In Atharvaveda, the power of thought has been called the supreme power of the universe. Based on which humans live. This power is the basis of life, which is with man every moment, this is the power of thinking, and this is also mental energy. Weakening of thinking power means loss of mental health balance. Therefore, great importance has been given to the power of thought in Indian spirituality.

Thought, full of fully conscious energy, is the first best thing in the world. The feeling of welfare in positive thoughts and the intelligence or power of destruction in negative thoughts should be able to be observed properly. So that we do not live life only in a mechanical way. Life is a pleasure. Our human brain is the machine to generates thought power and memory. Science is not able to estimate the power of thought because it is very subtle and is different from the grasp of machine power because it is related to human consciousness, not to matter By thinking deeply and dedicating all your attention power to that desired result, thoughts become full of power and turn into life force, in which the force of both brain and heart – mind and heart – starts working. The magnet can be converted into heat, heat into electricity, and electricity into light. Thought is also energy, so there is no doubt that it can also be converted into other forces. The one who works to provide energy and enthusiasm in this mental power is called Sukta in Vedic language Which is the code language through which that energy present in the Universe is contacted, and that energy is established in the body. This is part of comes medicine that is not possible to see with human eyes. This is the Sanskrit Suktam in which the vibrations of the brain are brought alive in the human body.

ओं यश्छन्द॑सामृष॒भो वि॒श्वरू॑पः ।
छन्दो॒भ्योऽध्य॒मृता॑थ्सम्ब॒भूव॑ ।
स मेन्द्रो॑ मे॒धया॑ स्पृणोतु ।
अ॒मृत॑स्य देव॒धार॑णो भूयासम् ।

ōṃ yaśchānda̍samṛṣa̠bho vi̠śvarū̍paḥ । chhandō̠bhyo’dhya̠mṛtā̍thsamba̠bhuva̍ ।
sa mendro̍ me̠dhāya̍ spṛnotu ।
a̠mṛta̍sya dēva̠dhara̍nō bhūyāsam ।


शरी॑रं मे॒ विच॑र्षणम् ।
जि॒ह्वा मे॒ मधु॑मत्तमा ।
कर्णाभ्यां॒ भूरि॒विश्र॑वम् ।
ब्रह्म॑णः शॊऽसि मे॒धया पि॑हितः ।
श्रुतं में गोपाय ।

ji̠hvā me̠ madhu̍mattama ।
karnabhyana̠ bhūri̠viśra̍vam ।
brahma̍naḥ śa’si me̠dhāya pi̍hitaḥ ।

ओं मे॒धादे॒वी जु॒षमा॑णा न॒ आशा॑द्वि॒श्वाची॑ भ॒द्रा सु॑मन॒स्यमा॑ना ।
त्वया॒ जुष्ट॑ न॒दमा॑ना दु॒रुक्ता॑न् बृ॒हद॑देम वि॒दथे॑ सु॒वीरा॑: । (यजु| १० | ४१।१)

Om mē̠dhādē̠vi ju̠śāmā̍nā na̠ śā̍dvi̠śvāchi̍ bha̠dra su̍mana̠syamā̍nā ।
tvaya̠ juṣṭa̍ na̠damā̍nā du̠ruktā̍n bri̠had̍dem vi̠dathe̍ su̠vīrā̍ḥ । (Yaju| 10 | 41. 1)


त्वया॒ जुष्ट॑ ऋ॒षिर्भवति देवि॒ त्वया॒ ब्रह्मऽऽग॒तशी॑रु॒त त्वया॑ ।
त्वया॒ जुष्ट॑श्चि॒त्रं वि॑न्दते वसु॒ सानो॑ जुषस्व॒ द्रवि॑णो न मेधे ॥

tvaya̠ juṣṭa̍ ri̠śirbhavati devi̠ tvaya̠ brahma”ga̠taśi̍ru̠ta tvāyā̍ ।
tvayā̠ juṣṣṭa̍śchī̠traṃ vi̍ndate vasu̠ sano̍ juṣasvā̠ dravi̍no na medhe ॥


मे॒धां म॒ इन्द्रो॑ ददातु मे॒धां दे॒वी सर॑स्वती मे॒धां मे॑ अ॒श्विना॑वुभावाध॑त्ता॒ पुष्क॑रस्रजा ।

me̠dhāṃ ma̠ indra̍ dādatu me̠dhāṃ de̠vi sara̍svati me̠dhāṃ me̍ a̠śviṇā̍vubhāvādha̍tā̠ puṣka̍rasrja ।


अ॒प्स॒रासु॑ च॒ या मे॒धा च॒ यन्मन॑: ।
दैवी॑ मे॒धा सर॑स्वती॒ सा मो॑ मे॒धा सु॒रभि॑र्जुषता॒ग॒ स्वाहा॑ ।

a̠psa̠rāsu̍ cha̠ ya me̠dha cha̠ yanmāna̍ḥ ।
daivi̍ me̠dha sara̍svati̠ sa mo̍ me̠dha su̠rabhi̍rjuṣtā̠ga̠ svāhā̍ ।


आ मो॑ मे॒धा सु॒रभि॑र्व॒श्वरू॑पा॒ हिर॑ण्यवर्णा॒ जग॑ती जगम्या ।
ऊर्ज॑स्वती॒ पय॑सा॒ पिन्व॑माना॒ सा मो॑ मे॒धा सु॒प्रती॑का जुषन्ताम् ॥

aa mo̍ me̠dha su̠rabhi̍rav̠śvarū̍pā̠ hira̍nyavarnā̠ jaga̍ti jagamyā ।
urja̍svati̠ paya̍sā̠ pinva̍māna̠ sā mo̍ me̠dha su̠prāti̍kā juśāntām ॥


मयि॑ मे॒धां मयि॑ प्र॒जां मय्य॒ग्निस्तेजों दधातु मयि॑ मे॒धां मयि॑ प्र॒जां मयीन्द्र॑ इन्द्रि॒यं द॑धातु मयि॑ मे॒धां मयि॑ प्र॒जां मयि॒ सूर्यो॒ भ्राजो॑ दधातु ॥
