The atomic habits.

Your results are a measure of your habits. Your earned wealth is a backward measure of your financial habits. Your weight is proof of your eating habits. Your knowledge is a backward example of your learning habits. What you repeat is what you get. Atomic Habits, a successful book by James Clear, is the most comprehensive guide on how to change your habits and get better every day. This brief note based on the book is written in two parts. Part one helps us understand the importance of our habits and why they matter. More importantly, it provides answers to a series of how to Which naturally come in terms of forming good habits and breaking bad habits.  In the second part of the note, six important ideas, concepts, and principles are summarized that will help the reader form the habits he wants

Part One – What?  Why?  How come

Part One – What?  Why?  How come

What is a habit?

Habits + Deliberate Practice = Perfect”

Habits are mental shortcuts. A habit is a routine or behavior that is performed repeatedly and most of the time automatically. When you face a problem repeatedly, your brain starts doing the process of solving it. Your habits are a set of automated solutions that solve the problems you face regularly. The ultimate aim of habits is to solve life’s problems with as little energy and effort as possible. A habit is a behavior that has been repeated enough times to become automatic. If you find yourself struggling to form a good habit or break a bad habit, it’s not because you’ve lost your ability to improve. This is often because you have not yet crossed what James Clear calls the plateau of latent potential.  When you finally break the plateau of latent potential, people will call it an overnight success.  Habits are the compound interest of self-improvement The advantage of habits is that we can do anything without thinking. The downside is that we stop paying attention to small mistakes. Reflection and review is a process that allows you to be mindful of your performance over time.  The more firmly we hold on to an identity, the harder it becomes to move on.

Why do habits matter?

Identification -> processes -> results

Habits form our identity.  Our actions define who we are.  Our habits are a reflection of our identity.  The more we repeat a behavior, the more we strengthen the identity associated with that behavior.

1. Changes in your results.  This means changing your results, for example, losing weight.

2. Edit your processes.  This means changing your habits and systems: for example, developing a daily exercise routine and diet

3. Change your identity.  It means changing your beliefs: changing the way you see yourself and those around you.  For example, if you exercise regularly, you are reinforcing the identity of someone fit and healthy

With outcome-based habits, the focus is on what you want to achieve.  With identity-based habits, the focus is on who you want to be.  James Clear argues that the best way to change your identity is to focus on changing your habits.  By starting with small, easy habits, we can gradually create a new identity that is more aligned with our goals.  True behavior change is identity change.  You can choose and start a habit because of motivation, but you will stick to it only when it becomes a part of your identity.  The real reason habits matter is not because they can give you better results (although they can), but because they can change your perceptions of you

How do habits work?

Hints -> longing -> feedback -> rewards

The main components of habit formation are:

1. Signal: It prompts your brain to start a behavior.  It’s a little bit of information that predicts the reward.

2. Craving: It is the motivation behind every habit.  Without the will, we have no reason to act.

3. Feedback: It’s the same habit you play;  It can take the form of a thought or action.

4. Reward: The ultimate goal of every habit

Habit formation is the process by which a behavior becomes progressively more automatic through repetition.  How long you’ve been doing a habit isn’t as important as how many times you’ve done it. You can do something three times in thirty days or three hundred times.  Frequency will always make a difference. Habits are attractive when we associate them with positive emotions and unattractive when we associate them with negative emotions

How to start a new habit?

After [current habit], I will take [new habit].’

One of the best ways to create a new habit is to identify the current habit you already do every day and then top your new behavior on top.  This is called habit stacking.  The two most common signs are time and place.  Creating an intention to implement is a strategy you can use to associate a new habit with a specific time and place.  Habit stacking is a strategy you can use to associate a new habit with an existing habit

The formula for adding a habit is:

After [the present habit], I will take [the new habit].’

The environment plays a crucial role in shaping human behavior. By making small changes in the context, significant changes can be observed in behavior over time. The key to creating new habits is to pay attention to the signs in your environment that promote good habits. Gradually, your habits become associated with the entire context, making it easier to form new habits. If you’re trying to change your habits, consistency is key. Taking small steps, even if they aren’t significant, will help you reach your goal eventually. It’s essential to choose small, healthy options that will help you achieve your goals in the long run. Goals are good for setting direction, but systems are best for making progress. Systems focus on the mechanisms that lead to the desired outcomes, making it easier to achieve the desired results.

