Along with physical development, the human race has built big cities, established businesses, made many discoveries in the medical field, made space research, and brought the whole world closer to humans, all this was possible because of imagination. World famous scientist Albert Einstein said Imagination is more important than knowledge. The secret of imagination is great. What we want to achieve in the future, the way we want to see the world, if we complete the concept picture in the way of imagination, if we can do it repeatedly with the help of imagination power, one day, whether we believe it or not, one day we can bring that idea into reality.
To understand this, first of all, our mind has to be open. When the mind is free and open and there is a strong, strong desire to achieve something, the ways to achieve the desired are open. It is a kind of high-energy quote that clears the mind and opens doors to achieve what the soul desires. You ask me, is there any technique to do that? why So I would say, first of all, it is a question of attitude. Once the attitude is clear, we have some methods, which help to free the mind from prejudices. Once the mind is opened through this means, it is ready to receive higher-quality energies. These methods are much more creative than we think.
We need to understand some rules so that we can realize the idea. Many times there are reasons why an idea doesn’t materialize or doesn’t happen. There is no need to think much about it. Because today we want to think about what is happening rather than what is happening. The secret of imagination or creative thinking is basically to believe that what one wants can be created in the mind only after giving it a concrete form. We can do this because our subconscious mind takes us to that higher level. We can call it the superconscious mind. This superconscious mind instructs our brain on what to do to achieve what it wants to achieve. It is the elevation of one’s plans to the higher realms and the descent of one’s plans. Well, you can also call it a blessing or common mental energy; So that it achieves what it normally cannot achieve. For this, the mind has to be first made strong and healthy in every way or freed from unnecessary thoughts. The most important step in this is to always state or affirm that my knowledge or my understanding of any situation with me can never be perfect. Perhaps, it will have many more layers, more consequences, and even sides. We can only see a few sides of it, but it can have infinite aspectss and angles.
An explanation of one of these methods will help you. It is not a ritual. You can call it a kind of mental exercise or psychological technique if you want. First of all, for a few days, even two days, you should go away from your place of work or the place of your daily activities. Go to a new place, the more beautiful the place, the better. Where there are many trees, there is greenery. Where you will wake up in the morning with the sweet songs of birds. Choose a place where you can see beautiful mountains from your window or where there is a beautiful beach with the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. Go to such a place. And read the next post!!!
If a question is asked, there is also an answer. We spend our whole lives looking for happiness in material things, thinking that a big bank balance, a luxurious house, and a beautiful wife are the key to happiness… but we still don’t find that happiness. You are not happy. Because we are never satisfied with anything we have. You may feel satisfied for a while when you get something that you want. But if we think about the long term, we keep looking for something, keep looking. Not only this, but we reach the point of wanting to get it by force.
The main thing here is that the happiness we keep searching for is the same happiness that eludes us. He is moving away from us. It seems to slip away, out of our reach and the moment we get a little bit of happiness, do we try to hold on to the life we love? Because, somewhere, we would have known that happiness is hard to come by and can disappear anytime. Now, let’s say I get my lost ring back and I’ll be happy. So I think I am happy. But, my subconscious mind knows that this happiness will soon fade away. So what do I do? I try to hold it as tightly as possible because I’m afraid it will slip! Now notice… if I hold on to something and at the same time, I fear losing it, then where is the joy of that thing? It’s just insecurity.
Tell me, can vulnerability create happiness? Can I ever really be happy when the fear of theft is insecurity? This is not true happiness. So, I continue my search. And keeps going from one thing to another. Not just because you know it, but why shouldn’t we express our joy in the small pleasures of everyday life?? They are the most wonderful things the world can offer us. Apart from these small pleasures in life, we must remember that the happiness we seek is never found outside ourselves, in material things.!!! Try to find happiness within yourself rather than outside the world. Of course, make yourself right not weak. A weak man cannot be happy.
We are constantly busying ourselves with seeking more and more happiness, collecting many things, and trying to become something. So now the important word is ‘what’ do we try to be? I think, but this is not just my opinion, because Srimad Bhagavad Gita sheds light on this. And it is a constant search for ‘joy’. Happiness is what all living beings seek. We search for happiness in our way, in our throughout our life. We are searching, we are searching for our idea of happiness. Young children have their idea of happiness such as toys, ice cream, and watching cartoons. As we, as humans, grow up, so do our ideas of happiness. These new ideas take place. And as we move forward through an active life, another new set of ideas of happiness is created. These ideas can be further expanded If I buy an insurance policy in which year will the policy benefit me? How much will be in my bank account then? How can I continue my life and live up to my current standard of living? As we can see here, this pursuit of happiness encourages us to live life… motivates us!! But the question here is, do we finally find that happiness? The answer is simple. Someone says, ‘Yes, I found it.’ So someone says, ‘Yes, I found myself in something else.’ But after that happiness is found, why do we still search for that happiness, why do we continue to search for it? Have you ever thought like this??
If a question is asked, there is also an answer. We spend our whole lives looking for happiness in material things, thinking that a big bank balance, a luxurious house, and a beautiful wife are the key to happiness… but we still don’t find that happiness. Each of us has unlimited potential and energy. So how do you know what she is like if you all say it? Do we know that we have that ability? Today’s blog is about how to use the many potential abilities that each person has. I meet many young people who are self-conscious and sometimes they discuss self-development. It has been observed time and time again that today’s young generation comes with a very limited mindset. This means that they are in their world. They live within their specific boundaries and are also experts in their subjects. One may call them specialists or rather they become specialists themselves. Starting to specialize is also good enough, as it opens your mind and makes you ready to learn. Many of us are not even aware of or even aware of the enormous potential we have stored in our minds. If you want to call that special quality a brain, it doesn’t matter. Because they are just two words mind and brain, it is true. And especially in recent times, neurologists have discussed that humans use only a very small part of their brain for everyday tasks, and that part is also good enough for our journey through life. But, there are many parts of the brain, that we still haven’t touched and don’t know.
