Adjusting the inner frequency : 9

Birth of self.

Putting yoga into practice means practicing a sequence of postures or postures. A practice that involves reawakening energy that is not functioning in the body through a specific physical encounter to experience the Supreme Being. By doing regular yoga, these centers or chakras are activated and useful for further development and expansion of the mind. Through it, parts of the human brain system are opened one after the other. From Mooladhara to Sahasradhara Chakra is the journey from normal to abnormal and finally to the attainment of liberation.

This spiritual journey is not just about sitting and thinking. The real practical thing is that there should be a change in the intellect or brain of the person. I would like to say one place that it is necessary to change the mind or brain. If you want to make the desired change in the mind or brain, you have to go through a certain way of being and living. Once this change is made, you are considered independent! But this change cannot happen without balance. All the methods of Yoga Sadhana aim at empowering the mind, expanding it, and reviving the human brain system. Hence a person who practices yoga becomes not a three-dimensional but a multi-dimensional person. This is the purpose of yoga.

Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras are still with us today as authoritative written material. Sutra means a perfect arrangement in minimum words. As a result, one has to comment on the topic of the sutra and explain its meaning. Formulas are short but perfectly edited sentences, which we cannot change, but can interpret. a technique that is a thread connecting from Yogasana to Mukti. He perceives the smallest meaning and adds it in such a way that he realizes a formula. We cannot deny one part of it and only consider the other part.

Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras are authentic and authoritative in my opinion. Because there is no such ancient literature available on the subject of ‘Yoga’ the later texts “Yoga Ratnavali” and “Hatha Yoga Pradipika” also consider and refer to Patanjali. What does Patanjali say about yoga? In the Yoga Sutras, Patanjali says, “Ath Yoga Anusanalam” is where the practice of Yoga begins. Immediately after that it is said, “Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha” ie Yoga creates the ability to keep away all the vrittis that disturb the mind. This is the only place where Patanjali defines yoga.

Yoga is good for health. It rejuvenates the body system. Regular yoga should be done. But Yoga is not just postures, it is higher and deeper, the remedies and practices mentioned in the Yoga Sutras remove the mind from its limitations and negative thoughts, give us the vision to see everything as one, from the third-dimensional world we know to the multidimensional world. In this journey, one fulfills the highest purpose of life. Life develops and expands by taking on new dimensions. Travel from three-dimensional to multi-dimensional. This state is called the attainment of the supreme essence. This is the real purpose of yoga.

Yoga says that it is important to have yama and niyama, meaning rules and regulations. How you live, what you eat, and what you drink are all very important. Because all this creates a balance in the state from which the mind tries to come out. The mind becomes more and more subtle. The subtle mind also activates non-functioning systems of the brain. When this happens consciousness expands and sees the whole world as one. So this yoga is not just asanas. Asana, pranayama, yama, and niyama are all just postures with desired changes. All we need is to activate the dormant centers in our system. These centers sometimes work spontaneously, but generally, they are gradually opened through regular practice. Meditation is a beautiful energy, so anyone reading this blog today should incorporate the process of meditation into their lives to fulfill my purpose of writing this blog. Inspire many people. Give them appropriate material to read. Our one step will become an inspiration for many to live in a beautiful world. It is true, make the thoughts beautiful and the world itself will become beautiful. Read more if the series on Adjusting the Inner Frequency ends here

Adjusting the inner frequency – 6

What exactly do you want ??

If take a look at some of our great men, scientists, and philosophers, we will know that many who were born in very difficult and adverse circumstances did not accept that situation and do what they want to do, without any thought that they can’t do what they want to do because of this situation. They have achieved what they wanted. This statement is true for a Yogi, a researcher, or a great person in any field. People who do not let their minds become negative and constricted by their circumstances can overcome any difficulty or lack and fulfill their purpose. Meditation is a magical process that helps to fulfill dreams. One should be able to understand its proper method and path. A perfect way to do this is to pray according to different ways of thinking and thinking. But many people do not believe in prayer. Why should I pray? They believe that praying is a form of pretense.

Believe me, prayer is not a plea but a beautiful mental exercise. Prayer helps you overcome situations that limit your progress and overcome obstacles that hinder your progress in the present situation. Prayer works by invoking the higher faculties of the mind to achieve what you would not ordinarily achieve. Prayer helps you.

You can also refer to this higher capacity of mind as God. Or if you don’t want to say, God, that’s fine. But your achievement is to overcome all limitations and move unlimitedly.
You say then how to pray? Is there a specific method to it? Yes, of course. There are many ways to pray. If you believe in the Infinite God, put all your energy and concentration into what you want or want and pray hard. It is very simple. Anyone can do it easily. Complete the prayer with a great feeling.

Your body and mind living in the Third Dimension help you to feel and sense in achieving your goals. Because when you start that prayer, you will not have any obstacles in it. Only through prayer is this possible. So pray, do it in the morning, and do it in the evening too. Do it whenever you have time. Do it not only for yourself but also for others. But one thing is true the more you pray, the more your goal will be imprinted in your mind. Until it is done, it will become stronger and stronger. This is possible only through prayer.

Human beings have one faculty, which is not found in animals, and that is imagination. Of course, animals think too. Animals are also very intelligent. Sometimes, to our surprise, they are smarter than us in many ways. Animals are intelligent. But one thing they lack is imagination. Humans can imagine. That ability belongs to God. It has been gifted to man. The human heart is full of breath. It is a symbolic way of saying that a mortal man or a human being has been endowed with divine abilities. It is this idea of evolving, improving, and reaching that state that has created the human mind, mankind. For this reason, how to make the mind beautiful, definitely read the next series.

Wisdom of the meditation: Learn the precious Wisdom to nourish your body, mind, and soul.

Maharishi Patanjali says about meditation in Yogasutra (3.2)-

तत्र प्रत्ययैकतानता ध्यानम् ।

That is, meditation is the constant concentration of the mind in the place where the mind is applied. Maharishi Patanjali Ji wants to say that keeping the mind focused on one place i.e. on any one part of the body, the heart, the middle of the brow, or any deity or picture, etc. is a Dharana, but wherever the mind is focused, it stays in that. Meditation is the concentration of the mind and no other thoughts arise in between. For example, concentration is to fix, stop or stop the mind on any formless or formless form of God, but meditation is to stop the mind completely on that formless, corporeal, formless form of God. At that time, there is no place for any other thoughts except God in the mind, in the mind, only God’s light remains, that is meditation. Meditation is the stopping of the mind in the sky while perceiving the sky. There the mind immersed in the sky itself becomes sky-like. There the mind is in the sky and the sky is in the mind. At that time, there is only unbroken thought or attitude of the sky in the mind, not of anyone else. Ultimately, the ultimate goal of yoga practice is “samadhi” for that unbroken instinct of the mind to merge into the sky, to drown in the sky, to disappear in the sky itself. Samadhi is the culmination of meditation, the conclusion of meditation. Similarly, fixing the mind on the rising sun in the morning is dharna, but when that dharna becomes so deep that the mind stops in the same sun, in the same image, in the same attitude, then it is meditation. Samadhi is the dissolution of the mind completely in the same attitude, in the same sun, becoming absorbed in it.