Surya Namaskar: The  Consciousness science.

Describe something you learned in high school.

Observation and Learning from Nature:

We are in the midst of a worldwide Yog revolution.  For many, it is about health and well-being but that is only a portal that leads to the understanding of the self and its relationship with the body. Although the roots of Yoga lie in the Vedas, most read Patanjali’s Yog-sutra for a systematic exposition of the nature of the mind. The text is logical and it questions the naive understanding of the world. According to it, there is a single reality and the multiplicity we see in it is a consequence of the projections of our different minds. Therefore to obtain knowledge one must experience reality in its most directness.

Clock of twelve 🕛

Sun is the largest source of energy. For this reason, the ancient sages used to worship the sun. ‘Surya Namaskar’ means bowing to the Sun i.e. Sun Salutation. If you are starting yoga, then the practice of ‘Surya Namaskar’ is the best for this. It gives you the benefit of 12 yoga asanas simultaneously and that is why it is also called the best yoga asana. Yoga, exercise and physical movement are not only important to keep the body healthy but also to keep the mind fit. By practicing the 12 steps of Surya Namaskar every day, the mind becomes active and concentrated.  When should Surya Namaskar be performed Surya Namaskar is best if done at sunrise. This asana should be done on an empty stomach early in the morning while looking at the sun. The reason for this is that along with positive energy, the brightness of the morning sun provides many benefits to health.

Surya Namaskar is made up of 12 yoga asanas

1• Pranamasana

Stand straight facing the sun and join both legs, keeping the waist straight. Now bring the hands near the chest and make a state of bowing by joining both palms.

2. Hasta Uttanasana – (Raised Arms Pose)

Stand in the first position and raise your hands above the head and keep it straight. Now move the hands backwards in the state of bowing and bend the waist backwards.

3. Padahastasana – (Standing Forward Bend)

Now exhale slowly and touch the toes of the feet with hands while bending forward. At this time your head should meet the knees.

4. Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Equestrian Pose)

Breathe slowly and stretch the straight leg backwards. The knee of the straight leg should meet the ground. Now bend the other leg from the knee and keep the palms straight on the ground. Keep the head towards the sky.

5. Dandasana (Staff Pose)

Now while exhaling, keep both hands and feet in a straight line and come to the position of push-up.

6. Ashtanga Namaskara – Eight Limbed pose or Caterpillar pose

Now while breathing, join your palms, chest, knees and feet to the ground. Stay in this position and hold the breath.

7. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)

Now place the palms on the ground and tilt the head back towards the sky as much as possible while joining the stomach to the ground.

8. Adho Mukha Svanasana – (Downward-facing Dog Pose)

It is also called Parvatasana. For its practice, keep your legs straight on the ground and raise the hip upwards. While exhaling, keep the shoulders straight and the head inwards.

9. Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Equestrian Pose)

Breathe slowly and stretch the straight leg backwards. The knee of the straight leg should meet the ground. Now bend the other leg from the knee and keep the palms straight on the ground. Keep the head towards the sky.

10. Padahastasana – (Hand Under Foot Pose)

Now exhale slowly and touch the toes of the feet with hands while bending forward. At this time your head should be met with the knees

11• Hastuttanasana (Raised Arms Pose)

Stand in the first position and raise your hands above the head and keep it straight. Now move the hands backwards in the state of bowing and bend the waist backwards. During this time you will make the shape of a half moon. This asana is also called Ardhachandrasana.

12. Pranamasana – The Prayer Pose

Stand straight facing the sun and join both legs, keeping the waist straight. Now bring the hands near the chest and make a state of bowing by joining both palms. .

SPIRITUAL RESPONSIBILITY.

The Vedic texts claim to be Atmavidya, “know real I ” or “consciousness science” and they also provide a framework to decode its narrative, establishing its central concern with consciousness.  In the Vedic view, the reality is unitary at the deepest level since otherwise there would be chaos.  Since language is linear, whereas the unfolding of the universe takes place in a multitude of dimensions,  language is limited in its ability to describe reality. Because of this limitation, reality can only be experienced and never described fully. All descriptions of the universe lead to logical paradoxes.

