Today’s situation is that which has emerged after a disease like Corona, during this time we all saw that the human race is becoming like a downfall the health system was slipping, and people were also imprisoned in their homes. This is the call of the times to become aware of yourself. Know yourself This human body is a gift given to mankind. This is why the process of recycling through all chemistry takes place in this body only. For this, it is important to give yourself the respect you deserve. Today, the way the products of diseases are increasing, the human body also seems to be becoming hollow from the inside. We all are giving too much importance to one problem and that is a failure. Here I request that failure is not a crime. Rather this thing is making crime, coaching centers, institutes, and many other educational institutions which are becoming blind for some money. They are cheating this humanity by ignoring the values of life, this thing is bitter, but it is true. Let us understand some facts here,
The disease is not a condition, it is a process to throw out the accumulated toxins in the body. Keeping oneself constantly aware and healthy is health. Only when every cell is renewed with renewed energy, and the constant flow of consciousness, when the mind is steady, and the memory in good working order, are we reaping the benefits of positive health. Health is the foundation of holistic development and the beginning of spiritual development. If the health of the individual improves, the social responsibility of the individual improves and the overall health of the society improves. No one denies the importance of health. Yogasana, Pranayama, good diet leads to good health. Having good health is becoming a basic need today.
Good health is essential for stress management, decision-making, emotional stability, and intellectual clarity. Laziness and boredom are the coming obstacles. As a result, the body becomes slow and sluggish and the mind insensitive. Like the Bhagavad-gita which comes from a combination of pleasures, senses, and subjects; Being a destroyer of strength, semen, intellect, wealth, and enthusiasm, it causes misery. The same idea is also in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. Health depends on tridoshas Vatadoshas are air, touch tantra, sky, and word tantra; Pitta Dosha is made up of Teja, Rupa Tanmatra and Kapha Dosha are Earth, Gandha Tanmatra, Water, Rasa Tantra. All these have to be managed in yoga practice. Physiology is associated with water, psychology with radiance, and neuroscience with air.
Today the state of no disease, and no suffering is unsustainable. Body and mind tend to deteriorate. Therefore, the elements of health have to be created with effort and kept up-to-date. Only if the body is in work and hard work, its endurance and resistance can be maintained and increased. The mind has to be thought of in the same way. Even if the understanding of the intellect is good, if the body, mind, and senses are not cultivated, the possibility of the intellect becoming subservient to them increases, so the importance of meditation and pranayama is more. This is not achieved by just exercising and playing sports.
Since the mind is formed through diet, without proper diet, disease prevention and moral, mental, religious, and spiritual development are not possible. Therefore, organizations and individuals in this field must provide such guidance and awareness. Anyone should be aware of dietary habits.

Constantly work on yourself to become better and let go of the limits. Take constructive criticism positively and keep the rest cut like a diamond. Never Worry!!!!
Set goals in life. Without goals, human life is like a dry leaf. Set short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals in life. Nothing comes for free. Think about the price you are willing to pay for it. For example, if you want to do bodybuilding, then you have to pay the price, wake up early in the morning, do vigorous exercise,e and eat a balanced and natural diet. You have to set a disciplined routine for yourself and follow it sincerely. As soon as you achieve goals, then, set more goals. They should all be achievable and relevant to your personal, professional, emotional, mental, and social development. To lead a successful and accomplished life, channel your energy towards setting your goals, work hard with dedication and achieve them.
