Global well- being

What quality do you value most in a friend?

Oh Nature

For the last several years, we have been seeing the heat increasing continuously, this year there is a lot of change in the heat, last year was also hot but this year it has reached 50 degrees in many places in Asia, and the mercury is also around 47 in India’s capital Delhi. Many people are saying that we cut trees due to which we have to see so much heat, we Indians have the habit of blaming everything. But is the temperature increasing due to the cutting of trees?

Or is it a cycle, in which the role of human beings is very limited? The earth is 450 million years old, it has been 2 lakh years since man came, and it has been 300 years since man planted so-called factories, which is the main cause of global warming. In just 300 years, have we raised the temperature of the earth so much that we will be absorbed in the sea? If so, how many factories would have had to be set up at the end of the last ice age to melt ice? The last ice age came 25000 to 19000 thousand years ago the reason for its end is this cycle, which makes the earth hot or cold, like every 1 lakh years there is some change in the orbital path of the Earth’s Sun, and every 41000 years the axis of the earth tilts from 22.1 degrees to 24.5 degrees,  Apart from this, there are other cycles also. Which affects the winter heat

So planting our trees or not is not going to make any difference in the global warming of the earth, let me tell you a simple figure if you drive 5000 kilometers on a bike per year, then you will have to plant 23 big trees, which will reduce its carbon emission to zero, 70 trees for one AC and 200 trees if you drive a car. This is not possible for all of us, so do not burden yourself with global warming.  Yes, but you can plant trees, even one tree will give shelter to thousands of creatures, and will give shelter to you.

Purify the environment around you, purify your neighborhood, and reduce the temperature there, it does not affect global warming. Anyway, man has not advanced so technologically that he can have a huge impact on global warming, but, certainly, we will one day, our greed is only drying up the rivers and ponds, tomorrow when we dry up the oceans, then it will happen, now we have been able to dig only a few kilometers below the earth.  When we dig and reach the core of the earth, we will destroy it completely. Until then, stop worrying about global warming and enjoy eating fruits in the shade of the tree. Because the people who give us knowledge on global warming go in private jets and yachts and you cannot imagine how many millions of trees are cut in their greed, while the entire forest cannot compensate for the carbon emissions of their one journey

Belonging to oneself means anchoring one’s identity and self-worth internally rather than externally. It involves understanding that your value is inherent and not contingent on others’ opinions, societal norms, or external achievements. This form of belonging is an intimate knowledge and acceptance of who you are, with all your strengths and flaws.

The Challenge of External Validation

In today’s interconnected world, where social media and societal expectations can heavily influence our sense of self, the pull towards external validation is strong. People often seek approval, love, and acceptance from others, using these external sources as mirrors to reflect their worth. 4. Authenticity:

Living in alignment with your true self, values, and beliefs. Authenticity requires courage, especially when it means diverging from societal expectations or risking disapproval from others.

When you belong to yourself, you cultivate a sense of inner peace and resilience. This self-belonging provides a stable foundation from which you can navigate life’s challenges and relationships. It allows you to engage with others from a place of wholeness rather than neediness, leading to healthier and more fulfilling connections.

When are you most happy?

There is a deep thirst for happiness in our human nature. Whenever we get the opportunity, we all start in search of happiness. It is such a quest, which stands behind all our wants and desires, and aspirations, which is equal in all. Happiness, which everyone wants to find, receive and share. From reaching the pinnacle of success, on the paths of life, in all the lines of relationships, in the company of means, convenience, respect, in all the peripheries of the country and time, we want to get the experience of happiness only and only.
We seek happiness in every moment of life. Whether it is called happiness or happiness, it is felt by everyone according to their feelings. We and all are involved in the race to find happiness. In our imaginations, in our thoughts, and in our actions, only those things can find a deep place to which our happiness is attached. The desire for happiness is a natural demand of our existence. If there is continuity of happiness in every moment of life, then it becomes synonymous with bliss.