The rising sun is like a fire sitting amidst the redness of the light, which is visible now, but as the light becomes more intense, the sun appears like a ball of fire. Ultimately that situation comes, when that ray of light becomes completely in the form of fire. Those light rays then have no independent existence of their own. It becomes fire. Then there is no difference between light and fire. Both become identical. Regarding samadhi, sage Patanjali says in Yogasutra (3.3):

तदेवार्थमात्रनिर्भासं स्वरूपशून्यमिव समाधिः ।

That is, when in this process of meditation, only the object on which the attention is being focused, only that object remains and the self-nature of the mind becomes zero-like, then the same meditation becomes samadhi. Just as the sun’s rays are collected on a piece of wet glass, fire is generated and the paper burns from it, in the same way, the meditation of the meditator on the divine or the other object of meditation, as meditation deepens, By the way, the energy of meditation, the fire of meditation keeps getting accumulated in the mind. Then the energy of meditation, the fire of meditation, becomes so intense that the seeds of karma-sanskars imprinted in the unconscious mind of the meditator start burning with that fire of meditation.

Just like a small spark is enough to burn the entire forest area. A small spark turns into a wildfire in no time and the entire forest area gets burnt to ashes. In the same way, the fierce fire of meditation generated in the mind slowly engulfs the sanskars prevailing in the mind and within no time, the seeds of the accumulated deeds in the mind begin to die. The end goes on getting pure. Yes, this situation does not come only immediately, for this the seeker has to remain undisturbed, regularly, patiently, and faithfully in the practice of meditation for a long time. Only then that huge meditation can be generated in his mind, due to which he can destroy the roots and vegetables of his mind.

In the same way, the seeker also transmits the energy of meditation manifested in the conscious mind to the unconscious mind in the state of meditation and burns the rituals of the mind. By continuing this process of meditation for a long time, the unconscious mind becomes cultureless and shines, it becomes refined. Then the covering of ignorance-like impurities on the soul also vanishes and all the three types of Karma Samskaras like Sadhak, Avidya, Asmita, Love-Aversion, Abhinivesh, etc. Only the Kaivalya state is attained. Then he experiences ultimate bliss, Brahmanand every moment. In the words of Maharishi Patanjali, at that time, when the instincts of the mind are completely restrained, the seer (soul) becomes stable in its form, that is, it attains the state of Kaivalya. That is, Samadhi is the name of the sanskar-less, viceless, thoughtless, and pure state of the mind. It is in this state of mind that the soul realizes its true blissful form. In that state, consciousness arises by connecting with self-consciousness. The soul becomes imbued with divine energy and a divine exchange begins between the soul and the Supreme Soul.

As soon as it is connected with meditation, the self-consciousness gets attracted to the divine consciousness and starts becoming blissful. The seeker gets familiar with himself, and self-consciousness and rises towards the light. Descending even deeper into the state of meditation, flowing in the strong flow of meditation, the seeker feels himself to be divine. On the other hand, due to the sophistication of the unconscious, the seeker becomes free from many mental disorders and diseases. Due to the refinement of the mind, it becomes healthy not only mentally, but also physically. In that state, he gets free from various psycho-physical ailments and starts living a happy and healthy life. Due to the accumulated energy, and concentration of the mind generated due to meditation, he starts achieving success in other social areas of life as well. His self-confidence and morale become so strong that he does not give up even in adverse circumstances and makes those adverse conditions favorable to him. Desperation and despair can never even touch him; Because his life view becomes optimistic.

This is the imperishable, integral, and non-dual state of unity of the soul and the Supreme Soul, which is known by various names like Samadhi, Self-realization, etc. Astu, it is clear that with the continuous practice and effect of meditation, as the instincts of the mind get destroyed, the mind becomes pure, and the mind becomes pure. Samadhi happens in the same pure mind, then the seeker does not have to meditate, rather meditation starts happening automatically within him, he is in meditation not only with closed eyes but also with open eyes. Not only while sitting in any Sukhasan, Padmasan, etc., but while walking, running, eating, and getting up. While sitting, sleeping, and awake, he is also in meditation; Because then his mind becomes meditation.

Transform yourself.

Art of Listening

Listening well is a magical tool for creating and maintaining wonderful relationships with yourself and others. Have you ever felt like you do most of the talking with people? Have you ever felt that people shy away from talking to you? You wonder why?? Even if you have the desire to help others. Think this has ever happened? That you haven’t been able to remember the conversation you had with someone? Maybe you talk more and listen less. The solution is simple – learn to listen well. Being a good listener makes you more accessible, friendly, likable, knowledgeable, polite, admired, and respected. Here are some steps that can enhance your listening skills.

Create a comfortable setting and opportunity to have a good conversation. To have a meaningful conversation with two or more people, it’s important to choose a place where everyone is comfortable. The other person should be comfortable with you. Have an open mind, which shows through your body language. Never judge anyone. We have no right to show favoritism or partiality towards anyone. We can never fully understand someone’s situations and circumstances, so it is always better to be empathetic and understanding. Be sensitive to the other person’s thoughts, opinions, and ideas. Allow them to talk and express their opinion freely. It is said that small-minded people only discuss other people, mediocre minds discuss events and great minds discuss ideas. Avoid backbiting and backbiting. Focus on positive things instead of negative topics and events. Speak less and listen more. We knowingly or unknowingly mistake talking for ‘conversation’. There is a difference between talking and communicating.

We should avoid imposing our thoughts and ideas on others. Differences should always be welcomed. It educates us, enriches us, and makes us more aware and informed. Those who know less talk and argue more. Humility is a virtue. A tree laden with fruits bows down, and a tree without fruits stands erect. Be calm, kind, open, polite, sensitive, and understanding of the feelings and emotions of others. Don’t let your mind wander and avoid distractions. Learn to live in the present moment. Instead of spending your energy focusing on what to answer and what to say next, just learn to listen. Sometimes, people just want to share or reveal something and we immediately start thinking of solutions for them. It’s not always about you. Don’t let only negative thoughts grow in your mind. Sometimes we have to learn to be different. By your thoughts, by your ego, and also by your laziness.