There is a special reason for this. The human brain is divided into two parts. One is the left brain and the other is the right brain. Both of those parts have different functions. Its left brain is a very practical brain, which does daily activities – business, survival, how much to eat, and what to do, basically it is the survival and practical brain. This is the left side.
So the right side is the intuitive brain. He understands things.. which is a little above ordinary logic and an ordinary sense of causality. It is the right part. When a person engages in a creative activity such as listening to music, meditating, or doing art, the right side of the brain is activated.
Generally, in most individuals, the left practical brain is used. In some instances, the right, creative, intuitive brain is used for a few minutes or a short time, and then, it reverts to the practical left side. Because once the creative ‘input’ comes in, it becomes necessary for the brain to put it into action or see the result. And that requires practical work. This is where practical brain work begins. This intuitive part of the mind is often neglected. I call it the mind, but it could also be the brain.
This intuitive part remains neglected. A man may be an expert; He may be doing very well financially, intellectually, etc. If he has to gather information for others, he may be a very good expert in gathering that information and using that information for his good and that of others. But the other part remains neglected, i.e. the intuitive part! Therefore, the brain develops from one side. The best way to realize the depth of your potential is to pay enough attention to the intuitive part of your mind.
There are many reasons for success in life, the most important of these is proper planning time. How many multi-dimensional people have achieved great success by making good use of each moment? On the other hand, despite being talented, due to not being able to plan time properly, don’t know how many people could not achieve anything worth saying in life. Such reasons are related to personality’s thinking and behavior, which cause a waste of time and prevent the person from moving forward with his full potential, by which the best use of time can be made.
Endless waiting for the right inspiration – remains a huge waste of time. Although it is necessary to have the necessary inspiration and guidance to do any work, only then it can be started with enthusiasm and it can reach its goal, but waiting for such inspiration and the right mood for every work. If left, the path to success in life can be difficult. This is because, especially the duties of many, a person has to do duty according to the difficult situation, in which inspiration does not emerge if no immediate benefit is seen. In such works one cannot wait for the necessary inspiration or mood, otherwise, after time they lose their justification; While the decision taken at the right time towards the desired goal takes the person to the destination of success and excellence in life.
While moving towards our goal, a question will emerge in front of everyone what will people say?? That’s why this thing becomes a big reason for wastage of time, what will people say – due to which people are not able to take any step. So just because we are unable to take necessary decisions on time. While fulfilling their goal, following the voice of their inner God, they move towards their destination, even if they have to face ridicule, opposition, or harassment from the whole world. Such inspired people can make the right use of time and even the voice of protest against the world fades away. Rather, when the world realizes the justification of such courageous steps, then they seem to give way to it.
A constantly complaining state of mind also leads to a waste of time. Holding others responsible for one’s failures and not being able to realize one’s mistake, this state of mind also makes a person full of complaints, in such a situation the person is not able to make proper use of time, because the mind is busy in thoughts about others. It remains stuck. No great work can be done with a mind full of such complaints. Such a state of mind remains engrossed in faults and diseases, due to which precious time is spent criticizing, criticizing, backbiting, and arguing with others. Perfectionism i.e. perfectionist mindset is also a factor leading to wastage of time because due to this the person keeps on putting more expectations on himself, which are often not fulfilled, and in such a situation the person blames himself and Remains in a state of deep negative thoughts towards others as well. In this state of mind, no practical plan can be made, which can lead to concrete achievement, rather things remain confused at the level of imagination and planning.
Step to enhance the creativity within you.
Trying to please everyone, also causes a waste of time; Because practically everyone cannot be pleased because everyone has their expectations and demands. People are mental slaves because of their selfishness, which they are often not aware of, and want to see the world moving on their terms. In such a situation, no person can walk according to the desires, wishes, and ambitions of every person and move towards his desired destination. While one has to move ahead according to the justification of his life, the demand of time, and the restrained lifestyle determined by nature and nature. Work has to be done keeping in mind the essential duty towards society and not by pleasing everyone.
Comparing yourself with others also becomes a major reason for wasting time. When a person lacks confidence, then he is more influenced by others and knowingly or unknowingly also gets entangled in the cycle of comparison with others. In such a situation, either he starts considering himself superior to others or feels inferior to others and suffers from the feeling of inferiority. Both states of mind disturb his mental balance and cause a waste of time; While taking necessary education and inspiration from others, it is appropriate to move forward with a balanced state of mind.
Repeating the same mistake over and over again is also a big waste of time; Because repeating the same mistake, again and again, leads to unnecessary waste of time and energy. Due to this confusion, a person always seems to be making new resolutions, new plans, and new efforts but reaches nowhere. Repeated failure creates a lack of enthusiasm in his mind, and gives birth to negative glands in the mind, which work to destroy the person’s abilities, in which there is always a shortage of time for the confused person. Lack of prioritization and knowledge also leads to wastage of time, as one gets involved in unnecessary tasks due to a lack of clarity of priorities. And the necessary and important tasks remain incomplete, which in turn creates a situation of crisis, due to which life suffers from stress.
The fear of failure also keeps the person from making proper efforts and time also keeps running out of hand the person keeps on making empty plans and instead of facing any fear, the mind gets entangled in other tasks. In this way, a person cannot live his life and keeps on wasting time like this. The dreams of success, and the fabric of excellence remain in the thoughts only. Even if some achievements are achieved, they are not satisfactory; Because the full capabilities of the personality keep getting sacrificed to the above state of mind. Therefore, by paying attention to these factors, and working on them in time, life can be lived according to one’s own and can reach the desired destination of success and progress in life
Listening well is a magical tool for creating and maintaining wonderful relationships with yourself and others. Have you ever felt like you do most of the talking with people? Have you ever felt that people shy away from talking to you? You wonder why?? Even if you have the desire to help others. Think this has ever happened? That you haven’t been able to remember the conversation you had with someone? Maybe you talk more and listen less. The solution is simple – learn to listen well. Being a good listener makes you more accessible, friendly, likable, knowledgeable, polite, admired, and respected. Here are some steps that can enhance your listening skills.