We all have the possibilities and abilities to achieve happiness, but only one can get the taste of it in life. Why? Because the way of life is not as simple and easy as we understand. In the world in which we live, among the people we know, we have to find our happiness, but the biggest difficulty is when we evaluate our life from the past to the present day. If so, the road to happiness seems to be very difficult. Everyone wants to collect a lot of happiness and be happy always, but this is rarely possible. If we count the moments of the past, we find that the moments of happiness in life are very few and the moments of sorrow are more. If we do not see such compatibility even in the present moment, then will the desire for happiness remain buried inside and we will continue to live a life staggering in the waves of happiness and sorrow for its desire? No! The life that man has, there are always infinite possibilities in it, and the ways to live this life are also innumerable. That is why it is the responsibility and necessity that he should find that path for his life, on which he can attain happiness.

Deep down the belief that there is a path to happiness for every human being in this world. Of course, one has to find it himself. Everyone has their own separate and personal path to happiness. It has to be discovered by ourselves, no one else can find it and give it and we can search it for others even if we don’t want to. First of all, we should look within ourselves and see whether the desire and desire for happiness are not taking birth in any corner of our inner being. Ask yourself, do we want to be happy? Want to see yourself happy? If yes, then somewhere else in a different world, not in different circumstances, but wherever we are, we will have to find our share of happiness in the crowd of this world. For those who are ready to be happy, to find their path and follow it, then here we are presenting some priceless formulas of life for such people, which everyone can adopt to find their happiness. You can get assured success.

1: To have full faith in the fact that all the happiness of life and all the beauty of the world are contained in our personality. Happiness is not something that can be brought or found from outside or can be bought by paying a price. It is the most valuable thing in life, the highest and most sacred quality of human beings, and its place is not outside, but within us, in our attitude.

2: The second lesson on the path to happiness is to be constantly entrepreneurial. It would be good to make some meaningful goals and try to achieve them in life. The bigger the goal, the greater the achievement, and the greater the achievement, the greater the happiness. Keep in mind that achievements are closely related to happiness. Happiness can never be obtained from idleness. Keep doing something meaningful, and positive.

The third principle of attaining and maintaining happiness is that the highest values, the highest ideals, and the thoughts, and principles of the great personality should be made the greatest friend. Sometimes we can get deceived by the friends we make in life, but these values can never be deceived and most importantly, whenever we start falling apart in the journey of life, we start losing, then a more helpful friend than them. No one else will. Only these values and ideals have the power to show the right life path even in the thick of darkness. Even if the whole world turns against us, they do not leave our side. To develop happiness in our existence, the life management that is required, we get it from these values and ideals.

The next lesson teaches us to make rules for ourselves. Restraint is the meaning by which the happiness obtained is saved and maintained. To assimilate this sutra, it is necessary to understand in ourselves that whatever we have to do, wherever we reach, whatever we have to achieve, everything is bound by the ‘limitation of time. Knowing the importance of time, those who adopt restraint of time are successful in moving forward on the path of happiness. Therefore, always remember that self-discipline, an internal contract of restraint is the proper way to make meaningful use of time. It is said that those who waste time. Time destroys them one day. Therefore, moderation and management of time are very important in life. The tasks of lifestyle should be fixed in such a way that maximum part of our time should be spent in purposeful work, apart from this, some free time should be left or by taking some time, one must get the company of nature. After going amidst the greenery in the river, mountains, and gardens, gardens and sitting quietly for some time and observing the activities of natural life, the mind automatically fills with freshness and happiness.

You have to learn to love yourself. We should know the importance of the life for which we are excited about happiness. It is necessary to understand the importance of ourselves for the sense of self-respect and self-respect and this importance is manifested only when we love ourselves. One who loves himself can keep loving and harmonious behavior with the surrounding environment and also with the people. Along with this, one of the biggest achievements for those who love themselves is that of self-confidence. Confidence is formed by the abilities of our creativity and originality, but the way to know and understand the creative and original things within us is through love towards oneself. By adopting these above-mentioned life sutras, we all can be successful in finding the path to happiness in our life.

What do I want?

What book are you reading right now?

Shrimad Bhagvat Gita ji

Along with this, ‘how will the future be,’ this matter should also be considered with foresight and seriousness, and mental preparation should be done for the future. Because we cannot run away from the future, we have to face it. Worrying or worrying will do nothing. You have to have courage. Have to be patient, and make wise decisions, what is the environment around us like? How are the people? Who among them are our friends, and who are our enemies? From where can those enemies harm us? These things have to be seriously considered. We have to beware of those enemies and maintain a friendship with gentlemen. Will take the help of friends when in trouble, and will also help them when needed. In this way, you have to work with intelligence and courage.

