has been created from such units, whose movements are causing a change in this universe.
“Pierre de Came to Now”, the Nobel Prize winner of Physics, has written while establishing reconciliation between science and man – we should now have no difficulty in believing that there exists in man such a consciousness of his own which is called soul. Can go This soul is completely connected with god. He gets his nourishment only from this universal soul. Since the universal consciousness is immortal, therefore its soul must also be immortal. It is called Shivyog in Vedic scientific spiritualism. The Shiva element is eternal, and yoga is the medium to be associated with it.
The real nature of the vast universe is its subtle ‘Shakti’ which is known as Para and Apara Prakriti. An infinite stream of invisible power sources flows near what is visible, from planetary constellations to forest mountains, oceans, and rivers, the same thing applies to everything. The human body is even more bizarre. His susceptibility-magnet power is so great that due to his soft receptive power, he can draw-receive and hold in him any wonderful powers of this invisible world in the desired quantity.
Self Power.
The science world is involved in analyzing the relation between Dhruv Prabha and Meruprakash with various movements and changes taking place on the earth. They are gradually concluding that the importance of man’s effort is limited to a very small extent. Much depends on the ongoing exchange between space and earth. Important elements like metals, vegetation, season change, and climate are affected by these invisible changes, not only that, but they also affect the physical and mental condition of the creatures. From that point of view, the living world, which is considered free, becomes a mere puppet of the subtle movements of progress, in a way, destiny becomes controlled.
David Miller, the author of “You Do Take It With You”, has accepted an additional consciousness dissolved in the brain cells and accepted its independent existence. Analysis of human potential Now scientists are succeeding in assessing manpower by doing it from a new perspective. A nuclear scientist, Dr Gerald Hard, while discussing the research work done regarding isotope tracers, said that biology has now led us to the conclusion that the cells and atoms of the body are controlled by the mind. The two streams which are discussed as conscious and unconscious, in fact, together form a complete mind power.
The famous scientist Sir Oliver Lodge writes in his book “Science and Religion” that the power of the soul can be best understood as the power of the atom. Atoms are made up of electrons. These electrons do not stick to each other with the motion, but just as the planets and constellations move far and wide in the sky, in the same way, they also move separately. This continuous flow of electrons cannot be called consciousness. Some Uncertain Conclusion Today’s science has assumed that consciousness is a non-immortal element. Even after reaching it, the electron is the name of a matter-born force with a tremendous velocity like the mind. The soul is different from that.
About the difference between the living body and the dead body, Dr Bekaf and Dr Stanley of the Rockefeller Institute of America presented their report. Although he did not present his final opinion, if those discoveries are considered by keeping the Indian philosophy in front, then the same facts will be echoed from these scientific achievements which are echoed by Indian philosophy. These scientists said that living molecules are generated by the effect of the chemical process itself, that is, the soul is the chemical consciousness of the body, but those molecules are produced only as long as they are related to the protoplasm.
Dr McDougall of America did experiments to know the existence of the soul. He had made a weight scale to take the weight of the patients, which could weigh hundreds of parts less than a gram of the patient lying on the bed. Once a dying patient was put in it and weighed, how much breath remains in his lungs, he took his weight first. The weight of the bed along with the clothes was also ready. Whatever medicine was given to the patient, the needle of the scale was used to tell its weight. As long as the patient remained alive, the needle remained in one place, but the moment the needle came out of his life, the needle retracted and then the final data was read, it was seen that 23 grams of weight had been reduced. He confirmed the theory that there is some very subtle element in the body, that is the basis of life.
Scientists who analyzed DNA and produced the body’s excretory unit, after receiving the Nobel Prize, said that science has neither succeeded in gaining authority over self-power nor has any information about it. He said, “The formula has come in hand, but none of its facilitators. It is possible, then it will be possible to say that on the instructions of which divine power man appears to be created in different colours. Only by the coordinated study of spirituality and science about human beings, that information can be acquired, on whose foundation the foundation stone of his becoming a superhuman can be laid. The wealth of knowledge acquired is limited. But the possibilities are endless.