Silence is a form of medicine for the human body. It is also a means of purification of the mind. The meaning of silence is not limited to speaking only with the tongue, but it also has to calm the storms of thoughts arising in the mind. Self-study gets this silent process done. Learn to use silence well at certain times in your life. Silence is very powerful, especially in conversation. Silence is not a sign of weakness but a sign of strength and confidence. Use silence to make your point, not to blame or prove the other person wrong, and to communicate well. It’s perfectly fine to remain silent and listen fully to the other person, even if they have mistakes in facts, speech, vocabulary, or anything else. Proving others wrong and finding fault makes you less likable and judgmental. No good can come of embarrassing others. We often try to fill the silence with talk and chatter, but that is not meaningful talk. A pause is perfectly fine and can pave the way for the next topic of discussion. Silence is useful for digesting new information, processing it, and asking questions. It shouldn’t be weird. This gives the other person time to do the same. We lose many good things in life like peace, time, happiness, and what we want because of one simple thing we are not ready with the answer. Just by empowering ourselves enough and using the power of saying no and not listening, we can gain immense respect, love, attention, confidence, and an attractive personality. Learn to listen to the inner voice that guides you and your inner spirit. Trust God. Everything in life is temporary and just a phase. Ask good questions Asking questions lets people know that you are genuinely interested in what they have to say. You get the opportunity to better clarify and understand the context.

If you don’t understand some piece of information, feel free to ask to elaborate or to repeat what you understood. It makes the other person feel valued, important and respected. Active listening is very important to have good conversations, developing close relationships, having good interpersonal relationships, and building relationships with people. Be careful not to hurt other people and ask questions that may energize them. Share your personal experiences with care. You get to choose what to share with others. Although sharing personal stories and experiences allow you to establish a connection and bond with others who may have gone through the same problem, sometimes this can be given to others or used against you. Then, it is too late to repent. Sometimes, offering examples to solve other people’s problems can be counterproductive because people are different, their circumstances are different, and their environment is different. Instead of rushing to fix the problem, learn to listen with an open mind and heart. Also, avoid pointing fingers at each other while having a conversation.

Don’t force what is right. Emphasize facts, and figures and say the right thing. This is not always important. Logic never wins over emotions. Trying to fit everything into a conversation and make it perfect makes you a bad listener. Learn to be patient, listen more, process more, think more, and participate in conversations diligently. Appreciate and value people. love them unconditionally. Empathize with them and care for them.

Listening is an important tool not only for good communication but also for developing and maintaining long-term personal and professional relationships. Master the art of listening and you will be surprised how much you learn, how much respect and love you gain, and how much more peaceful and happy your life becomes. Personality development courses only teach us to focus on external things, inner development makes us beyond all these things. Listening more is also an art, which promotes the qualities of patience, and humility. If you make a habit of listening well, then the power of remembering increases.

Lead a beyond human life.

Source of spiritual energy.

The source of spiritual energy: The relationship between matter and the black hole of the whole world is possible through this human body. There are innumerable powers in this human body, knowing that you can become a great man from a human! Here we have to wear the soul powers within our body which
A relationship can be achieved through self-power. This is the point where physics and spirituality are seen walking together step by step. All those subtle waves can be understood in every aspect of this science which is rendered in the language of Vedanta like “Jiva Brahma, Ekattva, Ekoham Dwitiya Nasti, Shivoham, Tattvamasi” in Sanskrit language.

To establish a relationship between the soul and the Supreme Soul, the support of various yoga practices is taken. In all those yoga practices, whether it is based on full faith or based on knowledge, Tantra method meditation has an important place in this series. Because this is the path by which one ascends to the all-powerful element, this is the thread that binds the soul to God

In meditation, one is called in one direction, with pure emotion, by bringing together the scattered tendencies of the mind from all sides. It is said by learned people that contemplating God with love, makes a man also a god. Just as wood burns in a fire and becomes like the heat of that fire, similarly, by meditation, a devotee invokes his consciousness in God himself and becomes God himself. This is not an imaginary rendition of meditation. Contemplating the Divine being with a deep sense of consciousness, a person develops consciousness and can reach the destination of God through the soul. How this journey is accomplished can be obtained from experience, but the philosophy behind this sadhna can be analyzed. It is well known that scattered powers and things are very weak. But when they join together in one thread and start working in one direction, then all the filth becomes clear on seeing it. The scattered sunlight gives only ordinary heat and light. But if they are concentrated, then immense energy can be obtained. This is proof of solar energy.

Energy converts into desired to get materialize what you want.

The potential of human beings is undoubtedly trivial in comparison to the mentioned characteristics of the Divine Being, but there is also a possibility of development in it, just as the wonderful power of being a tree resides in the seed. By realizing that potential through meditation, all those waves and energies are developed.

This corporeal world is a small replica of this universe itself. Even an atom has now become as mysterious as the universe. After shrinking, many planets, constellations, and stars have become so powerful that they seem 60 kilometers in diameter to be visible, but like the Sun of our solar system, they have the same power as ten suns and not two or ten twenty such. Hundreds of stars have been detected that, despite being smaller in size than a city like London, can pull the Earth away from its orbit. This is a testament to his ability.

It is important to know here how these powerful suns, moon, and stars are formed, it is also an interesting adventurer. The hydrogen gas ‘nevule’, spread in space, gradually becomes denser. As it becomes denser, energy is generated in it, its glow can be seen from countless miles away. A constant flow of energy flows through these wires and with that they start shrinking. This process is completed over billions of trillions of years. As the stars shrink, their density also increases, it is a common thing that the higher the density of the object, the more its force of attraction and weight also increases. After continuously shrinking, a situation comes such that the stars cannot shrink that much and turn into such an energy source that attracts planets many times larger in size and also attracts stars from their orbit. . Scientists have named these stars black holes. And the black hole theory is also 2 percent mixed with this theory. Assessment and proof of black hole theory can be somewhat different, it is up to you to choose, which theory you choose!!!

These black holes are considered to be the primary producers of antiparticles. More information has been received and will continue to be received about these black holes continuously releasing energy through pulses. Everywhere in this infinite space, there are such cyclones or illusions. Who is called Devil because of his intense power? Whatever gets trapped in their grip and grip in visible or invisible form, they swallow it in their stomach and do not let it be known that
He ate he went there to digest. to these whirlpools
In the language of science, it is called a ‘black hole. Black hole means black hole. Wherever they are in space, there is great darkness. It is so intense that even the rays of light falling on that area go into that trough and no one can see it. Hole because it is filled with only and only poles. Pole is also so much in which any visible or invisible material keeps on pulling and entering without any hindrance. The speed of entry into it is so high that even the speed of light can be considered small in comparison to it.

Force of attraction.

Their unit is also very exciting, they are small and big black holes that spread their fun in a small area like small balls and grab the one who passes through it. But big black holes are such that they can swallow the whole earth within sight. Astronomers had discovered why disorganized black holes are generated in the well-organized creation flow and in what sequence they carry out their activities. The complete information could not be obtained from him, but what has been revealed is no less mysterious and no less thrilling. This is an incomplete search.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) launched an artificial satellite named ‘Uhuru’ into space in December 1870 from Italy’s Aerospace Research Center. This thing is old but it teaches us a lesson. Its purpose was to find the location of “black holes”. 200-star sources that emit X-rays were detected by this satellite. Prominent among them are — Santorum X, Cygnus X-1, Hercules- X 1, and Cygnus X In these sources, the attention of scientists was more attracted to Cygnus-1. Through the study, all the symptoms found in it were found on “dunk hole”. The distance of Cygnus X-1 is approximately 8000 light-years (75 million billion km) from Earth. It has all the characteristics of the neck holes found in this circle. Due to the intensity of gravitational force, it also dominates every object and pulls it towards itself.