People used nature as a way to find inspiration and establish spiritual connections. The interdependence of all life and the notion that the individual (atman) and the universe (Brahman) are one are central themes in many Bhartiya philosophies.  Agriculture:  In an agrarian society, existence depends on an awareness of the environment. For the community’s sustenance, Gurukuls imparted agricultural skills, such as crop production and the science of seasons.  Observation and Learning from Nature:  Natural phenomena were frequently employed as metaphors and symbols in the teaching of a variety of subjects. It was thought that one of the best ways to teach wisdom was by studying nature

Are We Living In A Computer Program?

How has technology changed your job?

Simulation Hypothesis.

Man-made the image of the deity based on his imagination. For this reason, the picture of the form of the deities is different at each place. There are thousands of types of pictures of Ganesh, Lakshmi, Kali, Shiva, and Vishnu, there are thousands of types of idols. In Sanatan culture, tantra has special importance i.e. technology. Therefore, it has been clearly stated in Tantra Sadhana and Tantra Science that the literal form of any deity is the mantra and its form is the yantra.

Each instrument has some special lines, triangles, points, and circles. These three are present in every instrument and they are composed according to geometrical science. No line is crooked, nor are the sides of a triangle separated, and dots

Therefore, you can draw a picture of a deity based on your imagination, but the yantra is constructed only based on definite principles and calculations. After this, life is consecrated in it by special mantras, then that yantra is not a normal sketch but becomes a manifestation of power and divine energy. What is the secret behind this tantrokta creation?  This is necessary to understand. Each point, triangle, and circle have an important place in tantra science.

The point is a drop but it is given a special place in the system because the sound is produced from the point and the sound symbolizes the sky element. If we look at our vision, everything in space appears to be a dot. Therefore, according to tantra science, the point is an indicator of entry, an indicator of a beginning. When a point is moved forward, a line is formed when it moves with a simple speed. The straight line represents the desireless sense of the point and in the desired state this line curves, forming a triangle.

Our Sanatan Tantra science believes in the truth that when there was nothing before the emergence of this world, then from where did the creation begin? Of course, it started from the point. The point is that when there was nothing, there was a point in the universe and when everything also dissolves into a point, the point is also the form of emergence and also the form of merger. From the starting point to the endpoint. That is why there was a lot of thought in the tantra texts whether the point is Shiva or the point is power. The conclusion was that the points are a form of power, and there is also a solid basis behind it

What is Simulation Theory?

Simulation theory says that we are all likely living in an extremely powerful computer program, directed by an entity outside of our physical comprehension and controlled by a superior being. It also means that humans are not real beings, but instead predetermined constructs of the digital world. The theory also suggests that the physical laws affecting our reality are algorithms, and what we experience, is created by the computational processes.

What does Sanatan’s Philosophy say about the Simulation theory?

Well, Sanatan philosophy gives many theories regarding the creation, out of which the two major theories are-

1. Nasadiya suktam- a creation that came out from formless, nirgun Brahman. (Already explained).

2. Purusha suktam- a creation which is created by the god (Swagun Brahman). If we go by the Purusha suktam it gives us a detailed idea about the simulation.

But it is just one aspect of Purusha suktam.

According to the Rig Veda 6.47.18-

रूपं-रूपं परतिरूपो बभूव तदस्य रूपं परतिचक्षणाय |

न्द्रो मायाभिः पुरुरूप ईयते युक्ता हयस्य हरयःशता दश ||

Meaning- In every figure he has been the mode: this is his only form for us to look at. Indra assumes many form by his Maya.

Maya is something that doesn’t exist in reality but we all are bound to it, just like the simulation which we cannot see but our life is bound to it.

As per the Bhagavad Gita, 7.14-

दैवी ह्येषा गुणमयी मम माया दुरत्यया |
मामेव ये प्रपद्यन्ते मायामेतां तरन्ति ते ||

Meaning – “My lord  ( bhagavan shree maha Vishnu) divine energy Maya, consisting of the three modes of nature, is very difficult to overcome. But those who surrender unto Me cross over it easily.”

According to the Atharva Veda 19.53.3, it states the universe, being a projection in space-time-

पूर्ण कुम्भोदिः काल आहितस्तं वै पश्यामो बहुदा नु सन्तः ।

A full pot has been placed in time and it is that which we see manifoldly.

