Attitude of Gratitude: The Spiritual Medicine for Conscious Living

Science explains the body. Spirituality explains life itself.

In today’s fast-moving world, stress, dissatisfaction, and illness are increasing despite scientific progress. The reason is simple—we have moved away from consciousness. Ayurveda and spirituality both teach us that true healing begins within.

This blog explores how gratitude, surrender, and spiritual awareness act as the most powerful medicine for the mind, body, and soul. The ultimate truth of life is not birth, but death. Death is the greatest Guru it reminds us that life is temporary, while consciousness is continuous. From birth to death, consciousness evolves in the present moment. Our future birth and destiny are determined by the level of consciousness we attain today.

Every being lives life, but only human beings live with awareness, because humans have the power to choose. The most important question is:

Can I consciously choose the direction of my life?

The River and the Ocean: A Lesson for Seekers

A river flows continuously toward the ocean. On its way, it faces rocks, walls, curves, and storms—but it never stops.

Eventually, the river merges into the ocean and becomes infinite.

In the same way, a spiritual seeker who continues forward with faith without fear of obstacles—ultimately reaches the Divine. Such seekers dissolve their ego and personal desires and experience Brahmanand (ultimate bliss).

Worldly pleasures fade before this divine joy. Only true seekers experience it.

Dedication: The Ornament of the Spiritual World

The greatest ornament of spirituality is dedication.

Many people abandon spiritual practice because their faith has shallow roots. When greed, lust, or attachment arises, their belief collapses.

But those whose faith is deeply rooted remain unshakeneven during the strongest inner storms. These brave hearts alone attain victory on the spiritual path.

Surrender: Dropping the Burden of Ego

Most people fail on the spiritual path because they carry a heavy basket filled with:

Ego

Expectations

Personal beliefs

Desires

True transformation begins when this basket is dropped.

Complete surrender means saying:

This life filled with anger, attachment, greed, and ignorance no longer satisfies me. I now choose divine consciousness.

Becoming the Flute of the Divine

After surrender, the seeker becomes like a flute at God’s feet.

The flute has no music of its own, yet divine music flows through it.

Similarly, the surrendered seeker becomes an instrument of the Divine—thinking, acting, and living in alignment with higher consciousness.

Complete surrender turns the seeker into blank paper:

No ego

No desires

No fixed beliefs

Only on such purity can divine wisdom be written. Until human will dissolves, divine will cannot descend.

Power of Manomaya Kosha (Mind Body)

In Ayurveda, disease often begins in the mind (Manomaya Kosha).

When surrender happens:

Thoughts calm down

Mental noise dissolves

Stress reduces naturally

Stress and happiness are mind-created states. A guided mind leads to health; an uncontrolled mind leads to disease.

The immortal journey: beyond own limits

What does freedom mean to you?

Vibrate your body with 5 : SHIVA PANCHAKSHARI MANTRA

Shiva Panchakshari Mantra “Namashivaya” is the Shiva Panchakshari mantra, which is simple to chant but profound to interpret and understand. Due to the lofty meaning behind this mantra, this is considered a universal mantra.

Na –
This first syllable corresponds to Earth element.

Ma –
This second syllable represents Water element.

Shi –
This third syllable stands for the Fire element.

Va –
This fourth syllable denotes the Air element.

Ya-
This fifth syllable relates to the Ether or Space element

Lord Shiva as the Supreme God is said to be engaged in five tasks associated with the creations. The pancha Kriyas or the five acts are

Srishti_ creating,

Sthiti_ preserving,

Samhara _ destructing

Tirodhana _ concealing

Anugraha _ blessing.

The five syllables of the Shiva Panchakshari mantra correspond to these five divine acts of the Supreme Shiva. ‘Om’ or Pranava mantra and ‘Namashivaya’ are said to be one and the same. While the Pranava is the crux of the divine acts, the Shiva Panchakshari mantra expounds these divine acts further. The Pranava Mantra is like the husk of the paddy while the Shiva Panchakshari mantra is like the rice inside.