According to Einstein, even light rays have mass. If this theory is correct, then the beam of light thrown above the surface of the black hole will be pulled due to gravity. In the same way, it pulls the dirt thrown on the earth. The reason for the intense gravitational force of a black hole is that according to the theory of science, the denser the object, the stronger its attraction force will be. Due to the high density of the black hole, its gravity is excessive and it easily pulls every substance that comes into its grip.

Renowned astrophysicists Mr. KS Shron and Srinivi Kov say about the origin of black holes that ‘if the stars increase in solar mass in the last stage of development, they should explode like a giant star. Stars can leave two things when they explode. An expanding gas cloud and another remnant star. If the mass of the remaining star is less than the solar mass, it would have turned into a neutron star, whose density is at the level of the nucleus, and if more than that, it would have turned into a black hole. Will be done.

Unlock your inner potential

How did they get their information in the first place is also an interesting incident. For the first time, the existence of black holes was detected by scientists in December 1672. For many years before this, astronomers had been pinpointing unusual positions at a particular point in certain stars and members of the Solar System. These objects, while moving on their fixed path, deviated from the path after coming to that particular point and after moving away from that particular point, they again started moving on the normal path. X-ray tests confirmed that this deviation is due to the strong attraction of unknown objects called ‘black holes.

Due to the unusual density and strong force of attraction, the speed of objects entering the black hole region will also be equal to the speed of light. It can also be understood that if a person enters the region of a black hole, he will become non-existent due to the force of gravity, but his speed will be equal to the speed of light. Time doesn’t even exist when it travels at the speed of light. That is, after traveling to the black hole and traveling ten thousand and a half kilometers, if he comes back to the earth, then he will be there according to the clock.

Cygnus X-1, a ‘black’ hole with a denser state of molecules and a stronger attraction, emits more power than the Sun. This black hole emits so much power in one second that if cars on Earth are driven continuously at a speed of 100 kilometers per hour, they can be driven for 10 billion years. It is the tremendous energy produced by the shrinking and condensation of dispersed macroscopic particles. So far there is no chance of getting any benefit from it. Some people have thought that when the sources of natural energy on the earth are continuously drying up, then somehow the power of these ‘black holes’ should be used.

But if the chain of consciousness and the uncontrollable spreading nature, scattered mind-vrittis are organized, then in this life, tremendous energy flows can be created within oneself. The seeds of that possibility are also present in the soul, there is a need to fill water with manure for meditation and meditation. Then you can get an opportunity to become as brilliant as the sun. The ascetic, the wise, and the philosopher try to make these sources of power fierce and use them for self-welfare and public welfare. Black Hole Holes are not only the source of energy aggregates of antiparticles, but they are also the driving force for the self-being of the constituents of the universe. If there is a sequence of exchanges, then it is excellent, but if only such guidelines can be taken and assimilated as to how the scattering is organized and integrated, then it is very important to maintain this coordinated sequence through meditation.

Anti matter and Anti universe.

Concept of Anti universe.

The external world is known only through the senses of the human body. Only matter can be seen through the eyes. Ears are also able to hear only limited sounds. The hearing ability of the nose is limited. The tongue is also unable to taste all the juices. Skin cannot touch everything. Many substances keep flying in the atmosphere, their existence is there, but their information is not received by the senses, the information of non-sensual substances is obtained through microscopes and telescopes. Small bacteria can be seen with the help of a microscope and distant views with the help of a telescope. It is clear that knowledge is not everything visible outside, its outer circumference is even bigger. Scientists have succeeded in amazing inventions by bringing this unknown world within the limits of knowledge.

Like the gross world, there is also a subtle world and like the gross body, the existence of a subtle body also exists in this world, it cannot be known by the senses. With the help of your day’s karma and today’s karma, their existence is well known. Knowing the future, people get information about the past and future only by seeing this invisible. Meteorologists and space experts keep finding out a lot about the effect of the invisible environment on the visible world and keep the general public aware of the possibilities of rain, storm, etc.

Saints and seekers keep trying to make the relationship between the gross and the subtle more visible and open the door of the exchange. Through meditation, one establishes contact with the subtle forces existing in the inner and outer worlds. Supersensory abilities are present in everyone, but the state of bringing their subtle being into experience is possible only through sadhana efforts. In the same way, connecting with the many powers prevailing in the entire universe and forcing them to shower grace becomes accessible with the help of these means. Nature is gross and forces reside in subtle forms. One is based on the senses, the other is beyond the senses. The same can be said about the body and the soul. Knowledge is subtle and action is gross. If we look at all this detail, then the existence of the invisible being also becomes clear.

Like the external world, our life is also based on the invisible world. The dependence of the person is not limited to the extent of the material, but it also needs mutual affection and cooperation. Despite having abundant wealth, life remains miserable and disease-affected without being sattvik and goodwill. The dignity of a scholar is heavier than that of a laborer. It is a testament to the powers of the invisible as compared to the visible. Shadow is associated with sunlight. The sound is echoed, and it comes back after hitting the rubber ball against the wall. The rival of light is darkness. By moving the pendulum to one side, the movement of it starts moving forward and backward spontaneously. Contrasting activities such as heartbeat, breathing, and contractions keep the human body alive. The motion is generated by the piston only when it follows a back-and-forth motion. The vibrations of the power waves are dependent on the movement of the waves flowing back and forth. It is only through the reaction of action that all the activities of this world are going on. The rival of virtue is sin, the devil is the opponent of God, and the rival of heaven is hell, based on this opposition, the activities of spiritual life continue to be implemented.

According to this theory, there is also an opponent of creation “Antiuniverse” in which antiparticles are present in matter, from this hypothesis, many new particle-antiparticles have been researched under particle physics and the veil lying on the indirect world has been removed. The famous French scientist Paul tried Maurice Dorac noted the presence of such particles and named them (antielements). Pal Dirac was awarded the Novel Prize for the same subject in 1633. Antielectrons and anti-protons followed. The biggest discovery was made on March 1-65 at the Brook Haven National Laboratory in the USA, according to which it was proposed that every element should have an inverse antimatter. Scientists at Columbia University discovered ‘anti deuterium’ which has properties of normal hydrogen. On the other hand, it was decided that there are elements heavier than protons in the world and from here a new imagination arose that there should be some existence in the world called per universe.

According to “Yog vashisth”

Science has found this fact now, but Indian Vedic scientists have been rendering the philosophy of many creations within one universe, the existence of atoms since time immemorial. The proof and description of this thing is done by Yoga Vasishta,

आकाशे परमाण्यन्तद्रं व्यादेरणु केऽपिच

जीवाणु यन्त्र तत्रेदं जगद्वेत्ति निजं वपुः ।।

That is, the dream world, the shadow world, and the conscious world exist in every atom covered in the world. In the same way, the entries of dormant life, movement, and conscious community are present in them just like this visible world.