Also, Brahma Samhita states that Bhagawan Maha-Vishnu reclines in the water of the ocean in a state called yoga-nidra. Thus, it is said that the universal creation is nothing but the dream of Maha-Vishnu. He is said to create and destroy innumerable universes in his dream.  But, as we know creation and destruction are the two aspects of this universe. After the destruction, it is very difficult for any programmer to rewrite such a complex and huge program again and again. Hence, to prevent that one needs to have backup and the following mantra of Rig Veda gives us a clue regarding the backup-

सूरय्याचन्द्रमसौ धाता यथा पूर्वमकल्पयत् I
दिवं च पृथ्वीं  च अंतरिक्षमथो स्वः   II  10.190.3  II

Meaning- “The Ordainer created the sun and moon like those of previous cycles. He formed in order Heaven and Earth, the regions of the air, and light.”  Going by scientific research, It was Nick Bostrom who is a Faculty of Philosophy, at Oxford University, published a research paper, “ARE YOU LIVING IN A COMPUTER SIMULATION?”, in 2003 and coined this whole simulation hypothesis.

His theory was also backed by elonmusk, @NASA when in a podcast with Joe Rogan, Musk said “If you assume any rate of improvement at all, games will eventually be indistinguishable from reality” before concluding “that it’s most likely we’re in a simulation. The biggest question here is whether every program is a set of codes and have we found any such codes that can back this hypothesis?
Interestingly, James Gates, an MIT graduate who has dedicated his life researching on string theory and simulation theory, claims that he has found such code. He claims that he has identified what appears to be actual computer code embedded in the equations of string theory that describe the fundamental particles of our universe.

Hanuman Chalisa teaches to control the mind and soul’

Who is the most confident person you know?

Lord Hanuman ji

Our daily routine starts with reading Shri Hanuman Chalisa. But do you know that there are 40 chaupaiyas in Shri Hanuman Chalisa, they are written in the order which is the order of life of a normal human being. The sequence begins with thoughts. Your whole life is based on your thoughts, so life should be lived in a proper way

Maharishi Tulsi Das Ji started attaining Lord Shri Ram Ji by making Mahabali Shri Hanuman Ji his Guru. If you are just reading Hanuman Chalisa, then it is giving you inner strength, but if you understand the threads of life hidden in its meaning, then you can achieve success in every field of life. Shri Hanuman Chalisa is the first Chalisa written in the Sanatan tradition, all the remaining Chalisa were written only after this. There are many formulas of success of Shri Hanuman Chalisa from beginning to end. Let’s know what changes you can bring in your life with Hanuman Chalisa. First of all, you have to accept the change in life, the most powerful energy you have to surrender

श्रीगुरु चरन सरोज रज,
निज मनु मुकुरु सुधारि।

I cleanse the mirror of my mind from my Guru’s blessing. The importance of the Guru is written in the first line of the first couplet of the Chalisa. If you don’t have a guru in life, no one can take you forward. Only the Guru can show you the right path.
That is why Tulsidas has written that I clean the mirror of the mind from the dust of the Guru’s feet. In today’s era, the Guru can be our advisor as well as an officer. Parents are called the first gurus.  The thing to understand is that it is important to respect the guru, that is, the elders than you. If you want to move forward on the path of progress, then respect elders with humility.

कंचन बरन बिराज सुबेसा,
कानन कुंडल कुंचित केसा।

Your body color is bright like gold, dressed well, your ears are coiled and your hair is groomed. In today’s era, your progress also depends on how you live and look. The first impression should be good.  If you are very talented but do not live well, then this thing can affect your career. Therefore, always keep good living and costumes

बिद्यावान गुनी अति चातुर,
राम काज करिबे को आतुर।

You are knowledgeable, a mine of virtues, you are also clever. They are always eager to do Rama’s work.
It is very important to have a good degree in today’s era. But Chalisa says that just having a degree will not make you successful. Along with acquiring knowledge, you will also have to increase your qualities and bring cleverness to the intellect. Hanuman has all three qualities, he is a disciple of Surya, virtuous and clever

प्रभु चरित सुनिबे को रसिया,
राम लखन सीता मन बसिया।

Whatever your priority, which is your work, you should not only be interested in speaking about it but also in listening.  It is very important to be a good listener. If you don’t have the skill of listening, you can never be a good leader

सूक्ष्म रुप धरि सियहिं दिखावा,
बिकट रुप धरि लंक जरावा।

Where, how to behave yourself in what situation, this art can be learned from Hanumanji.
When Sita met in the Ashoka Vatika, he met her in the shape of a small monkey, while when Lanka lit, he took the form of a mountain.
Often people are not able to decide how they want to look in front of whom.