Shiva consciousness is beyond time and boundry

There was a time when balance in the cosmos broke.
The Devas ( positive ) energy were weakened. Their energy faded. The Asuras( giant ) energy grew in strength. Conflicts rose. Dharma trembled.

The only way to restore harmony was to retrieve the immortal the nectar of immortality, hidden deep within the Kṣīra Sāgara, the Ocean of Milk. But to bring it out, the ocean had to be ready for twist movement

Both Devas and Asuras agreed to churn the ocean together. Mandara Mountain became the churning rod.
Vāsuki, the great serpent of Mahādeva, was the rope.
The mountain began to sink So Viṣṇu took the form of a giant tortoise (Kurma) to support it from beneath.
Thus began the divine Samudra Manthan — the twist movement (manthan)  of the Cosmic Ocean.

Many diamonds (wondrous)  things emerged:

1. Kamadhenu,
2. Airāvata,
3. Kaustubha,
4. celestial Apsarās…

Movement of somthing unexpected : Hālāhala Visha.

But before the nectar could rise From the depths of the twist movement of ocean emerged something unexpected.  A dense, bluish-black vapor arose called Hālāhala Viṣa (Halahal vish). It spread in all directions.
Its very presence began to shake the elements.
The air darkened. The ocean trembled. Neither the Devas nor the Asuras could bear its touch.
Even Agni, the god of fire, stepped back. The sages, Devas, and ṛṣis gathered and said: “There is only One who can hold this The Mahāyogī, the Ever-Compassionate  Śiva.”

Silence is Medicine

Śiva, with infinite calm, took the entire Hālāhala Viṣa in His palms and in an act of sheer compassion… He drank it. But He did not swallow. With supreme control over His own being, He held the poison in His throat  between creation and destruction. His throat turned a deep, radiant blue. From that moment onward, the sages called Him:

1. Nīlkaṇṭha — The Blue-Throated One

2. The Lord who holds back destruction

3. The One who saves by containing, not by resisting

He absorbed the chaos and remained unmoved.
But this act was not His alone. As the fire of the poison raged in His throat, maa Pārvatī Devī  His consort, His Shakti. placed Her hand gently on His neck,
preventing the poison from descending into His body.
Shakti and Śiva stood as One Stillness and Compassion united in perfect harmony. The world was saved. Balance was restored.

The eternal teaching:

True divinity does not seek reward.
True power lies in absorbing the world’s pain in silence.
Not to destroy, but to protect. That is the glory of aadiyogi shiv . This is a mirror held up to your own journey.

1. The twist movement in ocean – your mind

2. The dark poison – your ego, pain, and hidden fears

3. Śiva – your inner Self

4. Shakti – your discriminating power, your inner devotion

when you churn your being when you face the inner poison with awareness. Can you reach the nectar of immortality-   real I .

Shiva soul: Anaahat chakras

Blessed are the rare devotees who worship the Chidanandalahari (divine consciousness/bliss) that eternally dwells in the heart chakra (Anahata).
The Anahata Chakra (heart lotus) is uniquely blessed, positioned in the center of our spiritual anatomy. It lies between two crucial points: the Mooladhara (root chakra) below and the Sahasrara (crown chakra) above, where the moon continuously bathes the energy channels with divine nectar.

This heart center is especially sacred because:

1. It contains the essence of all deities

2. It embodies the spiritual power of sacred pilgrimage sites like Srishaila

3. It’s guarded by the ten vital breaths (or the deities of the ten senses)

4. It’s connected to other major energy centers that shine like jeweled islands

5. It houses the individual soul (Jivatman), which extends throughout one’s being like a vast tree

A Divine Architectural Metaphor.

Write about a time when you didn’t take action but wish you had. What would you do differently?