Create a comfortable setting and opportunity to have a good conversation. To have a meaningful conversation with two or more people, it’s important to choose a place where everyone is comfortable. The other person should be comfortable with you. Have an open mind, which shows through your body language. Never judge anyone. We have no right to show favoritism or partiality towards anyone. We can never fully understand someone’s situations and circumstances, so it is always better to be empathetic and understanding. Be sensitive to the other person’s thoughts, opinions, and ideas. Allow them to talk and express their opinion freely. It is said that small-minded people only discuss other people, mediocre minds discuss events and great minds discuss ideas. Avoid backbiting and backbiting. Focus on positive things instead of negative topics and events. Speak less and listen more. We knowingly or unknowingly mistake talking for ‘conversation’. There is a difference between talking and communicating.
We should avoid imposing our thoughts and ideas on others. Differences should always be welcomed. It educates us, enriches us, and makes us more aware and informed. Those who know less talk and argue more. Humility is a virtue. A tree laden with fruits bows down, and a tree without fruits stands erect. Be calm, kind, open, polite, sensitive, and understanding of the feelings and emotions of others. Don’t let your mind wander and avoid distractions. Learn to live in the present moment. Instead of spending your energy focusing on what to answer and what to say next, just learn to listen. Sometimes, people just want to share or reveal something and we immediately start thinking of solutions for them. It’s not always about you. Don’t let only negative thoughts grow in your mind. Sometimes we have to learn to be different. By your thoughts, by your ego, and also by your laziness.
Silence is a form of medicine for the human body. It is also a means of purification of the mind. The meaning of silence is not limited to speaking only with the tongue, but it also has to calm the storms of thoughts arising in the mind. Self-study gets this silent process done. Learn to use silence well at certain times in your life. Silence is very powerful, especially in conversation. Silence is not a sign of weakness but a sign of strength and confidence. Use silence to make your point, not to blame or prove the other person wrong, and to communicate well. It’s perfectly fine to remain silent and listen fully to the other person, even if they have mistakes in facts, speech, vocabulary, or anything else. Proving others wrong and finding fault makes you less likable and judgmental. No good can come of embarrassing others. We often try to fill the silence with talk and chatter, but that is not meaningful talk. A pause is perfectly fine and can pave the way for the next topic of discussion. Silence is useful for digesting new information, processing it, and asking questions. It shouldn’t be weird. This gives the other person time to do the same. We lose many good things in life like peace, time, happiness, and what we want because of one simple thing we are not ready with the answer. Just by empowering ourselves enough and using the power of saying no and not listening, we can gain immense respect, love, attention, confidence, and an attractive personality. Learn to listen to the inner voice that guides you and your inner spirit. Trust God. Everything in life is temporary and just a phase. Ask good questions Asking questions lets people know that you are genuinely interested in what they have to say. You get the opportunity to better clarify and understand the context.
If you don’t understand some piece of information, feel free to ask to elaborate or to repeat what you understood. It makes the other person feel valued, important and respected. Active listening is very important to have good conversations, developing close relationships, having good interpersonal relationships, and building relationships with people. Be careful not to hurt other people and ask questions that may energize them. Share your personal experiences with care. You get to choose what to share with others. Although sharing personal stories and experiences allow you to establish a connection and bond with others who may have gone through the same problem, sometimes this can be given to others or used against you. Then, it is too late to repent. Sometimes, offering examples to solve other people’s problems can be counterproductive because people are different, their circumstances are different, and their environment is different. Instead of rushing to fix the problem, learn to listen with an open mind and heart. Also, avoid pointing fingers at each other while having a conversation.
Don’t force what is right. Emphasize facts, and figures and say the right thing. This is not always important. Logic never wins over emotions. Trying to fit everything into a conversation and make it perfect makes you a bad listener. Learn to be patient, listen more, process more, think more, and participate in conversations diligently. Appreciate and value people. love them unconditionally. Empathize with them and care for them.
Listening is an important tool not only for good communication but also for developing and maintaining long-term personal and professional relationships. Master the art of listening and you will be surprised how much you learn, how much respect and love you gain, and how much more peaceful and happy your life becomes. Personality development courses only teach us to focus on external things, inner development makes us beyond all these things. Listening more is also an art, which promotes the qualities of patience, and humility. If you make a habit of listening well, then the power of remembering increases.
Our words are the tone, beauty, and music of life. If the sweetness of our personality and its sweetness gets mixed in it, then youth automatically starts becoming fragrant and fragrant. Vani has got the status of Mother Goddess Saraswati. Indian Vedic scientists say that words are waves, with the help of the waves of these words, the creation of the universe is spontaneous, it is not just imagination. We are a direct reference to this, how our thoughts remain undulating, the way our life depends, that is considered the level of consciousness. Earlier there was silence everywhere in this universe, due to the grace of vibration or power, there was the communication of voice in the universe, due to which different types of melodious music started echoing in this universe. With the communication of this voice, the ability to speak (speech) developed in the creatures of the universe and they started creating language in their way through their voices.
Speech is that which comes out of anyone’s mouth in the form of a voice and expresses the feeling of his mind according to his mind and intellect. Human speech is unique in comparison to the speech of other living beings; Because it has different dimensions of expression (ideological expression, imaginary expression, expression of experiences) (like speaking, singing a piece of music, poetry, acting, etc.).