तुम्हरो मंत्र बिभीसन माना,
लंकेस्वर भए सब जग जाना।

Understanding whom, where, and what advice to give is very essential. Advice given to the right person at the right time does not only benefit him but also benefits you somewhere.

There is no doubt that the power that belongs to God is greater than that of the name of God. The waves of chanting the name go deep into our inner being. With this, the mind and soul become pure, power and power start to burn, the intellect starts developing, all sins are destroyed, the desired results are obtained, all sufferings are removed, troubles are eradicated, liberation is achieved, God-realization, fear is removed, but all that is needed is to take the name of God with a sincere heart and a pure mind. Hanuman Chalisa teaches that the mind is the doer and the mind is the consumer. The vibrations generated in the mind are created only because of our karma. Nowadays, the root of all problems in a very busy, very modern, and lonely life is the disturbance of the mind. Nowadays such diseases have arisen that the body is not detected in the examination. All these are due to the mind, so it is necessary to provide positive energy to the mind. The practice of Hanuman Chalisa connects this divine energy to our consciousness and when this power flows in the mind, the flow of many thoughts stops in it. The mind wanders in the astral world, due to which it finds a way to attain the original purpose of life. This is the path to Self-realization, and through continuous spiritual practice he finally becomes one with the Supreme Consciousness

No matter what kind of substance it is, it gives some light when burned.

What activities do you lose yourself in?

Oh, think  🤔

In ancient times, there was a learned sage Kakshiwan who was well versed in all types of scriptures and Vedas. Once he went to meet Rishi Priyamedha who was a scholar like him and knowledgeable in all the scriptures. Both were also classmates and whenever they met, there was a long debate between the two, in which sometimes the orbiter and sometimes the beloved were victorious.  On that day also the sage Orbiter asked Priyamedha a question in the debate, “What is the thing that  that, if lit, produces heat but does not spread any light?” Priyamedha pondered a lot but was unable to answer the riddle. He promised to answer it later, but his life was spent trying to find the answer. No matter what kind of substance it is, it gives some light when burned

When the end time of Priyamedh Rishi came near, he sent a message to the sage Orbiter that I was unable to find the answer to your riddle, but I am sure that such a scholar will be born in my dynasty who will be able to answer your question. But promise me that you will not leave this earth until a scholar of my family answers your question. Saying this, he gave up his life. Orbiter was deeply saddened by his death, but what saddened him even more was that Priyamegha died in dissatisfaction because of his question After the death of Priyamegh, his son took the responsibility of answering this question but he too was unable to find the answer to this question and one day he also died. In the same way, one after the other, eight generations of Priyamegh fell into the cheek of time in an attempt to find the answer to the question of the orbiter. Orbiter stayed alive to find a solution to his riddle. As a boon, Kakshivan had received a pouch from Devraj Indra which was made of mongoose leather. It was full of rice grains and they had a boon that they would live until the rice grains were exhausted.

Every year they would take out a grain and throw it away, and were living to answer their question. In the ninth generation of Priyamegh, a child named Sakamshva was born, who was very learned since childhood. As a child, he had participated in innumerable scriptures and was always victorious. When Sakamsva grew up, one thing started pricking him his entire 8 generations had been unable to answer a riddle and the sage orbiters were alive only to get the answer to their question He decided that by finding the answer to this question, he would eradicate the stigma of his family and free the sage Orbiter from this life cycle. One day he was thinking about this question when he remembered a verse from Sama Veda and he was filled with emotion and started singing it in a melodious voice. With that, he also got the answer to his question. He immediately ran to the hermitage of the chamber and paid obeisance to him. The roomers knew as soon as they saw him that they would get the answer to their question today. Sakamsva said, “O Gurudev, a person who recites the Sama Veda after the Rig Veda, that singing is like a fire from which both heat and light are produced.