Eminent scientist Professor Jayant Vishnu Narlikar believes that there was no beginning of the formation of this vast universe. His opinion is not surprising. In Indian texts and Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati Ji, and Jain concepts, it has been said that there is no beginning and no end to this universe. The wonder was like this for millions of years. Then there was the “Great Explosion” theory about the universe, in which it was believed that after an indescribable explosion, this universe was formed and then many invisible galaxies started appearing, and stars and stars bigger than our sun was formed and floated. Our galaxy was also one of them. The visible-unseen world is the result of the explosion of something. Dr. Narlikar is a cosmologist born and researched in India, whose renderings have a dignified place in the world of science. He has published many papers on “Quantum Cosmology”. It has always been the case in physics that the next assumption contradicts the earlier discoveries. This process is also necessary for the development and existence of science. In the book Satyarth Prakash, written by Dayanand Saraswati, it is said that the universe was not created by anyone before, nor was it already exist. The particles and particles that are being searched today were already there. It is a concept that brings science and philosophy closer together. The universe has no beginning and no end. This is what the quantum theory is based on.

The word ‘Universe’ in English signifies the unity of the whole world. No place in the universe is free of matter, there are gases in the sky where there is absolutely no air, and there are particles of radiation or light and energy. Light is also an electromagnetic element. Scientists have estimated that it keeps falling from the Sun in the amount of half 25 grams per minute on a square mile area, that is, the root cause of whatever natural movement is happening in a square mile space, this 25 grams of an electromagnetic element is the same.

Just as there is no place without matter and the presence of anti-particle has also been proved, which is of opposite quality to the consciousness of the gross particle, then it became a matter of belief that the universal anti-cosmic element in the whole creation should be the same God who Existing in every particle, having the qualities of action, thought, knowledge, contemplation, etc. and is also said to be passed. Like the antimatter, the antagonistic side of a person is also thought of as a shadow man. It plays a supporting role when it is done by remaining invisible. Its detailed description is found in Tantra Sadhana.

The anti-matter “anti-matter” was conceived in 1625 only under the relativistic quantum theory. But then such direct experiments were not possible in that regard as have been done today. Just as the reaction of action and the resonance of sound, so ‘matter’ works with ‘anti-matter’, it was first proposed on a theoretical level in the twenties.
The University of California was the first to establish the existence of “antimatter” in the year 1650 by taking it beyond the realm of imagination. The photo of the atom was taken during the Nuclear Interaction. For this, a gadget capable of taking photographs in fifteen billionths of a second was specially made and the name of that certified antimatter was given ‘Senti Amega Mines’. Since then, many more antiparticles have been discovered over the years.

The universe within you.

The imagination of many creations within one is the same as another water within the water. If you want to test with common sense or do it by hand, then this heavy water cannot be separated from normal water. The reason for not accepting the existence of the indirect is that we have assumed the same intellect as perfect, but when scientists clearly show its effect through experiments, then we are forced to accept that point. Such is the case of water within the water. It seems a surprise. But when nuclear scientists were active in the discovery of heavy water in the year 1831 and its use in nuclear fission technology, then it seemed to be true. When a neutron is added to the nucleus of the lightest element hydrogen, then this simple water H2O becomes heavy water H3O and its characteristics become manifold. Out of about sixty-five to seventy hundred kilograms of ordinary water, the essence which serves as the primary fuel of atomic energy, only one kilogram of heavy water is obtained. In this way, it became an essence derived from water, the existence of a powerful indirect world in the universe can be understood well in the context of this example.

Einstein propounded a new branch of particle physics based on the existence of photon particles, Sir James Jeans presented the communist ideology in books such as ‘The Mysterious Universe’ and ‘The Universe Around Us, stating that there is a theory of relativistic nature. All forces are innumerable names for the same supreme conscious power. It is a happy coincidence that this is also the rendering of Advaita Vedanta. Vedanta philosophy believes that the formula of one element, both living and non-living, animate and matter, is contained in that divine element, which takes the form of waves and manifests in innumerable forms. To this ‘Tasya Bhasa Sarvamidam Vibhati’ everything is illuminated by his light.

Now let us turn to the discovery of the last few decades of scientists, which was discussed earlier as antimatter. As many particles, all atomic particles are present in each atom, they also have resistant antiparticles. The antiparticle of the electron is the positron, the antiproton of the proton, the antineutron of the neutron, and the chansons, the pi mesons also the anti-K and anti mesons, along with the antiphoton exist. With the discovery of these new anti-particles, now anti-nucleus is being imagined by the combination of anti-protons, anti-neutrons, and anti-mesons, anti-mesons. This imagination was realized by Dr. Leon Leder Main of the Columbia University of Physics, in 1665, by structuring the antinucleus, the form of antiatom was given. The existence of ‘anti-matter’ along with matter is now being accepted indisputably in the scientific world.

The study on the impact of self spirituality intelligence.

Make a life celebration.

In appearance, this human body of ours looks a little more developed than the body of other beings, but if we look carefully, then the price of this human life is not because of this body, but because of the life energy flowing in it. This body is not in a position to withstand major blows – even a small virus can destroy it badly, but human life has been described as rare and scholars even say that this human Even the gods are eager to get a life, so the reason for their greed is not our body, but our consciousness. And man is the purpose of life.

Even if one imagines, that the bodies of the gods are made of infinite elements, they are richer, more beautiful, and illuminated than ours, but in the state of human consciousness, how many such treasures are preserved that a single man can outweigh thousands of gods? Is. Such a person then travels from Jaggi Vasudev to Sadguru. Creating thousands of centers of spiritual science, it seems that these siddhis have descended from somewhere outside, but the truth is opposite this. These siddhis are within man, but they can be attained only by following the path of spiritual sophistication.

If we look carefully, spiritual practice is not the name of any element, but the name of effort made for the awakening of the latent powers present within ourselves. We heat our personality, increase our eligibility, then nature and God together shower grants on us. They should be understood as if one is a lock, the other is a key. As soon as we meet both, the doors of our accomplishments automatically open. When our inner mind is filled with the energy of spiritual practice, in such a situation, the divine powers also cooperate with us, but for that, we have to make effort.

The need to write these things here is because in the present time it seems that people are sitting forgetting this path of sadhana. The truth is that it is the only way to achieve siddhi through sadhana. There is no shortcut available on this path.

This path of spiritual practice has always been the path of ascetics, this path has always been beautifying the mighty and brave. The path of spirituality in real life is like a struggle. Real spirituality and real spiritual practice are like a life summary. To attain divinity here, one has to do two hands with the demonic forces. The demonic forces that are being referred to here are none other than our dirty thoughts lying in our minds, in our subconscious minds. Without clearing these evils, there is no light in our life and till the light does not come into life, we do not even realize the balance.

Maharishi Patanjali says that our minds cannot be purified until we free ourselves from the web of karma. You keep trying outside, but life will be yours. That is why if we assess it seriously, we will realize that in all Indian spiritual scriptures, spiritual effort refers to the purification of actions, to the purification of the mind.