Humans give their speech the form of language and speech and then express their feelings in different ways through it, whereas other creatures cannot give their vocal speech the form of language or speech and this is the reason that they have only one type of speech. Or there is language like – the speaking language of dogs is in the form of barking, the expression of horse’s speech is in the form of whining, the cat speaks only by meowing, the voice of buffaloes is in the form of ‘Amma’. The voice of an elephant is in the form of a shout; The sound of speaking birds is in the form of chirping; Pigeons speak by cooing; The crow is speaking by cawing; parrots speak by whistling; The cuckoo speaks by cooing. It is their way of sharing their mood.
Drive the emotion.
All these animals and birds cannot change their tone even if they want to; While man may try to speak the language of all these, may imitate them; But can’t understand this dialect of his, what is he saying in his dialect? Because the tone of their speech is the same. There is no difference between them, every time they speak in the same tone again and again, but they talk to people like themselves in this same tone, which people in their class can understand them.
Even a small human child, when he does not know how to speak and does not recognize vowels, also makes only one type of sound, in the same sound he laughs, cries, screams, shouts, gets angry, and does his different things. The emotions he expresses, and his monotone tone may not be understood by anyone else, but his mother understands his signals when he is hungry when he is comfortable when he is happy. and when he is in pain, suffering, and pain.
If observed, the same voice of human babies and other vocal animals-birds comes out in different ways in different situations – when they are in trouble and distress, their same voice becomes louder, Expressing their pain, when he is in happiness, the same tone becomes lighter and expresses his happiness. When they are sad, their tone is similar to that of crying. In this way, humans and other animals and birds express their sorrow, pain, and happiness with the same voice, but in different ways.
When a man starts growing up, he slowly starts learning to speak; Because there are voices in his voice, and his voices are used to repeat and speak different types of dialects of the human race. Dialects cannot be understood by merely repeating them, but to understand them one has to practice speaking and understanding these dialects.
respect your mother tongue.
Many different dialects are spoken all over the world. Every country has its distinct dialect. Many types of languages are spoken only in the country of India. Here every special region has a different dialect, a different language, which the people of that particular region like to speak. The villages here have a different language, the cities have a different language. Hindi is considered the national language of India. India was earlier called Hindustan because the majority of Hindi-speaking people, because of the ancient Hindu culture and Aryan civilization here.
Speech is not only used in the act of speaking, but speech is also a form of resolution. When one’s speech becomes proven, then whatever that person says, manifests on this earth. When speech becomes pure and holy, its effect is like sunlight, it is authentic and it also makes the atmosphere divine, but when the same speech becomes impure, impure, and unholy, then Such speech is ineffective and meaningless, and contaminates the environment, is unreliable and is unauthentic. It is through speech that man speaks his words and communicates and the words and dialogues spoken by him have importance. Speech is said to be authentic only when a man acts according to the words with all his might – what he says, he does. The same speech is said to be inauthentic when a man does not act according to his words, that is, he acts contrary to what he says, lies with his speech, deceives people, and disputes. Human speech is a wonderful art and only humans have this art. There are countless such creatures in the universe, who cannot speak, and the creatures who can speak, There is a set range of pitch, but the human pitch is different from others, it has varied dimensions and that is why human speech is something special.
If we talk about speech, then dialogues and disputes through speech can create problems and can also solve them. The question is only of its good use and misuse. Ideal people can pave the way for the welfare of the people by making good use of their speech, whereas mean people create problems by misusing their speech and confusing people. Restraint of speech is very important in spiritual practice. That’s why one should speak only as much as it is necessary to speak. A word said with decency on the right occasion is effective. Acharya Shankar used to say “that you can be a strong speaker and can also be skilled in miraculous explanation of the scriptures, but this scholarship of yours is only for enjoyment, not for salvation” There are many such people in the world, that in talking. They are experts, but only those who know how to control their speech are successful. Being silent in times of anger also puts an end to many problems.
There is a proverb in Sanskrit – Talking too much without any reason is the reason for downfall and silence is the reason for upliftment. Sweet-speaking people are liked by everyone. Even an enemy can be made a friend by sweet speech. Many types of people lose their faith by telling lies out of anger, greed, and fear. Before speaking it should be considered whether he will be better than his silence. The root of all controversies is sharp words. That’s why we must speak carefully, speak sweetly, speak the truth and speak thoughtfully.
Every particle of the universe is moving by the law of discipline. All are bound by the prescribed rules. All the parts of the body are functioning properly. This keeps the body healthy. We are healthy as long as all the parts of our body are working according to the rules made for us. If the heart starts doing the work of the liver and the liver starts doing the work of the brain! Then a disorder will arise. This can never be possible, yet thinking gives a great disorder.
After all, the heart, the brain, and the liver have their freedom. They can do the activity differently if they want. Who can stop them from doing this? But no part of our body does this and according to the law of the body, it continues its whole life on the rules made for itself. He can stop doing his work after getting tired, but never leaves the rules and limits made for himself. This is the discipline of the body. Discipline means such a system, which the body has made to keep itself healthy.
This discipline is followed in this universe. The Moon revolves around the Earth at its fixed speed and the Earth around the Sun – keeping a fixed distance from each other. Apart from these, there are many planets and stars in the solar system, they are also bound by the laws of nature. None of these is such, which violates the laws of nature. No one directs the Sun and the Moon. Then whose fear are they that they have bound themselves to the rules? Why don’t they exercise their right to freedom? Why didn’t they have such desires in their minds to patrol elsewhere in the universe and be seen?
But they don’t do that and don’t even think. They know that if anyone does so, it will be disastrous for the universe – for the universe in which he is roaming and can only keep it safe by following the laws of the universe. Everyone in the universe is bound by discipline. This makes one realize the responsibility of discipline. This feeling prevents them from destruction.