Of course, O men! Food which gives strength to the body, gives you joy, radiance, radiance and happiness, and gives strength to the senses so that the senses are alert to act, that is what is worthy of consumption. Do not take such medicines (food items) or inanimate and stale food, which destroys the power to work, and produces laziness or intoxication.
Diet has a very wide impact on the human body and human life. Human life is not possible without food. The survival of the human body is dependent on food. Without food, there is no power in the human body and no body power. Diet has a profound effect on both the physical and mental health of a human being and the food consumed which is full of energy and fresh is called sattvik food. Oily, spicy, spicy and salty food is called Rajasic food. Meat, rotten, rotten, is tamasic food. According to these three, there are ups and downs in them. Seeing the subtle effect of diet on the mind, the purity of food has been given utmost importance in our Indian Vedic life culture.
A distorted and irregular diet not only makes the body sick but also makes the mind restless and angry, lazy. There are many side effects of taking hard-to-digest, pungent, oily, canned, stale food, due to which many diseases come in the human body. If seen, almost all diseases are directly related to diet in some form or the other. Nowadays, fast food and junk food are trending in the trend, due to which many new diseases are also flourishing in the human body.
Diet is a natural necessity of our life, so it is important to know some important facts about it. The main purpose of the diet is to fulfil the deficiency of the body and also to increase it. The baby whose weight is only 3-4 kg at birth, gradually grows into a young man of 15 to 16 kg, then this is possible only through diet. The human body keeps on doing some work every moment, even after falling asleep in deep sleep, the lungs and heart continue to do their work. As a result of this work, the burden of building the cells of the body rests on our vitality and this work is accomplished through diet only.
If due to some reason the body does not get proper food on time, then it starts feeling tired and weak and if this sequence continues continuously then the body becomes weak, weak and in the end, it becomes difficult to hold the strength and enthusiasm. Therefore, for the health of the body, to make it disease-free, to increase the immunity of the body and to regulate the functioning of the body properly, a nutritious balanced diet is required. That is, a diet full of energy is important.
Maharshi Sushruta says,
Describing the general properties of diet, Maharishi Sushruta Ji, a scientist and philosopher of Vedic culture, says,
आहारः प्रीणनः सद्यो बलकृत् देहधारकः ।
आयुस्तेजः समुत्साहस्मृत्योजोऽग्निविवर्द्धनः ।।
That is, the diet strengthens the body, strengthens the body, maintains the body, increases age, radiance, enthusiasm, memory, energy and fire.
Regarding diet, we need to know the main five things-
What diet should be taken?
What amount of food is acceptable?
When is it okay to consume food?
Why is it necessary to eat food?
How to chew the food?
1. What diet should be taken??
We should eat only those things which are nourishing to the body. It should always be remembered that food is a need for health, not taste.
2. What is the dietary intake?
No matter how nutritious and healthy foods are, they prove to be harmful if they are not consumed in the proper quantity. Therefore, food should not be eaten so much that it starts coming out of the mouth with belching, nor should it be eaten so little that the body does not get nutrition.
3. When is it OK to eat diet?
Food should be taken only twice a day. It is advisable to have lunch before noon and the second dinner by 7 in the evening. In Ayurveda also there is a law to eat twice. By taking the time of your meal in a fixed and proper amount, the food gets digested on time. Therefore, food should be eaten at least twice a day and that too when hungry. Eating now and then, apart from regular meals, taking breakfast several times is not good for health in any way. Regarding the way of eating and drinking, doctors and psychologists say that hunger is also of many types. For example, seeing someone eating and getting hungry for food. The urge to eat frequently in moments of anxiety or stress, or to feel hungry at the right time by biological rhythms. Experts say that the first two methods are wrong. Only the third method is correct, eating when you are hungry according to the biological rhythm. Therefore, food should be eaten only when there is an open appetite.
4. Why is it necessary to eat food?
The purpose of eating food is to make our bodies healthy, fit and strong. The first duty of a human being is to keep the body in perfect health because this physical body is the medium for the attainment of all happiness. Hence food should always be taken to stay healthy and alive. Food is not just to be tasted. And we should not live to eat, but we should eat to be alive and healthy.
