We all understood this only as a mythological story, but in reality, this story gives us a unique lesson. Hanuman ji in this story is all of us, and those who are in the form of air are Mother Nature. He is our mother and father. We should always have a sense of gratitude towards Mother Nature.

Shri Hanuman Ji is eternal, there is no end to him. It is the power of Shri Hanumant Ji that gives warmth to the sun. On the one hand, he used to work for the welfare of the people, on the other hand, he is also aware and humble. Prana energy does not go to that part of the body that we ignore. If an area or organ has to be treated or rejuvenated, then inviting prana energy there, i.e. ‘pranic healing’ can be best treated there. Cosmic Medicine is a unique initiative. It is mentioned in Shri Ram Katha that, King Sugriva of Vanro sent millions of apes in his army to Ashtadisha to find Mother Sita.  Shri Ram took off one of his rings near Veershreshtha Hanumant and gave it to him.  It was as if Lord Shri Ram believed that the work of searching for Sita would be done by Shri Hanuman as the main life form. The search for Mother Sita is no less than a body purification process. Prana is omnipresent, so this work can be done with the help of prana energy. In real life, Shri Hanuman ji fulfilled the purpose of his life by returning the ring of Lord Shri Ram ji to Mother Sita, Hanumant Mahavira is powerful and intelligent; Along with this, there is also BhaktaShiromani. The ideal relationship between God and the devotee, master, and servant is that of Lord Shri Ram and Hanumantha Ji. Sugriva, Vibhishan, etc. were all under Lord Shri Ram.