The concept of Samayachara worship:

Core Concept:

Samaya chara worship is fundamentally about the fusion of chit Shakti (divine consciousness) with Brahman (ultimate reality).
In this tradition, Shiva and Sridevi are viewed as complementary forces – Shiva as Samaya and Sridevi as Samayaa.

The Five-Fold Unity of Shiva and Shakti

1. Adhishthana Samya (Unity of Abode)

They share the same divine dwelling place or domain.

2. Anushthana Samya (Unity of Action)

Both engage in identical cosmic activities, particularly in the act of creation.

3. Avastha Samya (Unity of State)

They mirror each other in divine states and expressions, such as the dances of Lasya and Tandava.

4. Nama Samya (Unity of Names)

Their names reflect their inherent connection:

– Shiva and Shivaa
– Samaya and Samayaa

5. Rupa Samya (Unity of Form)

They share identical physical characteristics:

– Both have three eyes
– Both are associated with the color red
– Other physical attributes are matched

The Sacred Palace of Sricakra: A Divine Architectural Metaphor

In the illustrious city of Sri pattana, a remarkable palace stands, constructed entirely from luminous Cintamani gems. The palace features three distinctive towers named Iccha Sikhara, Kriya Sikhara, and Jnana Sikhara, symbolizing desire, action, and knowledge. With four cardinal doors called Amnaya devas representing the Vedas: Purva, Dakshina, Paschim, and Uttara

The palace embodies sacred geometric precision. At its center, the Bindu Peetha, a powerful seat with four-sided steps, represents multiple divine aspects: Sri Peetha (prosperity), Maha Peetha (greatness), Vidya Peetha (knowledge), and Ananda Peetha (bliss). The entire structure follows the intricate design of Sri chakra, housing all male and female deities of this mystical configuration.

The central cot, resting on four divine legs: Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesana, and Iswara, which is supported by Sadasiva. Leading to this sacred space are 36 steps representing spiritual dimensions, with a foot rest positioned before the cot. A swan like bed adorns the cot, accompanied by two head pillows and one leg pillow, covered by a light red blanket. Upon this sacred throne, Lord Kameswara sits facing east, eternally manifested as a sixteen year old boy with four hands and three eyes, wearing elaborate ceremonial attire. On his lap resides Lalitha Devi, also perpetually sixteen, with a rosy complexion, four hands, and adorned with the moon, her name derived from her ability to please Sadasiva, embodying the principle of divine feminine grace.

These will help calm your mind and bring balance to your emotions.

What relationships have a positive impact on you?

Our surroundings & I

Negative energies or energies are those forces that are not made for this world but still reside here in a supernatural form. Since they are not in harmony with nature, they are harmful to human life and its energy, but this effect is not universal. Some people quickly come under the influence of such negative energies. Due to mental and emotional weaknesses, a person can pull negative energies towards him Many types of bad habits in lifestyle, such as spending time in negative places or with people, weaken the energy of the person. Its main effect is on our mental health, so we need to know about it. Weakening of the aura can be the main reason for a person to come under the influence of negative forces

I see so many people struggling with such overwhelming emotions, especially at an age when life should be full of hope and possibilities. Usually, I don’t respond to messages that focus on such negativity, and I won’t reply to each of you personally this time either. I feel the need to share something that can genuinely help you overcome these feelings of despair.

I assure you, it can make a difference.

This remedy is not just a suggestion it’s something I’ve seen work for many individuals who have tried it, along with certain astrological practices. It can bring about a positive change in your life, but only if you are willing to take the first step. If you truly want to heal, follow this remedy with faith and commitment. I assure you, it can make a difference.

1. Sharp writing.

Take a notebook or diary and start writing down everything on your mind. Whatever is troubling you….your fears, guilt, pain, or anything you can’t share with anyone, just pour it out. Write every single day. Don’t worry about how it looks or sounds….this is just for you. Write at least two pages daily.

2. Start filling up.

When your diary starts filling up, start reading it. Begin with a few pages…don’t rush. Allow yourself to feel everything as you read….if you cry, let it out. If you feel angry, let yourself feel it. Keep reading and re-reading until the emotions lose their grip on you.