5. How to chew the food?
The answer is that the food should be eaten in such a way that the stomach has to work with the least amount of effort. There are 32 teeth in our mouth. It has also been said that food should be drunk and water should be eaten. Whatever food comes to the fore, that food should be eaten with a steady mind, a calm mind and being happy. On the contrary, if delicious food is eaten with an irritable mind, then they also prove to increase diseases. Drinking more water while eating food does not digest the food properly. Similarly, by not drinking water at all, food does not become liquid properly. One hour after having a meal, start drinking water, and drink a little water every hour. By doing this the food gets digested quickly. Leftover food should not be given or eaten by anyone.
Definition of a healthy person.
Eat less food than is necessary, eat as much as is necessary; Because a person who eats too much cannot gain any strength by any means. After eating, he keeps looking for only digestible tablets and digestive syrup. Heaviness, indigestion, indigestion etc. start developing in the body of the person who eats more than the requirement and the body of the person who eats less than the requirement gradually becomes weak and powerless and hence whether eaten at home or outside: It should always be kept in mind that there should never be an undue load on the stomach, on the digestive system.
A healthy person wants to heal himself. The person who takes only healthy and useful substances in the form of food. Such a person eats not for taste, but health. The simple relation between purity and purity of consciousness is with the diet itself. That is, it is related to the emotions contained in the food. What are the feelings of the cook? Then whether those who eat it are conscientious or not. The only one who is sentimental and has a mother’s love can prepare the holy food. Therefore, this food can be eaten only by those who do not eat it for free. Does not exploit others.
It is worth noting that the more goodwill we offer to others, the more our inner strength grows. Therefore the evaluation of diet is the evaluation of the development of consciousness. The nature of the emotion associated with food refines or distorts our consciousness. It is written in the oldest text of Ayurveda ‘Charak Samhita’ regarding diet,
That is, humans should eat food in limited quantities. It should be in the same quantity as our digestibility. Then the late-digesting and quick-digesting foods in the meal should also be taken care of. Foods that are heavy to digest should be eaten only half or a quarter of a half-full stomach and those that are light to digest should also be eaten less than hunger so that the digestive power remains good. The same thing has been said in the book ‘Bhavprakash’ as follows,
That is, in taking food, fill two parts of the stomach with food, fill one part with water and leave the fourth part empty for air circulation. This rule of taking food is beneficial for all of us and is a provider of strength and health; Because if we fill the stomach by laughing and being captivated by the taste of food, then its result is always very harmful. Such food never gets digested properly. Constipation and indigestion arise from this type of food. The energy stored by such food is also wasted and we become weak due to this. Therefore, one should not be subdued by the taste in taking food and should take simple and digestible food in limited quantity.
For this, you must consume a diet for health. Not to the taste. For your information, the size of the punch of your palm is the same as that of your stomach. Overeating, late-night dinner is like poison. In the coming days, if we want to live life healthily to some extent, then all these habits will have to be abandoned. Make physical exercise a part of your life.
It has been proved by the research work done in this world of research that along with calming the mind through music, it is also effective in curing many diseases. This is the reason why virtuous and best doctors also consider music as a part of the medical system during treatment, which would be preferable to call (raga) therapy.
In every ward of the Pediatric Center located in Patna, Bihar state, India, it was pleasant to hear the melodious music loved by children. Even in critical condition, the children were happy and some were playing. Music based on rhythm and tone affects our brain waves (alfa, beta, gamma) and 7 energy centres of the body. Unlimited energy in our body remains in a dormant state. Humans use only 3% of that energy and 97% of this energy remains in the dormant state. Music plays an important role in awakening him positively. Therefore, music should not be considered only as a part of the entertainment. Entertainment is only one part of music science. Therefore, in the tradition of the Vedic way of life in India, Vani has the status of Mother Saraswati. And when we hum the mantra, music then its waves give rise to a change within our body.