But the person who sings only the hymns of the Rig Veda, not the Sama Veda, that singing is like the real fire, but this is the fire from which heat is produced but not light.  Hearing Sakamshva’s reply, tears welled up in the eyes of the orbiter. He said in a full voice, “O son! You are blessed. A question I inadvertently asked snatched my dear friend Priyamegh from me. Not only this, I also saw many generations of him in front of me in the dark.   But today by answering this question, you not only benefited your ancestors but also freed me from this cycle of life. Saying this, he gave his bag to Sakamshva and asked him to scatter the remaining rice grains so that he could go to the next world.  At his command, Sakamsva threw all the rice grains on the earth, and then the orbiter gave up his body.
This is Prabodha, this is the Sumarti for which this human body has been obtained.

All of us human beings have kept ourselves in the limited range where we only have our job, savings account, children, and education, so far our thinking power has been limited. Instead of giving space to new thinking, people are busy shopping, new mobiles, and fashion styles. The difficult problem today is the weakening of willpower. Whether it is worth considering whether it is worth considering or not that only external option is being given importance to solve the problem!!!

The beyond vibration.

How It Connects You With The Cosmos?

What is a mantra?

The term “mantra” originates from two Sanskrit roots, namely ‘manas’ which signifies the mind, and ‘tra’ which denotes an instrument. Essentially, a mantra functions as a tool of the mind, producing a potent sound or vibration that facilitates deep meditation. In mantra yoga, faith and devotion to the mantra’s deity are crucial elements that unlock its transformative potential.

How does a mantra come into existence?

In a dialogue between Bhagawan Shiva and Maa Parvati, Parvati raised a question about people’s unawareness of their ignorance. She asked, “What can they do?” In response, Shiva emphasized the importance of staying connected to the universal energy, the ultimate source of wisdom. He explained, “For the source possesses all the knowledge that anyone seeks.” Shiva revealed, “The simplest way is to choose any sound from my damaru.” He explained that everything in its current existence originated from those very sounds. Thus, the mantras came into being through the resonance of Shiva’s damru.

Mantras and their nomenclature

According to Agni Purana mantras,
are of different types like – Male, Female & Neuter ( Gender)

1-Mala Mantras,
2- Bija Mantras,
3- Arvak-Mantras
4- Soumya Mantras
5- Agneya Mantras
6- Ari Mantras
7- Siddha Mantras
8- Sadhya Mantras
9-Susiddha Mantras
10- Pranav Mantra.

दशलक्षजपादेकवर्णो मन्त्रः प्रसिध्यति ।। 293.23 ।।

A mantra consisting single letter bears fruit after repetition for Ten lakh (a million) times.

How does the mechanism of a mantra operate?

To comprehend this, it is necessary to understand the functioning of the universe and the human mind.
Every utterance and thought we express possesses the potential to impact our lives and the lives of others. Words of encouragement, spoken at the opportune moment, can serve as lifelong inspiration, while unkind and hostile words can leave lasting scars. Even the conversations that transpire within our minds can significantly alter our self-perception and our perception of others.

The universe, too, can be envisioned as a living entity comprised of numerous interconnected components. Each planet functions as a vital element within this expansive cosmic organism. Though seemingly insignificant, every constituent holds importance. Just as removing individual grains of sand gradually depletes a heap, each entity, no matter how minute, contributes to the entirety. Correspondingly, both positive and negative words can impact every individual and aspect of the universe. The inception of the ancient discipline of mantras was not a random occurrence.

Enlightened sages of the past recognized that both the human mind and the universe endure a constant barrage of words, encompassing both positivity and negativity. They understood that by amalgamating specific words together and forming mantras, they could exert influence over our lives and even shape the fabric of the universe itself. Moreover, the energy emanating from mantras is intended to attract the attention of the universal energy, thereby establishing a connection.
Mantra yoga serves as a pathway for strengthening our bond with this cosmic force. The science of mantras posits that by utilizing the appropriate words to train our minds, enhance our focus, and align ourselves with the divinity pervading the universe, we can transcend the negative tendencies that impede our progress. By harnessing the power of mantras, we can overcome obstacles and rise above limitations.
Every mantra encompasses three essential components, known as limbs or “Angas”:

1. Devata:
This refers to the deity who is revered and praised by the mantra.

2. Rishi:
The seer or sage to whom the mantra was originally revealed.

3. Chandah:
The specific meter or poetic structure in which the mantra is composed.

When this atom of matter has so much energy, why doesn’t it explode??