If we read Patanjali’s Yogasutra, then Maharishi says in it,

Yogashchitvritti nirodha: 1/2

That is, the cessation of the tendencies of the mind is yoga.

If we read ethics, Chanakya says in it,

फलम् पापस्यनेच्छन्ति पापम् कुर्वन्ति यत्नतः ।

फलम् पुण्यस्यनेच्छन्ति पुण्यम नेच्छन्ति मानवाः ॥

That is, man does not want the fruits of sin, but the same person does not hesitate to do sinful deeds. Unlike him, he wants to get only good results.

Similarly, if we read jyotish Shastra it says in it,

केवलं ग्रहनक्षत्रं न करोति शुभाशुभम् ।

सर्वमात्मकृतं कर्म लोकवादो ग्रहा इति ॥

That is, the planets and constellations do not do good or bad to anyone. People give the names of planets to their deeds. It is clear that in Indian spiritual science, the context of spiritual practice is related to Karma Shuddhi. Not by any shortcut. Our past actions remain on our minds as a black mark. These are manifested in the form of diseases in the body, tension in the mind, disturbance in emotions, cracks in relationships, and crisis in society.

The name of this purification of the mind, the name of this liberation from bad sanskars is sadhna. This is Arjuna’s Mahabharata, this is the Devasura struggle and this is the real spirituality. In today’s circumstances, the aspiration to walk on the path of this real spirituality should be awakened in everyone’s mind.

Chakra meditation makes the impossible possible.

There are seven chakras in the human body. The energy of the body is gathered around these chakras. These chakras are awakened by controlling certain habits and with the help of meditation and yoga. Once these chakras are awakened, a person can do anything.

1. Root chakra.

Muladhara Chakra This is the first chakra of the body which is located at the tail bone of the spine. This chakra is like a red lotus flower with four petals. Those whose life is dominated by enjoyment, sex, and sleep, their energy is concentrated around this chakra. With the awakening of this chakra, a sense of valor, fearlessness, firmness in the world, and joy is awakened within the person. The powerful Muladhara Chakra bestows a person with all worldly powers.

2. Sacral chakra.

Swadhisthana Chakra This chakra is situated four fingers above the Muladhara chakra, has six petals, and is orange in color. If your energy is concentrated on this chakra itself, then your life will be dominated by fun, entertainment, travel, and fun. When it is awakened, the evils of cruelty, pride, laziness, pride, disobedience, distrust, etc. are destroyed.

3. Solar plexus chakra.

Manipura Chakra This chakra of yellow color located at the root of the navel is a ten-petalled lotus. The person whose consciousness or energy is gathered here has the urge to work. Such people are called karma yogis. When it is activated, craving, jealousy, slander, shame, fear, hatred, attachment, etc. are removed. This chakra provides self-power.

4. Heart chakra.

Anahata Chakra – This green-colored lotus flower with twelve petals located in the heart place is the Anahata Chakra. If your energy is active in Anahata, you will be a creative person. When it is activated, lust, deceit, violence, arrogance, worry, attachment, conceit, indiscretion, and ego are eliminated. With the awakening of this chakra, love and compassion are awakened within the person and the person becomes a self-confident, characteristically responsible, and emotionally balanced personality.

5. Throat chakra.

Vishuddhi Chakra – In the throat, there is “Vishuddha Chakra” which is a blue-colored lotus flower with sixteen petals. This is the place of Saraswati. In general, if your energy is concentrated around this chakra, you will be very powerful. By awakening it, one gets the knowledge of sixteen arts and sixteen virtues. A person whose chakra is awakened can curb hunger and thirst, as well as the effects of the weather.

6. Third eye chakra.

Agya chakra – The “Agya Chakra” is located in the middle of the forehead, between the eyebrows. In general, the person whose energy is more active here, then such person becomes intellectually rich, sensitive, and sharp mind, but he remains silent despite knowing everything. As soon as this chakra is awakened, immense powers and siddhis are attained in a person and he becomes a pure divine personality.

7. Crown chakra.

Sahasrara Chakra In the central part of the brain, where the crown is placed, there is a “Sahasrara” chakra. If a person reaches here by following Yama, Niyam, then he attains the state of the blissful body. Such a person has nothing to do with the world, sannyas, and siddhis. In the scriptures, it is also considered the door of “salvation”.

“Knowledge” is the name of that entity, in which there is no change in them even by change in country, time, and person. Everything in this world is caused, action is the result of the cause and the effect of the cause is the effect. It continues like this. Where there is a causal element in action, there is imperfection. No one can be proud of this knowledge or the source of this knowledge. It is said in the Veda – “I say that I do not know and I do not say that I know, because that Supreme Being is known only by those who know that God is beyond knowing and not knowing.” Knowing is a special mental stream. The Supreme is beyond the country, time, and person. Because it is immutable if a person tries to acquire spiritual-mental knowledge. The source of his knowledge is not external materiality, but inner spirituality, then in that state that knowledge will be there. Spiritual knowledge, the ultimate center of spiritual psychic knowledge, is the only knowledge. Through this knowledge, man can reach his goal.

The pigeon-hole trophy.

The mythological belief of yoga is that the eight chakras are awakened by this and by the continuous practice of pranayama, the accumulated inauspicious rites, and sins of birth after birth are tested. When we investigated the scientific background of the Ashtachakras and compared the ancient cultural terms with the ancient medical science, we found that the Muladhara, Swadhisthana, Manipura, Heart, Anahata, Ajna, and Sahasrara chakras are reproductive, excretory, digestive, skeletal, respectively. Associated with the circulatory, respiratory, nervous, and endocrinal systems. The work of the eight chakras from the Muladhara to the Sahasrara chakra is the same as that of the reproductive system to the endocrinal system. Due to the continuous effort of yoga practice and pranayama, these eight chakras or eight systems are made active and balanced. Whatever the language, the meaning of science and spirituality is the same. Due to the imbalance of each system, and many types of diseases or disorders, language is only a medium of expression of feelings.

प्रज्ञापराधो हि सर्वरोगाणां मूलकारणम्’

(चरक)

ayurvedic principles,
Instead of stress being the main cause of all diseases – this statement seemed more scientific to us. For example, the imbalance of the endocrinal system leads to many complex diseases like stress and stress, heart disease, high blood pressure, depression, obesity, diabetes, etc. Similarly, due to the imbalance of the skeletal system (more than a hundred) types of arthritis occur and the person becomes a victim of many deformities of the muscles. That is to say that any kind of imbalance in the internal system is a disease, whereas the balance within is health.

Through the direct use of yoga, we have found that our eight chakras or eight systems are completely balanced by the systematic practice of Pranayama, mainly with a fixed time and determined practice. As a result, we get a peaceful life through yoga. At the same time, the chemical or hormones that we were taking from outside in the form of medicine, gradually it is no longer needed, because all those chemical salts or hormones which we were taking from outside, would get a balanced quantity from within. Huh.