3. What are you doing??

Keep this diary safe. Hide it safely in a cupboard, a drawer, or any place where no one else can access it. This is your safe space.

4. Step 4.

When you feel that the words no longer hurt you and seem like just ink on paper, it’s time to let go. Burn the diary. Tear the pages one by one and safely burn them. Let the flames take away all the pain and negativity.

5.  useful !!

Alongside this, start practicing meditation, Trataka (focused gazing), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), and cleansing techniques from Ayurveda(षट्कर्म).
To avoid negativity, it is very important to adopt a positive attitude, do regular meditation and yoga, and follow a balanced lifestyle. According to spirituality, everything is a form of energy, and the human aura is also a form of energy. Those whose aura is weak quickly come under the influence of negative energy. Mental, emotional, and spiritual weakness is the main cause. Also, psychological, spiritual, and external factors can also be responsible for this.  A mind full of fear and stress attracts negative energies. Mental exhaustion and negative thinking weaken a person’s energy, making them more vulnerable to external negative influences

Strengthen an energy

Spiritual Weakness Not practicing regular meditation, prayer, or positive energy can weaken a person’s spiritual protection, making him more vulnerable to external negative energies. A lack of knowledge of negative energies and their nature can force a person to attract them unknowingly. Engaging in spirits or supernatural activities without safeguards can be extremely risky. Factors that hinder spiritual energy, such as impurity of place, old negative events, or unfulfilled spirits, can affect the individual.  Places filled with negative energy, such as controversial, deserted, or accidental areas, can affect the person quickly. Spending time with negative people and physical exhaustion weakens mental and spiritual energy, which can lead to negative energies. Our energy (aura) protects us from external negative influences. But if it becomes weak, the person becomes more sensitive. An imbalance of the seven chakras in the body can cause mental, physical, and spiritual weakness

Remember, this is a journey, and it’s not always easy. Some days you won’t feel like writing or reading, but fight through it. Push yourself. You are stronger than you think. This is your battle, and you can win it. When you’ve completed this process written, read, and burned your diary, message me. That’s when I’ll reply to you personally. Healing is a step-by-step process, but trust me, you can come out of the darkness. Just take the first step. Adopt a positive attitude. Meditate, do yoga, pray, and chant mantras. Use Rudraksha, or Raksha Kavach, to strengthen the energy. Light a lamp of incense regularly in the house. Eat a balanced diet, sleep well, and exercise. Surround yourself with positive people and stay away from negative places. Be sure to read

Thoughts and the Emergence of Destiny

What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

Journey from Thought to Destiny:

Journey from Thought to Destiny:
Our thoughts give rise to actions, actions shape our nature, nature builds our character, and character ultimately determines our destiny. This thought emphasizes that every stage of our life begins with our thoughts. When we hold a thought in our minds, it transforms into our actions. Our actions shape our nature, which in turn builds our character. Ultimately, our character determines our destiny or fate.

“The Power of Bhagwan Satyanarayana” is a Story from the Upanishads.
Once upon a time, there was a Brahmin who regularly worshipped Bhagwan Satyanarayana. He performed his rituals with devotion and kept his thoughts pure and sacred. One day, a sage asked him why he worshipped with such devotion and regularity.

The Brahmin replied, My thoughts are pure, which makes my actions pure as well. When I perform righteous actions, my nature becomes pure. And when my nature is pure, my character becomes noble. This improves my destiny, bringing me peace and prosperity. The sage said, Your understanding is in alignment with what is described in the Upanishads. Our thoughts guide our lives. Therefore, we must always keep our thoughts pure and positive. Thus, through his worship and the purity of his thoughts, the Brahmin not only improved his own life but also imparted a message to society that it is our thoughts that shape our destiny.