The person who will live his life by this method will be least unhappy in his life, will get maximum happiness, and his life will be successful.
What am I?, What am I doing?, What position am I in?, How am I? All these things don’t matter. Only one thing matters. “What do I want?” So be a good thinker, make your thoughts beautiful, and you will automatically become beautiful.

The conscience of human beings, listening and understanding, the same is true, the same is true knowledge. The disciplined man can achieve the philosophy and real knowledge of the truth. On the achievement of real knowledge, all the mourning and sorrow of man becomes self-resolved. Where there will be light, there will be darkness, and where knowledge will not be sad. The lack of light is dark and the absence of knowledge is only sad. There is no other fundamental existence of sadness.

Achievement of goal .

What could you do more of?

Faith is a great power. If there is a deep faith in the mind, then even the most difficult path can be taken forward, and if there is no such faith, then the steps taken on any path in life start going on downward. The mind was terrified by all kinds of doubts. But if there is a belief in the mind that someone is standing behind you to help you, then man is not looking back to do any work anywhere and he can do that work. But if you do not have faith in your mind, then the place where you are standing, the ground is slipping under your feet, and you start to feel. Faith is the foundation that the mind needs, it is a strong foundation. Life is a strong refuge. No matter what the good or bad situation in life, faith is what helps a person to be courageous. To get ahead in any situation in life, one has to first learn to trust someone. Only then can a man move on, first to himself and then to the Lord. If there is no self-belief and no self-confidence, then man feels weak and fails on the way forward. So before you can win any race you have to believe in yourself, only then it is time to strive for it.

Now the question is who should we trust? How to recognize your strengths and weaknesses? How can we believe that we can do this work? There is only one answer to this, and that is that just as a small seed has the power to become a huge tree, so also within us the power to make infinite possibilities possible is innumerable, but in the form of a seed. If we do not believe in ourselves, in our strength, we will never be able to use those powers. Only by believing in ourselves can we make good use of the many strengths within us and make our personality strong, and vast like a huge tree. Just as the seed has to face many struggles crises, and challenges before it can take the shape of a giant tree, so too do human beings have to face different kinds of hardships, difficult situations, and challenges to develop. If he does not believe in his strength, in his strength, in his ability, he will never be able to move forward. He will not be able to accept any challenge and overcome the difficulties that have come.

For that, one should fully develop one’s potential. We must learn to use them properly. For that, first of all, we have to undertake small tasks, through which we will realize our strength and then we should try to accomplish big tasks. It is natural to have doubts about the completion of any major task. It is impossible to work, such confusion in the mind, there is a possibility of it; But if we strive for it with self-confidence, we can pave the way for success by overcoming even the biggest obstacles that seem impossible, and make that task possible.

Know inner strength?

There are so many things happening in this world that we are surprised to see. It seems like nobody can do it, but somebody just does it. It takes a lot of patience, hard work, perseverance, perseverance and courage to do anything that seems amazing and impossible. People who rely on it and believe that it can be done can do it. The more one works hard and studies, the more one persists in one’s work, and the more easily one succeeds in doing it. Even if that task is difficult for others, it becomes easier for those who have the practice and experience to do it. Faith is a great virtue. If there is a strong faith in the mind, then one can easily walk on that path without fear of difficulties and calamities and one day he will complete the task which is not easy for everyone. Circus performances are performed one after the other, big shows are performed and the spectators hold their lives in their hands and keep on watching in amazement. They wonder how they can do all this work. But all this is the result of their training, their study, habits, hard work, dedication and self-confidence. On their strength, the circus performers take their lives into their hands and perform one risky task after another, the audience applauds and admires their skills.

Our lives are as full of challenges as circuses; But because we don’t have enough faith in our minds, we are afraid to accept those challenges. Even taking one step further, our minds are full of doubts. We can’t even believe that we can do something. We accept your defeat before we do anything. It is our weakness that hinders our development and does not allow us to move forward on the path of effort and study. If we want to move forward, to develop ourselves, we must learn to believe and remember that the storehouse of infinite power within us is full of seeds. We need to awaken them and make them believe in themselves. These forces are automatically activated as soon as we believe in ourselves. In the life of a person who is full of faith, there are three main principles at work – determination, courage and victory.