What is your mission?

Laws apply to spirituality.

There is a connection between physical science and spirituality. The same theories that apply in physics are also applicable to spirituality. Matter is the basis of physical science. It starts with money, which is called (mass) and it reaches (velocity). This journey of physics begins with a particle of clay, i.e., matter, and reaches quantum. Statics change into ‘dynamics’ and enter the field of abnormal energy. Like physics, this theory of change also works in the field of spirituality Like matter, many new scenes are constantly changing in human life. In physics, matter is discussed and then the phenomenon of the conversion of matter into energy is discussed. The physics in which matter is discussed is called classical physics and in which the energy of matter is discussed is called quantum physics. In this science of matter, the energy of matter is studied. The credit for this goes to the great scientist Newton. It is due to the study of kinetic and kinetic energy that it is called mechanics, and on this basis, science, engineering, and technology were first developed. Based on this science, planets, constellations, galaxies satellites, etc. could be studied.

Einstein gave the formula E = mc2. Accordingly (mass) and energy are extracted. That is, if we increase the speed of a mass, after a certain speed a state comes that the whole mass is converted into energy. The whole thing turns into energy. It’s hard to understand.  When that mass, the same piece of matter, enters the quantum field, it has extraordinary energy and all this energy is kinetic and it also has strength

Thus there are two concepts of matter- one is matter and the other energy is called statics and energy is called dynamics. In statistics study what causes matter to move, and in dynamics, we look at why matter moves. When the speed of matter increases, it is no longer a substance but is converted into energy. How this energy works, when this energy is converted into a particle, and when the particle turns into energy has been studied in depth and this branch of study is known as quantum theory. The energy obtained by the decomposition of ordinary substances is very low. Just like breaking a stone gives it a little energy; But these small pieces of stone get more energy than that when they hit each other Breaking down this stone atom, which is invisible to the eye, produces so much energy that it can destroy a city. According to quantum technology, the protons and neutrons inside the atom are one hundred thousand times smaller than that atom, but the energy in it is millions of times more than that atom. With this energy, this world can be destroyed and if used properly, the whole world can be illuminated. This means that the energy keeps floating in the material that appears to be stable.

When this atom of matter has so much energy, why doesn’t it explode??

The answer to the question comes from the theory of supersymmetry. The atom has two fields — the boson field and the Fermion field are photon gluons, Higgs, and Grovitans under boson fields. These particles are positively charged. Inside the fermion consists of electrons, musculatures, 3 neutrinos, and 6 Clarks. These particles are negatively charged. Thus each field is filled with infinite energy, but since both fields are positive and negative, their total energy becomes zero. When these particles collide with each other, an unlimited destructive energy stream begins to flow

According to quantum technology, the entire universe is built into one energy stream. The same fact also demonstrates the theory of consciousness that consciousness is not undivided but there is only one energy present in the whole universe and that is the Supreme Energy that is supreme. Everything is built out of this energy. Advaita Vedanta says that there is only one God everywhere, nothing else. Therefore, even in matter, energy is solid and it is extraordinary energy. What is constant has force; Because where static energy is, it is not visible. This is not generally understood, But that’s how it is

Energy also has a variety of forces. One of these forces is also magnetism. Just as we see the sun as stationary, it doesn’t seem to be doing anything, it doesn’t even seem to move; But he stays in his seat. All the planets revolve around it and they are all bound to the sun. Since the Sun has its power, all these planets are tied together with the Sun. The Sun has infinite power. If the sun did not have power, Venus, Saturn, Mars, Moon, etc. would all have left their (orbit). All of them are bound to him by the force of the sun. That’s why they can’t get out of their orbit and keep moving around the sun. The Earth keeps rotating around the Sun, the Moon keeps orbiting the Earth, and such constant rotations keep changing. It changes the seasons. Although the sun appears stable, it has strength, vitality, and energy, and all its planets and satellites continue to receive that energy from it.

Static energy and kinetic energy are the laws of physics, and these laws of science also apply to spirituality. There is a constant change in the body, there is a change in the mind, and there is also a change in the life force. There are changes in rituals that go beyond the body and mind. The sacraments break down and change, and so new karma emerges, those karmas merge, connect, and are destroyed. Many new scenes of life keep coming up and changing. In these ever-changing events, if there is anything that remains unchanged, it is the soul. The soul is immutable, it does not change, but the energy that all these changes get, the vital energy, is all coming from the soul itself. The soul is immutable and is the source of energy for all the activities of the body and mind.