Freedom is something that attracts everyone. Who doesn’t want to be free? Who likes the slavery of others? But freedom also brings with it responsibilities. At the same time, irresponsibility makes us unhealthy and the path of freedom leads only to independence. In winter, if we do not follow the rule of covering the body with warm clothes, then the cold will catch us. If you break the rules of traffic on the road, you will have to issue a challan. If we disobey the rules made for our office business, then we are sure to be in trouble.
It is our responsibility to follow the rules and regulations which make our life healthy, safe, and beautiful. It is not to be bound or subjected. We invite shackles and dependence when we do not follow our own rules. One who does not make rules for himself and does not follow them should be ready to follow the rules made by others.
Therefore it is better that to maintain our freedom, we make rules for ourselves and prepare life to follow its rules of our own volition. This bond is very beautiful and assures us to remain free. The purpose of life is to develop oneself. All in the universe follow and follow natural laws. So we should also follow them.
Serve selfless services.
Our human body is a mixture of experiences, choices, beliefs, and mindsets. According to them, we live our life, we succeed, fail, and experience what we get. Our daily routine also provides energy. It’s an off-shoot of what kind of person we are and what we want from our lives. Sadly, most of us do not know what we want from our lives and in which direction we want to lead our life, we decide for ourselves. We have immense power to decide what we want, write our destiny, reveal the future we want, and achieve everything that we have set for ourselves, which is 100%.
We should lead a balanced life, in which all parameters are checked like personal, professional, social, and spiritual. We must work hard, practice complete honesty and integrity, be satisfied with what we have, and do the best we can. Let go of the beliefs and thoughts that drag you down. Avoid trying to be perfect all the time.
Stop living to please people. Have more control over your life. Certain disciplines, structures, and boundaries are essential to living a fulfilling life. Self-discipline is the ability to control oneself and work towards achieving set goals without the need for any supervision or external motivation. Create a disciplined daily routine for yourself and follow it authentically. You will be able to change your life and make it more magnetic and joyful. 24 hours, if used well, can make your life very productive, fulfilling, prosperous and fulfilling. Attract good habits, and wake up early in the morning. Make time for physical exercise like sports, exercise, yoga, kriya, stretching, etc. Schedule time for meditation, and prayer. It is not important what your current situation is. Simply merging with the divine, being grateful for what you have got in life, and praying for more wisdom and divine grace also lays the foundation for a solid life. Spend the whole day in positive and constructive pursuits, be it studies, job, business, or any other work that contributes positively to running your household as well as to a workplace, market, or business. Carry out your professional duties happily with utmost sincerity and devotion. Be disciplined and honest in your work. Work hard and give more than you get paid in terms of your efforts and professional contribution. You will not only be very successful in work but will also be loved and respected by all.
Evening time is family time. This time, don’t indulge in professional outings or anything that doesn’t involve your family. In the name of relieving stress, bending in front of the TV without thinking after a hard day’s work is injurious to health as well as useless. After all, how hard we work for our family. We stay away from them, leave the comforts of home, and face difficulties at work for the welfare of our family. In appearance, this human body of ours looks a little more developed than the body of other beings, but if we look carefully, then the price of this human life is not because of this body, but because of the life energy flowing in it. This body is not in a position to withstand major blows – even a small virus can destroy it badly, but human life has been described as rare and scholars even say that this human Even the gods are eager to get a life, so the reason for their greed is not our body, but our consciousness. And man is the purpose of life.
Even if one imagines, that the bodies of the gods are made of infinite elements, they are richer, more beautiful, and illuminated than ours, but in the state of human consciousness, how many such treasures are preserved that a single man can outweigh thousands of gods? Is. Such a person then travels from Jaggi Vasudev to Sadguru. Creating thousands of centers of spiritual science, it seems that these siddhis have descended from somewhere outside, but the truth is opposite this. These siddhis are within man, but they can be attained only by following the path of spiritual sophistication.
If we look carefully, spiritual practice is not the name of any element, but the name of effort made for the awakening of the latent powers present within ourselves. We heat our personality, increase our eligibility, then nature and God together shower grants on us. They should be understood as if one is a lock, the other is a key. As soon as we meet both, the doors of our accomplishments automatically open. When our inner mind is filled with the energy of spiritual practice, in such a situation, the divine powers also cooperate with us, but for that, we have to make effort.
The need to write these things here is because in the present time it seems that people are sitting forgetting this path of sadhana. The truth is that it is the only way to achieve siddhi through sadhana. There is no shortcut available on this path.
This path of spiritual practice has always been the path of ascetics, this path has always been beautifying the mighty and brave. The path of spirituality in real life is like a struggle. Real spirituality and real spiritual practice are like a life summary. To attain divinity here, one has to do two hands with the demonic forces. The demonic forces that are being referred to here are none other than our dirty thoughts lying in our minds, in our subconscious minds. Without clearing these evils, there is no light in our life and till the light does not come into life, we do not even realize the balance.
Maharishi Patanjali says that our minds cannot be purified until we free ourselves from the web of karma. You keep trying outside, but life will be yours. That is why if we assess it seriously, we will realize that in all Indian spiritual scriptures, spiritual effort refers to the purification of actions, to the purification of the mind.
If we read Patanjali’s Yogasutra, then Maharishi says in it,
Yogashchitvritti nirodha: 1/2
That is, the cessation of the tendencies of the mind is yoga.
If we read ethics, Chanakya says in it,
फलम् पापस्यनेच्छन्ति पापम् कुर्वन्ति यत्नतः ।
फलम् पुण्यस्यनेच्छन्ति पुण्यम नेच्छन्ति मानवाः ॥
That is, man does not want the fruits of sin, but the same person does not hesitate to do sinful deeds. Unlike him, he wants to get only good results.