Like yoga and meditation and allopathy, it is not a ‘pigeon-hole treatment’ but a complete concept of health. Yoga is the best form of medicine in all the fields of medicine except emergency medicine. In some complex diseases with yoga, if Ayurveda is also used jointly, the effect of the treatment becomes highly effective. Along with the said health side, the spiritual side of yoga is also very infinite. There will be complete development with the coordination of science and spirituality, materialism and spiritualism. Self-awareness will happen through yoga.

Nurture the Ability to Manifest.

Enable yourself.

The ultimate definition of our life is a success, meaning, and satisfaction. These three houses together make up the whole life. Everyone wants to achieve them in their life and keeps on trying to achieve them. Everyone’s efforts are certainly in their way, according to their thinking. There are certain rules and principles of life. The success of any kind of our efforts depends on them.
If someone starts his life keeping these principles in mind, then every wish of his is fulfilled, and all efforts are successful, but the first condition is that the beginning of life is right, but this is the period where every A person makes a mistake. The real truth is that we don’t start life with as much enthusiasm and awareness as we should.

Sometimes we never try to test ourselves a little deeper, a little too closely. We never realize that this is not the last stage of our life, many of its links are connected outside life as well. Our scriptures say that whoever has taken birth on this earth has left behind something incomplete. We have been born to fulfill that incompleteness. The secret to the success and meaning of this life of ours is related to finding and fulfilling this incompleteness.

This is the divine way for everyone to lead a real life. Now the question is, where to start life right? How to do So it has a formula for everyone – life should be given the right direction. The development of life is not possible until life is not looked at in the right way. The attitude towards oneself is not clear, till then the right beginning of life is not possible. The vision of life is formed from the feelings that we acquire through the sensitivity attached to ourselves and our relationships, relationships, and surroundings.

Life-vision arises out of inner clarity, and awareness, and this awareness becomes possible only through self-evaluation. Moreover, we never see our life, and the potentialities inherent in it. The ignorant themselves remain ignorant. In this process, we try to understand ourselves by knowing and knowing ourselves and get to know ourselves in the true sense. This is the first and essential aspect of the development of life-view. In the techniques of development of life-view, the expansion of emotion-sensation has its importance. Emotions are present in everyone, but their scope is very limited. It is necessary to bring emotion-sensation out of the realm of selfishness.

Only then we can see and understand the environment around us, relationships, and the various colors of this world. Two to five minutes of regular meditation in the Jeevan Sutras is capable of reaching the peak of our emotional development. Worship for whatever time is possible according to the interest and circumstance, but if it is regular, then it has a miraculous effect on our senses.

Upasana here does not mean worship, but the regular association of high thoughts, feelings, or superior qualities of the Lord. Through such worship, our life-view brings such qualities as depth, farsightedness, comprehensiveness, and firmness, and at the same time, there are spiritual-spiritual benefits.
Self-evaluation gives rise to a vision of life and its nurturing and development are accompanied by the development of feelings, which is easily possible through worship. The attainment of the right developed life vision is the first step to the true beginning of life, from where the steps to the path of life’s success, meaning, and satisfaction begin. This one is suitable for those who want to live life.

Involve the fulfill purpose of your divine life.

As this sensitivity deepens within ourselves, our feelings intensify. As the feelings intensify, the subtlety, and clarity in our life-view also keep on developing. It is in the light of such a developed life-view that we can discover the incompleteness of our life. This life-view gives us a sense of the right life goal and proves to be the most efficient guide to achieving it.
The principle of life is that anyone whose life in this world is in motion with a developed life vision, finds shelter in the bottomless sea of satisfaction, constantly setting new heights of success. It is impossible to have a vision of life and to have dissatisfaction together. There is no place for failure and dissatisfaction in the life of those whose life-view has been developed. Is.

Self-evaluation develops self-awareness and clarity. Here we must do self-evaluation to identify ourselves. Those who regularize self-evaluation know both its importance and benefits. For other aspirants, this is to say that the simplest method should be adopted in this self-evaluation of at least two minutes each in the morning and at night i.e. at the time of waking up in the morning and resting at night. Those who regularize this method start seeing its benefits within a few days. The place and importance that the eyes have in the parts of our body, the same importance is of self-evaluation in the dimensions of life development.

If the eyes are closed then all the pleasant sights, objects, etc. are hidden in the darkness, but as soon as the eyes are opened, everything becomes visible and clear. Similarly, in the absence of the vision of life obtained from self-evaluation, all the abilities, and characteristics of our life remain buried in darkness, but when we look within ourselves with the knowledge of self-evaluation, then the hidden features, abilities, and abilities of our own life are easy starts appearing. Not knowing oneself means making life blind. The blindness of the eyes is not as heavy on life as the blindness caused by the lack of vision in life.

Human life is being lived, but usually, the basic purpose of life is not known to him. Children go to school and they know why they have been sent there. You are oblivious to why you are living life. What is the point of a life that has no purpose? We are talking about three types of human beings here. One who has life, secondly those who have speed, thirdly those who have direction. Those who have life are like trees, those who have speed are like animals, but those who have direction live as human beings in life. The tree passes its life by staying in one place. At present, there is no difference between the life of the tree and your life. Your life is directionless. Your life is like a beast. People look for a way to get rid of sorrow because from all sides sorrow surrounds us. Every person in the world is unhappy. Some sad in the body and some sad in the mind. The ancient sages who have been told have told that unless there is knowledge of the elements, there will be no destruction of sorrows. Cosmic knowledge teaches to fill the stomach and spiritual knowledge gives a way to escape from this sacrament. The education to fill the stomach is received from school and the education to live life is received from spirituality.

Connect the spirit of the mind with God.

Bring transformation through prayer.

Prayer is not a solicitation, but it is to attract positive forces. In this, there is no complaining to the God who gives life and life but to accept the divinity of life with ease and joy. Sometimes we say that our prayer has failed; Because we didn’t get the desired result. We got unfair. The truth is that our prayer failed the very moment we asked for something when we put forward our desire. He who asks at the door of God returns empty-handed. He who stands there empty-handed without any demand, only he returns full.

Indian culture is prayerful. The entire Rigveda is prayer-oriented, the Yajurveda, the Samveda, the Atharvaveda, and the Upanishads are prayer mantras. Prayer is a heart-to-heart communication, a request for the inner self. Zero to Virat talks. Prayer is a thoughtless sentence. It is a speechless voice. Silence is music. There is a divine call, a desireless demand. Prayer is a special state of mind. It is an invitation from smallness to broadness. This is the call of an empty mind. It is the readiness to welcome and greet infinite

Energy flows down from the larger energy body. According to the law of science, the downward flow of energy continues until the energy plane of both the energy bodies becomes equal. For this, a connection between the two energy bodies is needed, but by the interconnection of prayer, the lower energy of the creature does not become equal only to the supreme energy it becomes one. Devotees become God.