Thus all changes continue to occur at their own pace, they continue to flow at their own pace; But the strength that they get comes from there, which is immutable, which is eternal, which is stable. It is what is stable that is accelerating it. Kinetic energy is due to kinetic energy. Kinetic energy is the source of kinetic energy. That’s how life is. There is a deep connection between body and soul. There is a relationship between nature and the Supreme Soul. There is a connection between change and sustainability. There is also a connection between physics and spiritual science. The stronger and more stable this relationship, the happier, calmer, and better-developed human life will be.

What do I want?

What book are you reading right now?

Shrimad Bhagvat Gita ji

Along with this, ‘how will the future be,’ this matter should also be considered with foresight and seriousness, and mental preparation should be done for the future. Because we cannot run away from the future, we have to face it. Worrying or worrying will do nothing. You have to have courage. Have to be patient, and make wise decisions, what is the environment around us like? How are the people? Who among them are our friends, and who are our enemies? From where can those enemies harm us? These things have to be seriously considered. We have to beware of those enemies and maintain a friendship with gentlemen. Will take the help of friends when in trouble, and will also help them when needed. In this way, you have to work with intelligence and courage.

The person who will live his life by this method will be least unhappy in his life, will get maximum happiness, and his life will be successful.
What am I?, What am I doing?, What position am I in?, How am I? All these things don’t matter. Only one thing matters. “What do I want?” So be a good thinker, make your thoughts beautiful, and you will automatically become beautiful.

The conscience of human beings, listening and understanding, the same is true, the same is true knowledge. The disciplined man can achieve the philosophy and real knowledge of the truth. On the achievement of real knowledge, all the mourning and sorrow of man becomes self-resolved. Where there will be light, there will be darkness, and where knowledge will not be sad. The lack of light is dark and the absence of knowledge is only sad. There is no other fundamental existence of sadness.

The relationship between Emotion and moon

How much would you pay to go to the moon?

1. Mood and Emotions The moon is associated with emotions, feelings, and the mind. It influences our moods and mental states. It is believed to govern the subtle, emotional aspect of human nature.

2. Soma, the Divine Nectar In Vedic texts, Soma is often referred to as a divine nectar or elixir associated with the moon. It is considered a source of spiritual enlightenment and higher consciousness.

3. Cycles and Rhythms The moon’s phases have deep significance. The waxing and waning of the moon are seen as reflections of the cyclical nature of life, death, and rebirth.

4. Feminine Energy The moon is associated with feminine energy and is often linked with goddesses like Saraswati, Parvati, and Lakshmi in Hindu mythology. It embodies qualities like nurturing, receptivity, and intuition.

5. Meditative Practices The moon is considered an aid in meditation. Its calming influence on the mind is utilized in practices aimed at achieving inner peace and spiritual growth.

6. Astrology In Vedic astrology (Jyotish Shastra), the position of the moon at the time of one’s birth (Moon sign or “Chandra Rashi”) is believed to influence a person’s personality, emotions, and inner nature.

7. Deity Chandra Chandra is also considered a deity in Hinduism. He is often depicted as riding a chariot pulled by ten white horses, representing the ten directions in Hindu cosmology.

8. Soma Sacrifices In ancient Vedic rituals, Soma was an essential element in sacrificial ceremonies. Its consumption was believed to confer spiritual enlightenment and a sense of euphoria.

Sprituality is beyond science

What was the hardest personal goal you’ve set for yourself?

There are many types of knowledge and science in the world. People learn and take advantage of them all according to their interests. But above all these sciences there is a great science, without which all other sciences are incomplete and useless. Spiritualism is that philosophy of life on which inner and outer progress, prosperity and happiness, and peace depend. Knowledge of science gives strength to man and prosperity. But without spiritual knowledge, there can be no achievement of cooperation, love, intimacy, joy, and gaiety. Spiritualism is that great science, without the knowledge of which all the splendors of the earth are meaningless and on attaining even a little bit, life becomes full of bliss. The first thing that needs to be learned and heartened is scientific spiritualism itself.