Similarly, if we read jyotish Shastra it says in it,
केवलं ग्रहनक्षत्रं न करोति शुभाशुभम् ।
सर्वमात्मकृतं कर्म लोकवादो ग्रहा इति ॥
That is, the planets and constellations do not do good or bad to anyone. People give the names of planets to their deeds. It is clear that in Indian spiritual science, the context of spiritual practice is related to Karma Shuddhi. Not by any shortcut. Our past actions remain on our minds as a black mark. These are manifested in the form of diseases in the body, tension in the mind, disturbance in emotions, cracks in relationships, and crisis in society.
The name of this purification of the mind, the name of this liberation from bad sanskars is sadhna. This is Arjuna’s Mahabharata, this is the Devasura struggle and this is the real spirituality. In today’s circumstances, the aspiration to walk on the path of this real spirituality should be awakened in everyone’s mind.
Chakra meditation makes the impossible possible.
There are seven chakras in the human body. The energy of the body is gathered around these chakras. These chakras are awakened by controlling certain habits and with the help of meditation and yoga. Once these chakras are awakened, a person can do anything.
1. Root chakra.
Muladhara Chakra This is the first chakra of the body which is located at the tail bone of the spine. This chakra is like a red lotus flower with four petals. Those whose life is dominated by enjoyment, sex, and sleep, their energy is concentrated around this chakra. With the awakening of this chakra, a sense of valor, fearlessness, firmness in the world, and joy is awakened within the person. The powerful Muladhara Chakra bestows a person with all worldly powers.
2. Sacral chakra.
Swadhisthana Chakra This chakra is situated four fingers above the Muladhara chakra, has six petals, and is orange in color. If your energy is concentrated on this chakra itself, then your life will be dominated by fun, entertainment, travel, and fun. When it is awakened, the evils of cruelty, pride, laziness, pride, disobedience, distrust, etc. are destroyed.
3. Solar plexus chakra.
Manipura Chakra This chakra of yellow color located at the root of the navel is a ten-petalled lotus. The person whose consciousness or energy is gathered here has the urge to work. Such people are called karma yogis. When it is activated, craving, jealousy, slander, shame, fear, hatred, attachment, etc. are removed. This chakra provides self-power.
4. Heart chakra.
Anahata Chakra – This green-colored lotus flower with twelve petals located in the heart place is the Anahata Chakra. If your energy is active in Anahata, you will be a creative person. When it is activated, lust, deceit, violence, arrogance, worry, attachment, conceit, indiscretion, and ego are eliminated. With the awakening of this chakra, love and compassion are awakened within the person and the person becomes a self-confident, characteristically responsible, and emotionally balanced personality.
5. Throat chakra.
Vishuddhi Chakra – In the throat, there is “Vishuddha Chakra” which is a blue-colored lotus flower with sixteen petals. This is the place of Saraswati. In general, if your energy is concentrated around this chakra, you will be very powerful. By awakening it, one gets the knowledge of sixteen arts and sixteen virtues. A person whose chakra is awakened can curb hunger and thirst, as well as the effects of the weather.
6. Third eye chakra.
Agya chakra – The “Agya Chakra” is located in the middle of the forehead, between the eyebrows. In general, the person whose energy is more active here, then such person becomes intellectually rich, sensitive, and sharp mind, but he remains silent despite knowing everything. As soon as this chakra is awakened, immense powers and siddhis are attained in a person and he becomes a pure divine personality.
7. Crown chakra.
Sahasrara Chakra In the central part of the brain, where the crown is placed, there is a “Sahasrara” chakra. If a person reaches here by following Yama, Niyam, then he attains the state of the blissful body. Such a person has nothing to do with the world, sannyas, and siddhis. In the scriptures, it is also considered the door of “salvation”.
“Knowledge” is the name of that entity, in which there is no change in them even by change in country, time, and person. Everything in this world is caused, action is the result of the cause and the effect of the cause is the effect. It continues like this. Where there is a causal element in action, there is imperfection. No one can be proud of this knowledge or the source of this knowledge. It is said in the Veda – “I say that I do not know and I do not say that I know, because that Supreme Being is known only by those who know that God is beyond knowing and not knowing.” Knowing is a special mental stream. The Supreme is beyond the country, time, and person. Because it is immutable if a person tries to acquire spiritual-mental knowledge. The source of his knowledge is not external materiality, but inner spirituality, then in that state that knowledge will be there. Spiritual knowledge, the ultimate center of spiritual psychic knowledge, is the only knowledge. Through this knowledge, man can reach his goal.
The pigeon-hole trophy.
The mythological belief of yoga is that the eight chakras are awakened by this and by the continuous practice of pranayama, the accumulated inauspicious rites, and sins of birth after birth are tested. When we investigated the scientific background of the Ashtachakras and compared the ancient cultural terms with the ancient medical science, we found that the Muladhara, Swadhisthana, Manipura, Heart, Anahata, Ajna, and Sahasrara chakras are reproductive, excretory, digestive, skeletal, respectively. Associated with the circulatory, respiratory, nervous, and endocrinal systems. The work of the eight chakras from the Muladhara to the Sahasrara chakra is the same as that of the reproductive system to the endocrinal system. Due to the continuous effort of yoga practice and pranayama, these eight chakras or eight systems are made active and balanced. Whatever the language, the meaning of science and spirituality is the same. Due to the imbalance of each system, and many types of diseases or disorders, language is only a medium of expression of feelings.
प्रज्ञापराधो हि सर्वरोगाणां मूलकारणम्’
(चरक)
ayurvedic principles, Instead of stress being the main cause of all diseases – this statement seemed more scientific to us. For example, the imbalance of the endocrinal system leads to many complex diseases like stress and stress, heart disease, high blood pressure, depression, obesity, diabetes, etc. Similarly, due to the imbalance of the skeletal system (more than a hundred) types of arthritis occur and the person becomes a victim of many deformities of the muscles. That is to say that any kind of imbalance in the internal system is a disease, whereas the balance within is health.