“Let your thoughts be the seeds of purity, your actions the blossoms of righteousness, your nature the fragrance of virtue, and your character the fruit of destiny.” This captures the essence of how our inner world shapes our outer reality. By nurturing pure thoughts, we lay the foundation for a life of integrity, peace, and fulfillment.

Process of Self-surrender.

What are you most proud of in your life?

As per Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra

The woman who has the marks of a wall or gateway on her palms becomes a queen even if she is born as a maidservant.

Mahārśi Parasara said. O Maitreya! Now, I will describe to you the effects of moles, marks, spots, and signs found on the bodies of women and men.
A mole, spot, or figure formed by hair on the left side of a woman and the right side of a man is auspicious. If there is a mole on the chest of a woman, she will be fortunate. A woman who has a red mark, like a mole, etc., on her right breast begets many children, and she is blessed with all kinds of enjoyment and comfort.

The woman, who has a red mark (mole) on her left breast, begets only one son. The woman, who has a mole on her right breast, begets many daughters and sons. There will be gain, or acquisition of a kingdom, if there is a red mole, etc, on the forehead or in the middle of (between) the eyebrows. The person will enjoy sweetish preparations if there is such a mark on the cheeks.

The woman, who has a red mark (mole, etc.) on her nose, becomes the consort of a king. If the mark is blackish, the woman concerned becomes an adulteress or widow. All the marks below the navel are auspicious for both men and women. If there are moles, etc., on the ears, cheeks, or neck of a man, his first issue will be male, and he will enjoy good fortune and happiness. The man, who has moles, etc., in the thighs, suffers misery. The woman, who has the sign of a trident on her forehead, becomes a queen. Such a mark on the forehead of a man makes him a king.

Balancing energy by MOON.

Neurodevelopmental problems, autism, ADHD, etc. problem,s include Moon being angry, Balarishta, relation to 6th and 1st hours,e, etc.
Looking at the position of the moon in most horoscopes, I feel that when the moon gives problems when it is under the influence of cruel planets and arista houses, then it gives the most problems. It also disturbs normal people, mental disturbance, and pressure, but we do not realize it

Those in need of powering the moon or balancing its energy should try to meditate with the sound of running water, as good as the morning, even with the rays of the moon if the moon is beneficial in the horoscope.
Meditate on the image of the moon of Shukla paksha Dwitiya while meditating.

Turn off unprovoked running and wasting clean water.

◆If more water is flowing from your RO, then get it serviced immediately.

◆If there is a problem of constantly dripping water from the tap in your house, then get it fixed immediately.

Moon i.e. water, the factor of the mind, mixing in the contaminated drains (Rahu), will confuse the mind, reduce focus, cause stress and anxiety, and give playfulness instead of permanence Especially those who are going on the Mahadasha of the moon, fast on the full moon, can also fast on Monday. Pradosh fast is also a very good solution.
Donation related to the moon is said according to the horoscope, but you should anoint the Shivalinga with cow’s milk in the evening when the moon rises. If there are a lot of problems, donation is also given, and pearls are also worn, but it is not right to take measures without any advice

Self-surrender means surrendering oneself to that divine power, in which the feeling of complete faith, loyalty, and surrender to the soul is awakened. This frees us from our desires, conflicts, and ego and unites us with the ultimate truth. But it is necessary to strike a balance between self-compassion and self-surrender. Many times human beings get so entangled in self-sensation that they forget self-surrender. • Meditation in the Indian spiritual realm, i.e., astrology and sadhana, helps in the mental, physical, and spiritual development of people through the processes of self-sensitization and self-surrender. This enables man to get rid of his ego, desires, and material things When a human being is devoted to God or the universal energy, he gets rid of mental and emotional stress and through self-surrender that person can connect the direction of his life with the highest consciousness, thereby giving him divine guidance and peace. This process of Shiva Yoga simplifies and empowers the journey from self-sensation to self-surrender, enabling one to move towards a higher consciousness.

Peaceful perspective: mindfulness for health.

What jobs have you had?