Now doctors are also of the opinion that through music therapy, it is now possible to treat mental and some diseases of the body. Raga Research Centre, Chennai has studied the possibilities of treatment with raga-based music and found that it can be used to treat blood pressure, schizophrenia and even epilepsy. If the mind is happy with music, then surely the medicines will have a good effect during the treatment. Patients lying on the bed wake up listening to melodious music. A new enthusiasm starts to flow into them. According to doctors, music plays a special role in the treatment of ageing diseases, brain injury and even diseases like Alzheimer’s. Although it has the same effect on every patient, it is not possible. It depends on the individual, how much and for how long the music had an impact on him. Music calms our nerves and also concentrates our minds. It weakens the tension created by the problems of life.
Love the music.
The patient must listen to Indian music once. This is raga therapy, the importance of which has been understood by modern doctors as well. In ancient times it was called Nada Yoga. Sound has a profound effect on our body and mind. Nada Yoga was also used hundreds of years ago by the physicians of kings and emperors during therapy.
Even in the twenty-first century, people’s faith in this raga therapy has increased. We can also call it complementary medicine. Some practitioners are also using raga therapy in the treatment of asthma and neurological diseases. Music gives us emotional strength. The sound of raga and musical instruments stirs a new stream in our bodies. It is a kind of chemical change, in which the body itself cures diseases or destroys the disease together with medicines.
According to the ancient Indian text Swara Shastra, we have 72 special ragas, which control the 72 very important nadis of the body. If one brings these ragas very carefully and pronunciations with complete clarity in the mind, then it has a profound effect on the particular nerves of the body. Some ragas have such a serious effect on the emotional and physical level that a person can even come out of a coma. This is the reason why even neurologists in big hospitals do not deny its importance. The treatment of patients who have lost their memory with music is also possible.
According to experts, some ragas produce such vibrations of sound, which affect everything from muscles to nerves and chakras. The communication in the nerves starts to become normal. Due to this man not only feels stress-free but some diseases are also removed.
Naad yoga
Raga Chandrakaun, Pahari Raga, Raga Malkos and Raga Bhupali and Raga Todi are among the ragas which some doctors are using for the treatment of diseases. Pahari Raga is used in respiratory diseases, while Raga Chandrakaun is used in heart-related problems. Raga Aswari and Malkos are effective in the treatment of blood pressure. Raga Todi and Bhupali reduce high blood pressure. Seeing its better results, health experts are surprised by the merits of rag therapy, so they are accepting this medical method.
It is expected that the importance of Nadayoga i.e. Raga therapy will increase day by day and all doctors consider it to be a medical method, listening to patients’ music not only relieves stress but also increases the ability to fight disease. In the Vedic period, music was used to cure many diseases. The use of music is an alternative treatment method for increasing immunity against depression and Karana. Pahari raga is very effective in coronavirus.
Under the music itself, dance is used to cure physical and music mental diseases. Today these healing methods are popularly known as music therapy and dance therapy. Acharya Pratishtha, a dance and yoga practitioner of Mokshayatan International Yogashram, says that most diseases today are due to the mind. In all the three disciplines – yoga, dance and music, the subject is not the body but the mind. The effect it has on the mind later starts showing on our body as well. That is why we have to think beyond the flesh and bone of our body that this is the artefact that the Supreme Power has created. This body has been created from the 5 elements, from the infinite space, the air originated, from the sky and air, and fire originated. When sky and air are mixed with fire and water formed, then sky, air, fire, and water have mixed to form the earth element, which is the reason for the physical body. In this comes an existence, the mind. This is the change in the body driven by the mind. The disease we are talking about is prepared by the mind itself, we successfully change that thinking in the disease. Because there is a word in thought, then this word represents the element of the sky. So speak and hear what you want.
The more scientific knowledge about the elements of power is increasing, the western beliefs related to life and life are changing at a faster rate. The possibilities of the truthfulness of Indian philosophy are increasing equally rapidly. The discoveries made by Indian philosophers by overcoming the difficult processes of sadhana, yoga practice, and western science is progressing there. An analysis of the electromagnetic nature of human life, certified by western science, is being presented, due to which a new form of the imagination of life force, and vitality will be seen.