Through the direct use of yoga, we have found that our eight chakras or eight systems are completely balanced by the systematic practice of Pranayama, mainly with a fixed time and determined practice. As a result, we get a peaceful life through yoga. At the same time, the chemical or hormones that we were taking from outside in the form of medicine, gradually it is no longer needed, because all those chemical salts or hormones which we were taking from outside, would get a balanced quantity from within. Huh.
Like yoga and meditation and allopathy, it is not a ‘pigeon-hole treatment’ but a complete concept of health. Yoga is the best form of medicine in all the fields of medicine except emergency medicine. In some complex diseases with yoga, if Ayurveda is also used jointly, the effect of the treatment becomes highly effective. Along with the said health side, the spiritual side of yoga is also very infinite. There will be complete development with the coordination of science and spirituality, materialism and spiritualism. Self-awareness will happen through yoga.
Prayer is not a solicitation, but it is to attract positive forces. In this, there is no complaining to the God who gives life and life but to accept the divinity of life with ease and joy. Sometimes we say that our prayer has failed; Because we didn’t get the desired result. We got unfair. The truth is that our prayer failed the very moment we asked for something when we put forward our desire. He who asks at the door of God returns empty-handed. He who stands there empty-handed without any demand, only he returns full.
Indian culture is prayerful. The entire Rigveda is prayer-oriented, the Yajurveda, the Samveda, the Atharvaveda, and the Upanishads are prayer mantras. Prayer is a heart-to-heart communication, a request for the inner self. Zero to Virat talks. Prayer is a thoughtless sentence. It is a speechless voice. Silence is music. There is a divine call, a desireless demand. Prayer is a special state of mind. It is an invitation from smallness to broadness. This is the call of an empty mind. It is the readiness to welcome and greet infinite
Energy flows down from the larger energy body. According to the law of science, the downward flow of energy continues until the energy plane of both the energy bodies becomes equal. For this, a connection between the two energy bodies is needed, but by the interconnection of prayer, the lower energy of the creature does not become equal only to the supreme energy it becomes one. Devotees become God.
Prayer is also a relation of emotional connectivity to universal existence. Prayer is the aspiration for the new moon to become a full moon, there is a thirst for ‘Tamaso Ma Jyotirgamaya’. The prayer unit is connected to infinity. All beings are situated on the lower plane of energy. Existence is the ultimate energy. Prayer is the ancient science of getting the flow of ultimate energy.
Prayer is a transcendent feeling. Arguments arise before prayer. The action-business of debate-dispute-dialogue goes on, then realization comes. After the feeling comes the feeling. The feeling does its job. Vision comes from feeling. The power of vision makes the seer. The seer is thoughtless. A void emerges in his mind. Riches are ready to fill this void. The void of the mind is filled with the infinite Prayers burst out, and praises arise. In very simple words it would be appropriate to say that prayer is taking its shape. Your conscience is getting clean. The divine vibrations of the Vedas, that is, the mantra, are the poetic creation of the empirical truth of the seers. There is no room for prayer in science and philosophy. Two are needed for prayer, one prayer and the other adoring philosophers and scientists are not in the spirit of prayer. They are the seekers of the mysteries of the universe. They have no adoration, but the sages of Indian philosophy and science tradition are full of prayer. That is why all the scholars of the West accuse Indian philosophy of being ‘spiritual’.
They do not consider the realism or materialistic elements of Indian philosophy. The feeling of emotion is also a part of reality. In materialism, a mother is the only woman. In the world of emotions, this woman is a revered and adorable mother. Mother is mother, nurturer. The development of the prayer culture of India did not happen only out of sadness. Vedas and Upanishads are these, but they also contain prayers.
Why should we connect to God every day?
There is philosophy in the Ishavasyo Upanishad. There is no prayer till the first 14 mantras. All mantras are filled with philosophy. The journey of up to 14 mantras makes the vision philosophical. The mind is thoughtless, unblemished, unshakeable, and a vast void is born. Truth shines. Truth becomes spoken. The divine vibration becomes prayer. In all these ET prayers there is an ambition to attain the truth. Vedic sages are rich in inner vision. He arranges the opulence of the manifest world and also sees the avyakt, unmanifest world.
In the Vedas, the Upanishads, the sages Indra, Matrishvan, etc. see the same ultimate principle. Everywhere up-down, forward-backward, right-left, inner-outside, the manifest, unmanifested, one element, one supreme one experiences the same unhappiness. Prayer is a powerful weapon. To acquire knowledge in many stages of life, three things must be possessed at the time of beginning. The Upanishads, Brahmasutras, and Gita are in the first category. The rest of the things are normal, but first of all, this also requires a ‘prayer spirit’ in the mind. The first consciousness of the journey of knowledge is curiosity. The desire to know leads to knowledge, but with curiosity comes the ego. I want to know. I am a hindrance to the element of knowledge.
Prayer is not a solicitation. The prayers of the Vedic sages have erupted out of curiosity and thanksgiving. The curiosity of the sages is not the same as the curiosity of the scientists. This curiosity is polite, but solicitation in humility is not. The mind of the requester remains shrinking in hesitation and inferiority. Here is the first knowledge. From knowledge grew faith from philosophy and prayer became indispensable. From the first chapter of the Gita to the 11th there are elements of knowledge, action, devotion, etc.
The power of collective prayer.
There is no prayer in them, but in the 11th chapter, verses 36 and 40, Arjuna had a vision of Vishwaroop, he was blissful, he was ecstatic, and he full of thanksgiving. Then a prayer broke out between them, you are air, you are Yama-Niya-Discipline. Agni, and Chandra, salutations to you. Salutations from the front, salutations from all sides – ‘Namaste te servant EVA serve Here air, fire, water, and moon are physical. are direct. There is ultimate energy behind everything. Whoever saw it, go. Only the Supreme Tattva can be described. The coincidence is not surprising. All the sages of India were poets, but by listening to the song of the Supreme Tattva, the Supreme Tattva is not attained.