Food is not life

The most important thing that nature has put in the inner mind of all organisms is survival, meaning the first goal of all organisms is to survive, so we do everything necessary to survive and advance our consciousness with the subconscious mind, and when we do this work, a chemical is released in our brain which is called dopamine and this gives us happiness Is. Meaning Mother Nature has arranged that in whatever work we fulfill our minimum goal, we feel happy. Such as good food, music, etc.
Then the natural question arises that then why do we like such food which is more junk and unhealthy because it makes us sick, so it should not be natural

But no matter how hard we try, we plan the diet, and in the end, the mind keeps running behind the test. The reason for this is also our survival instinct because no matter how much material progress we have made, we are primitive humans who live in caves.
At that time after getting food, there was no guarantee of getting food the next time, and once the food came in front of him, he was forced to eat more and more because who does not know whether he could not get such food tomorrow or not and had to be hungry for many days, and at such times fat is most important because it keeps us alive in the lack of food. We also like sugar more for this reason because it gives us the energy to work immediately.
You can see the small child for this, how much trouble it is to feed him vegetables or something good, the same chocolate, candy, or junk food he likes the first time

But there is also a reason for this because you see that there is a war going on between Ukraine and Russia, there is a war against Israel and Palestine, and the availability of food has decreased due to the horrors of the war, no matter how much progress we have made, but only one bad event can take us back to the primitive age. And long lines for food and starvation can be forced to see the horrors of death.
So no matter how much progress we make materially, it is in our inner mind that if we do not get this food tomorrow, then eat it today, and all our diet plans become zero But what should we do now, and how to convince ourselves that now the quantity of food is available in abundance and we will not die of hunger.
For that, we have to raise our level a little which separates us from other animals, we have to convince ourselves that we have not come to this earth just to survive, our goal is very big. One way for this is Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, which tells us that we can attain Godhood from the human body, and by moving on different levels, we can move out of the vicious cycle of survival and move forward on the path of self-welfare.

When we do pranayama and meditation, our consciousness gradually rises, then the system of the mind changes, and the pleasure that comes from good food or sex is automatically achieved manifold. Then external things do not affect it, that is why fasting, etc. was included in our traditions. So that we prepare ourselves slowly. If you consume the green leaves of peepal yourself in this series, then in a few days, as a result, the flow of electrical signals in your brain changes slightly, if you continue to progress in this way, then karmic bonds can also end, it supplies oxygen to the body It is not that one should meditate only for the attainment of God, it can also benefit in maintaining our diet plan, this is one of its many benefits. It is our journey from animality to humanity and tells us that our goal is not just to survive but to self-welfare, there are many ways to meditate, and you can choose from them according to you.

Bhagvat Gita said :

असंशयं महाबाहो मनो दुर्निग्रहं चलम्।
अभ्यासेन तु कौन्तेय वैराग्येण च गृह्यते।। 35।।

Sri Bhagavan said, “O Mahabaho! Indeed, the mind is fickle and difficult to be subdued, but O Arjuna, the son of Kunti! It is subdued by practice and detachment. So far, our efforts are on the surface and we try to stop the mind directly for not eating food or to leave a habit while the mind is not in your control

First of all, prayer –

1. Praying to God is the easiest and most suitable means, it increases the Sattva quality. The power of prayer is a tool that gives us inner strength.

2. Desi Indian cow should start consuming milk and ghee. This increases the Sattva quality.

3. Apart from this, the use of fruits and satvik food should be increased Whatever mantra you have received from the Guru, you should chant it or chant the name.

4. One should take 8 hours of sleep, but he should not take eight hours from twelve o’clock in the night to 8 in the morning, but try to get up by 6 o’clock, and slowly start getting up in Brahma Mahurat.

5. After that start doing pranayama and meditation, in pranayama, Anulom-Vilom, Bhastrika Pranayama can be done, after that meditation should be done. Start cow service, spend some time in the cowshed.