Once Dr Regnault was discussing a patient. Whenever a sick person with mental stress was put to sleep in the east-west direction, with the help of an ‘oscillometer’, it would be known that the suffering has increased; Whereas, as soon as the direction of taking this person’s sleep is north-south, he would get immediate benefits. He told that this incident is proof that man is related to the magnetic currents of the earth. This discovery of Dr Regnault may one day disprove the theory of evolution and the origin of man from a single-celled organism like amoeba. Prana or life force is an infinite element, which is being expressed in the form of various types of creations all over the world due to explosions flowing from some centre body of the universe.
Dogs, cats, and bulls, once they see the path, if they want to go there again, they come back easily from there. About these, it can be said that they must have travelled with the help of natural signs, but some birds and fish travel thousands of miles long. Do it at night. Even if it does in different seasons, it reaches only prominent places. One wonders how they would have ended such long journeys by intuition without any direction.
European stork birds fly from Europe during those cold days and reach Africa. The black-headed hooded crow travels 8000 miles from one place to another. How would they reach certain places even if they did not know the direction? This is a matter of surprise. Most of the trips take place at night. There is no knowledge of stars and no such facts are revealed about birds. But it is natural to be surprised. Biologists searched and found that whatever the mystery may be, one thing remains clear, all birds migrate parallel to the Earth’s magnetic lines. This fact becomes even more clear from experiments.
existence of the subtle body.
Once some crows were caught and some marks were tied on their bodies. These crows were on the path of migration in the northeast direction. This time he was captured in Germany and released 500 miles west from there along the Kiel Canal. This time he took off and landed in Scandinavia. When this route was compared with the first flight route, it became clear that this journey was exactly parallel to the first route and also exactly parallel to the Earth’s magnetic line.
The same thing came to the fore with the use of Kale and Salomon fishes, and one thing became clear from it that the life of animals is influenced and inspired by magnet power. Among these experiments, the example of shearwater was the most surprising. It was released on one side of the Atlantic Ocean. From there he completed a 3050-mile-long journey to reach his abode on the island of Scorvom. The living world is found to be greatly influenced by magnetic force. The termite worm makes its home exactly parallel to the Earth’s magnetic lines. Whenever there are magnetic storms on the earth, then even termites and ants get disturbed. Even the thread division of living cells is affected by magnetic force in their early and middle stages. Chromosomes always move towards the poles of the cells. This is proof that the life force is an electromagnetic potential or some similar force.
Not only animals but also the lives of humans are affected by magnetic power. In 1845, Dr Reichenbach studied dreams in many people and reported that sleeping with the head towards the east and the feet towards the west causes great restlessness while sleeping in the north-south leads to pleasant sensations. The experiments of Dr Cleric and Durville also confirm this fact and show that the magnetic force is related to the visuals seen in dreams. Dr Regnalt, Ambras Müller, Laprise etc. have also confirmed all these beliefs.
Although scientists still speculate about the Earth’s magnetism and speculate that a huge amount of magnetite or ferrous oxide is stored in the Earth’s womb, as a result, the Earth acts like a giant magnet. The reason for human life or animals being affected by magnetic currents is due to the presence of iron-rich haemoglobin in their body, but both these reasons are due to the electromagnetism of sunlight particles. The Sun does the work of magnetizing the Earth. The Sun’s photons cells are the fundamental fact of life. The “haemoglobin” found in the body of man is this prana, which flows from the sun and reaches our bodies by wind, willpower and by food. In the body of a woman, it is called “Rya”. Due to the accumulation of opposite poles, the nature of mutual attraction is found between men and women.
The Vedic language called,
Dr Marinesco has proved through many experiments that magnetism affects our mental institution too! They provide sleep by entering positive electricity into the third ventricle of the brain. Electricity and magnet are almost the same forces and are interchangeable. He also showed that the sensations of dreams are also affected by magnetic fields. And hundreds of examples are evidence that many times man’s dreams come true. From this, it appears that all the signs of thought and omnipresence are present in the human magnet power. If this is so, then Indian beliefs about the departure of the soul into the upper or lower worlds by auroral light should also not be wrong.