The Vedas and the Upanishads and the Gita declare that he is not found by discourse or study. There is immense energy in prayer. The world is vast. Society is big. The nation is adorable. Prayer is the only great means by which there is a tradition of prayer to the Virat Brahma, there is a tradition of worshiping the society and the nation. Physics establishes the coordination between energy and matter. Chemistry analyzes the energy element and the form, properties, etc. that have changed due to different conditions. Prayer is close to chemistry. Prayer brings about chemical changes in the basic components of the mind and body. If you do not believe it, then you should use it. Happiness or sorrow in any special situation, after taking the report of blood pressure, and blood analysis, one should pray sincerely. Then the chemical analysis of blood pressure and the basic components of blood can present startling facts.
Physicists who know the chemistry of prayer consider this mystery a chemical change, but prayer is not just a chemical change. A chemical change is bigger than a physical change, but not a big deal for the seekers of the mysteries of creation. Even a small medicine pill brings about a chemical change, but prayer brings about a bigger change. It starts with a chemical change. Wisdom makes wisdom. Intelligence stores fragmented information. Prayer begins with duality and progresses to non-duality. This is what makes prayer adorable.
Prayer is a specific technique. It is pure science. Prayer is the ultimate love. In which there is no demand and no complaint. There is no solicitation and no lust in it. Love is always unconditional, unconditional. The real experience of prayer is when prayer itself becomes our joy. There should not be any demand, behind what is fulfilled, then you will get happiness. If you find joy in praying, then only prayer can happen.
When prayer appears in the heart, it goes without saying that the prayer has not been fulfilled. The existence of prayer is its fulfillment. Prayer is the pinnacle of life. Prayer is the last flowering flower of this world. That is the last height that man can reach. There is nothing beyond it.
Existence has its principles and values. It is because of this principle that divine qualities develop in the common man. In the absence of values, man becomes like an animal. From each atom, molecule, and element to matter-conscious, etc., all have their principles. Due to these principles, they show their effect while maintaining their originality and have an impressive ability to justify their existence.
This is the reason that except for human beings, the properties and properties of any creature, thing, element, or mixture and its effects can be explained 100% truthfully and accurately. A human being is the only creature on this earth, which proves the proof of its existence in its self-state and originality from birth till becoming only sensible. After becoming wise, he becomes free from humanity for life and is in a position to get anything done anywhere. As he becomes attached to the world; By the way, the humanity within him starts migrating, the destruction of originality starts and all the avenues of degradation of humanity are opened. And in its place, everything that is considered anti-humanity begins to fill in him.
A human being can remain human only as long as he can imbibe the quality of being human in him. This is the reason that there have been many castes in the whole world according to the attitude of the human being. There are very few people, who can preserve their human qualities and religion for their whole life. Most people, according to the country, time, and circumstances, promoting their selfishness and ego, fall into every mold.
There are many who, by pushing beyond their inner humanity, adopt Satanism and remain animals till their death for a lifetime. As easy as it is to be born as a human, it is equally difficult to preserve humanity for a lifetime and follow human principles.
Human beings can manifest themselves as human beings only if they possess divine grace and ancestral sanskars as well as hereditary characteristic genetic qualities, otherwise many people we see daily, who come out with such decorations, such breathtaking We talk that it seems as if it is not possible to find any great human being compared to them, but whenever we discover their human qualities, then we feel disappointed.
It is not what it seems nowadays. Most people are filled with the difference between the ground and the sky inside and out. This position has become the ornament of the so-called elite, with the help of which they keep on making all efforts to prove themselves as the best and greatest all over the world. He continues to perform charismatic feats of leaving behind even the polymorphs, resorting to all kinds of tricks to mislead people. If seen, the human beings of the whole world can be divided into two parts – ideological and principled. There is only one principle, which helps in the operation of the earth by keeping human being human.
Learn to say NO.
Irrational human beings are a curse to humanity and also fatal to the world; Because their whole life is devoted to selfishness. These people can go to any extent to fulfill their selfishness, they can fall on anyone to make their stature high and they can fall to any extent to raise themselves high. Leaving all the shame in front of others, they become shameless.
There can never be any compromise in terms of principles. Either the principles should be followed 100% or the principles should be followed. It is not possible that a person continues to believe in some five-ten percent of the theory and prove himself to be a theorist. To any degree, the disrespect of principles puts a man in the rank of doctrinaire.
The biggest misfortune of the present era is that man has adopted the ostentation of pretentious culture. Where any of his selfishness is going to be proved, there he goes ahead by bypassing the principles. When he has no work to do, he starts behaving as if there is no other superior person like him anywhere in the world. The man who once gives up the value of life becomes like a train derailed by accident, it is futile to expect humanity from him again
Abandoning values simply means shunning humanity. The one who leaves the principle ceases to be of any kinship, friendship, relationship, or act of philanthropy; Because the only goal of his life becomes selfishness. Don’t trust such people.
That is why valueless people cannot have any permanent relatives or friends. When these people have to prove their selfishness, then they can join hands with anyone and can do any right or wrong thing. It is normal for ignorant people to have a negative mindset of betrayal, treason, and even destroying the lives of others for their modest gains. Treat such negative people as separate from the human category, keep ignoring them, do not relate to them, and stay away from communicating with them. The proximity of these people is also fatal.
If you want to get pleasure in life, then keep your distance from such people; Because these conspirators who strike behind their backs are more deadly than violent animals and ferocious demons. The earth suffers because of the weight of these people. The number of these people has increased to such an extent that the number of crimes on the earth has increased. When the number of negative people increases wildly. The solution is that nature removes the offenders from the earth and we ignore such people.