This will increase your Sattva quality. You can also start activities like donating to the deserving. Gradually, you will be able to balance sattvic qualities with your tamasic and majestic qualities

Yet, regardless of the path chosen, the Aadhyatm journey is ultimately a deeply personal one—a voyage of inner exploration that transcends the confines of time and space. It is a journey that unfolds in moments of stillness and silence, as well as in life’s myriad experiences and challenges. It is a journey that requires courage, patience, and unwavering devotion a journey towards the deepest recesses of the heart, where the soul resides in eternal communion with the divine.

The path of the mystic.

Spinal cord – The spinal cord is a part of the human body that is one to one and a half feet long. There are holes in the entire spinal cord, and 31 groups of nerves come out of it, the outer part is made of gray-colored material and the inner part is made of white matter. In the middle is the path of Sushumna Nadi. The spinal cord is the main function in keeping the human body upright. These nodes are located in our backside. There are 24 casseroles prominently in this backbone. These casseroles have holes from the inside. There are two ladies on either side of it. The left pulse is related to the nostril from the left side, it is called the lunar (ida) nadi. The second pulse remains on the right side, which is related to the nostril (hole) on the right side, it is called the Sun (Pingala) nadi. In between these two is the subtle Sushumna nadi. It involves subtle life. Physical vitality circulates in it.

The main centers of the body are connected to this spinal cord by nerves. Some are vital vessels, some are blood vessels. Similarly, something is going to give a sense of consciousness. To protect the 24 vertebrates from rubbing, a grease-like substance is filled in the middle of each vertebra. In which, due to disorder, there is pain in the waist or the uselessness of the lower part, etc

Similarly, by keeping feet in the lower and higher levels, the distance between these glands decreases or increases. So the body starts aching and the breathing process also starts getting interrupted. If the breath moves through the Ida nadi, then there is an effect of coolness in the body. Due to excessive movement of Pingala nadi, the body is affected by heat. According to pulse experts, it takes 1 hour to change one vowel or pulse from another to another. When both the nadis breathe equally, Sushumna comes from the nadi. When the Kaseru of Sushumna gets immobilized for some reason, there is a difference in breathing. For this reason, there is a difference in the subtle fibers of the body and the body becomes a victim of many diseases

Prevention of the spinal cord by rubbing the spinal cord – If there is a decrease in the spinal cord, the patient should do yoga of the spinal cord. Apart from this, the patient should lie down on the stomach and apply oil to the spine while on an empty stomach in the morning and massage it slowly. Do this sequence for 8-10 minutes, doing this for 4-5 days calms the disorders in the body. This action of yogis which keeps the spine straight and restraint on prana in the prana duct pulse makes them yogis, so calling the spine healthy is very helpful in the path of yoga.

Modern medical science is appreciated in many ways. Some of its things are commendable. But there is a huge incompleteness in its structure, in its entire system. If we consider the fact, then the truth is understood, the students of modern medicine acquire all their knowledge based on the dead body, but they try this acquired knowledge on the living body. The dead body is devoid of various barriers of bio-energy, life energy, electromagnetic energy, psycho-energy, and emotional energy, diseases occurring in the body, and mental diseases arise from the deviation in the variety of these energy flows. If the doctor lacks proper knowledge of all these, then his treatment will be said to be incomplete

In the science of yoga, the stars and constellations are different centers of life and diversity of energy. By knowing them, not only can life be known correctly, but it can also be properly utilized. For example, if those who have nurtured the center of life in their eyes look at someone, it will seem as if happiness is pouring in. The sight of such a person fills the person in front of you with joy In the science of inter-travel, knowledge of these body structures is found based on the spinal cord in the course of yoga practice. The structure of the body is as complex as it is enigmatic. The human body is very delicate and delicate. It contains millions of cells and thousands of nerves. All these have a very correct, strange, and automated system. The scientific community of the modern age has created very complex mechanical systems. But if you compare it with the body, they are nothing