That is, in the golden chariot, Savita (Aditya Pran) traversing through the black-coloured worlds, arranging both the nectar, that is, Prakriti and Prana (wealth and debt or North Pole magnetism and South Pole magnetism), came looking at all the worlds, giving darshan. Used to be.
Where it is now being proved that the life force is an electromagnetic element, scientists are also getting the evidence of it getting energy from the Sun. Assessment by scientists of dark spots in the Sun confirms that Surya Lok is related to any other giant seed planet or with the universe. Further discoveries in this regard will only lead to the realization of heavenly liberation and the existence of a universal being and the necessity of its attainment.
It is also ensured that by meditating on the rising sun while chanting the Gayatri Mantra, the magnetism of our brain attracts and receives the magnetism of the sunlight particles, increasing our life force-prana. This is the main element, which keeps our immunity system strong.
The area in which a man can throw his influence and the number of areas from which he can receive influence is also called the field of the relation of man. This circumference is infinite, so man is also considered to be infinite or infinite. Earth’s atmosphere, magnetism, radio field, and the periphery of interplanetary exchange, would appear to be just a rich size of the giant machine of the universe. The earth ceases to exist after separating from the world family. Similarly, man is also only a link in the chain of world consciousness. The man continues to consider himself alone, but the fact is that his happiness and progress are completely dependent on the world consciousness. The unimaginable imagination of the soul, the aura surrounding the body, the movements of the subtle powers embodied in this aura, all these together must understand the vastness of man.
Your life is your creations
The link between the limit of human existence on earth and the infinity of the universe is this aura, which surrounds man. Even though his role is so amazing as seen with the eyes, it should be considered more important than the eyes. The body dies, but this aura still exists. His movements are seen in the form of ghosts and spirits. Maybe a person is born somewhere and his aura is working independently. The visible and invisible forces working in the earth and sky are not complete in themselves. They are all made by the grant, coincidence, and coordination of others. The form in which the power of the atom comes out is not it is own earning. In this, not only the ground floor but also wonderful grants from other worlds are also attached, otherwise, all the activities remain as mere agitation, and no encouraging purpose is fulfilled by them.
The same is true of the human personality. If this component, made from living cells, had not been favoured by many distant beings, then it probably would not have become anything more than a petty creature. The motion of inertial molecules generates a kind of electricity. When the conscious being is included in it, then life, the living beings appear. Magnetic storms keep rising in the region of the poles, whose light is shadowed in the form of ‘Aurora Borealis’. It can be called the union of the subtle movements of other planets with the earth.
When salt water of the sea collides with boats and vessels made of metal, electric waves are generated from it. Biologists are aware of this spontaneous generation of electricity and are alert to its harmful and beneficial reactions. Similarly, bodily bacteria also collide with the ether and the electric current filled in the atmosphere and generate electrical energy. Living cells contain a sufficient amount of those metals and chemicals, which can generate electric current by being excited by the shocks. This is the reason that not only does heat remain in every human being, but many levels of currents of electric current also flow. These can be well tested and known by instruments.
Human magnetism is linked by a filament to the universal Brahman. The unborn child is connected with the mother by this cord. The navel is considered the central centre. The umbilical cord of the newborn comes out only after delivery and has to be cut and separated from both. Human ears hear only a limited level of sound flow, but such consciousness is found in animals, based on which they can hear even those sounds which humans cannot hear. Such a whistle can be made by instruments, which humans cannot feel, but the dog can easily hear.
Lay a blank paper on one of the tables. Put a magnet on it. Slowly pour iron filings from a height of one foot. It will be seen that the particles are falling according to a specific order. This sequence will be in line with the lines of force of the magnet. The position of the magnet on the paper would be visible from the iron filings that fell on the paper.
Man is also a kind of magnet. He accepts and rejects many good and bad grants raining from space according to his internal condition. As he is himself, his magnetism of him makes him unintentionally rich and powerful in this world universe with a subtle current like his own. Therefore man himself is the creator of his life
