Is the breath related to karma?

What do you enjoy doing most in your leisure time?

According to the Vedas, between birth and death and then between death and birth, three stages go on continuously. There are three states: waking, dreaming, and sleeping. The name of the method to get out of the three stages is spirituality.

How does this sequence go on continuously?

When a person who is awake starts sleeping, he first goes into the dream state. Then when sleep is deep, it is in a state of sleep. In contrast to this, he awakens again at dawn. The person also lives in all the above three states at the same time. Some people dream even when they are awake, that is, they go into deep imagination.
The person who comes out of the above three stages and establishes his existence is on the true path of liberation and God. The above three stages are gradually exited. For this, one has to meditate continuously and remain in the spirit of thanksgiving, then it is achieved: there are conscious and sub-conscious levels.

Awakened State :-

Now, when you are reading the blog Spirituality is Beyond Science, you are reading it in an awakened state. Living exactly in the present is an awakened state of consciousness, but most people do not live exactly in the present either. Being lost in imagination and thought while awake is the state of dreaming. When we are planning for the future, we go into imagination and not living in the present. This world of imagination is not reality but a kind of dreamland. When we are lost in any memory of the past, we go to the land of memory. This is also a different kind of dreamland. Most people die by living in the land of dreams, they live only 10 percent of their lives in the present, so living in the present is an awakened state of consciousness

Dream Stage :-
The state between wakefulness and sleep is called the dream state. Immersion in sleep is called sleep. In a dream, the person is slightly awake and slightly asleep. There is a mixture of vague experiences and emotions, so there is no trust in how a person dreams. It is like removing all the traffic lights from a crowded area and the police and turning off the street lights. In such a situation, the shaking of the rope to the person seems like chasing a snake. Our dreams are based on our life, thoughts, emotions and joys and sorrows throughout the day. They can create any kind of world

Sleep Stage :-
Deep sleep is called sleep. The state of sleep is the passive state of consciousness. This state is free from experiences of happiness and sorrow. In this state, no pain or pain is experienced. In this state, there is neither action nor possibility of action. At the time of death, most people go deeper into this state

The fourth kind of speech which at last becomes articulate in mouth:-
The fourth state of consciousness is called turiya consciousness. This state is attained through the efforts of the individual. This state of consciousness has neither any quality, nor any form. It is without virtue, it is incorporeal. There is no awakening, no dream, no sleep. It is a complete awakening beyond thoughtlessness and imagining the past and future. It is like clear and calm water whose bottom is visible. Turiya means fourth. Let’s address it by number for the convenience of saying something about it. It is like transparent glass or white screen of cinema over which nothing is being projected. Waking, dreaming, sleeping, etc., occur on the screen of the Turiya and as they happen, the Turiya consciousness projects them directly into our experience. This is base-consciousness. This is where the spiritual journey begins, because on this side of the turiya there is the sorrow of the world and on the other side there is the joy of salvation. Just need to leap

Turiyat Stage :-
The first step beyond the turiya state is to experience the transcendent experience. This stage comes after the experience of turiya has become permanent. A person who has attained this state of consciousness is called a yogi. The person in this state does not get tired even after working continuously. In this state, work and rest meet at the same point. When you have attained this stage, you have become liberated in your life while living your life. In this state, one does not need the physical body or senses. He can do everything without them. The transcending state of consciousness is also called spontaneous samadhi. While living in the state of turiyat, the state of God is attained without any sadhana. Subsequent development becomes spontaneous, natural. In this state, nothing is hidden from the person and he starts considering the whole world as the power of God. This is the state of a great Siddha Yogi. After Bhagavata consciousness, Brahmi consciousness emerges in the person, that is, the lotus blossoms completely. The distinction between the devotee and God disappears. Aham Brahmasmi. This state is called the state of samadhi in yoga

Is the breath related to karma?

A person’s breath is related to his actions. The same breath is imprinted in the subtle of the person, then the person is frightened and the type of breath his breathing changes. This karma of fear is imprinted in one’s astral body. With this action, the breath is also marked. To show this in a tangible form, Lord Shiva created a Leela. When he was sitting in meditation posture, Mata Parvati comes from behind and makes the sound of Ho. Then a momentary nervousness arose inside Lord Shiva and from that nervousness an asura was born. When a feeling comes within you, a subtle organism is created. If this feeling is of bliss, then the Dev Purush is born and if this feeling is of hatred, then the Asura is born. Therefore, the more negativity a person brings in his life, the more he creates demons in his life. Due to which he suffers in life