Prayer is also a relation of emotional connectivity to universal existence. Prayer is the aspiration for the new moon to become a full moon, there is a thirst for ‘Tamaso Ma Jyotirgamaya’. The prayer unit is connected to infinity. All beings are situated on the lower plane of energy. Existence is the ultimate energy. Prayer is the ancient science of getting the flow of ultimate energy.

Prayer is a transcendent feeling. Arguments arise before prayer. The action-business of debate-dispute-dialogue goes on, then realization comes. After the feeling comes the feeling. The feeling does its job. Vision comes from feeling. The power of vision makes the seer. The seer is thoughtless. A void emerges in his mind. Riches are ready to fill this void. The void of the mind is filled with the infinite Prayers burst out, and praises arise. In very simple words it would be appropriate to say that prayer is taking its shape. Your conscience is getting clean. The divine vibrations of the Vedas, that is, the mantra, are the poetic creation of the empirical truth of the seers. There is no room for prayer in science and philosophy. Two are needed for prayer, one prayer and the other adoring philosophers and scientists are not in the spirit of prayer. They are the seekers of the mysteries of the universe. They have no adoration, but the sages of Indian philosophy and science tradition are full of prayer. That is why all the scholars of the West accuse Indian philosophy of being ‘spiritual’.

They do not consider the realism or materialistic elements of Indian philosophy. The feeling of emotion is also a part of reality. In materialism, a mother is the only woman. In the world of emotions, this woman is a revered and adorable mother. Mother is mother, nurturer. The development of the prayer culture of India did not happen only out of sadness. Vedas and Upanishads are these, but they also contain prayers.

Why should we connect to God every day?

There is philosophy in the Ishavasyo Upanishad. There is no prayer till the first 14 mantras. All mantras are filled with philosophy. The journey of up to 14 mantras makes the vision philosophical. The mind is thoughtless, unblemished, unshakeable, and a vast void is born. Truth shines. Truth becomes spoken. The divine vibration becomes prayer. In all these ET prayers there is an ambition to attain the truth. Vedic sages are rich in inner vision. He arranges the opulence of the manifest world and also sees the avyakt, unmanifest world.

In the Vedas, the Upanishads, the sages Indra, Matrishvan, etc. see the same ultimate principle. Everywhere up-down, forward-backward, right-left, inner-outside, the manifest, unmanifested, one element, one supreme one experiences the same unhappiness. Prayer is a powerful weapon. To acquire knowledge in many stages of life, three things must be possessed at the time of beginning.
The Upanishads, Brahmasutras, and Gita are in the first category. The rest of the things are normal, but first of all, this also requires a ‘prayer spirit’ in the mind. The first consciousness of the journey of knowledge is curiosity. The desire to know leads to knowledge, but with curiosity comes the ego. I want to know. I am a hindrance to the element of knowledge.

Prayer is not a solicitation. The prayers of the Vedic sages have erupted out of curiosity and thanksgiving. The curiosity of the sages is not the same as the curiosity of the scientists. This curiosity is polite, but solicitation in humility is not. The mind of the requester remains shrinking in hesitation and inferiority. Here is the first knowledge. From knowledge grew faith from philosophy and prayer became indispensable. From the first chapter of the Gita to the 11th there are elements of knowledge, action, devotion, etc.

The power of collective prayer.

There is no prayer in them, but in the 11th chapter, verses 36 and 40, Arjuna had a vision of Vishwaroop, he was blissful, he was ecstatic, and he full of thanksgiving. Then a prayer broke out between them, you are air, you are Yama-Niya-Discipline. Agni, and Chandra, salutations to you. Salutations from the front, salutations from all sides – ‘Namaste te servant EVA serve Here air, fire, water, and moon are physical. are direct. There is ultimate energy behind everything. Whoever saw it, go. Only the Supreme Tattva can be described. The coincidence is not surprising. All the sages of India were poets, but by listening to the song of the Supreme Tattva, the Supreme Tattva is not attained.

The Vedas and the Upanishads and the Gita declare that he is not found by discourse or study. There is immense energy in prayer. The world is vast. Society is big. The nation is adorable. Prayer is the only great means by which there is a tradition of prayer to the Virat Brahma, there is a tradition of worshiping the society and the nation. Physics establishes the coordination between energy and matter. Chemistry analyzes the energy element and the form, properties, etc. that have changed due to different conditions. Prayer is close to chemistry. Prayer brings about chemical changes in the basic components of the mind and body. If you do not believe it, then you should use it. Happiness or sorrow in any special situation, after taking the report of blood pressure, and blood analysis, one should pray sincerely. Then the chemical analysis of blood pressure and the basic components of blood can present startling facts.

Physicists who know the chemistry of prayer consider this mystery a chemical change, but prayer is not just a chemical change. A chemical change is bigger than a physical change, but not a big deal for the seekers of the mysteries of creation. Even a small medicine pill brings about a chemical change, but prayer brings about a bigger change. It starts with a chemical change. Wisdom makes wisdom. Intelligence stores fragmented information. Prayer begins with duality and progresses to non-duality. This is what makes prayer adorable.

Prayer is a specific technique. It is pure science. Prayer is the ultimate love. In which there is no demand and no complaint. There is no solicitation and no lust in it. Love is always unconditional, unconditional. The real experience of prayer is when prayer itself becomes our joy. There should not be any demand, behind what is fulfilled, then you will get happiness. If you find joy in praying, then only prayer can happen.

When prayer appears in the heart, it goes without saying that the prayer has not been fulfilled. The existence of prayer is its fulfillment. Prayer is the pinnacle of life. Prayer is the last flowering flower of this world. That is the last height that man can reach. There is nothing beyond it.

Transmission of energy.

Rebuilt your own self.

What is better between material life and spiritual life? What are the limits of physical life? Why is the spiritual life called a complete life? What is extraterrestrial life? What is the inner voice? What are the outer and inner end and conclusion? These are some of the questions that every thinking person must ponder.
To live external life means to experience the world. This is the stage in which a person does various types of work-business, enterprise, etc. to fulfill his material needs. He gathers various types of means for body pleasure and material happiness. In this journey, he takes care of the needs of the stomach, fertility, and family and fulfills their needs.

In this journey, a person sometimes does good deeds and sometimes do bad deeds, but some people do only bad deeds. Such people end their lives only while indulging in acts of immorality, atrocities, corruption, dishonesty, violence, etc. This is material life. These are the limits of material life. Therefore material life is considered an incomplete life. A life lived only for the flesh is material life.

Thus our outward journey is limited to fulfilling the needs of our material life. In this inner journey, people are apprehensive about the good and bad results of their actions because performing actions are inspired by the feeling of vision in this material life. As a result their concentration, efficiency,
Efficiency gets affected and they fail in life. Their failure breaks them from inside so much that they are not able to make any big effort. When they get the results of their actions according to the expectation, they are drowned in joy, and when they get the results contrary to the expectations, they are drowned in despair.

Worldly people swell with pride as soon as they get an honor, and fall unconscious when they get insulted. Mostly because of indulging in bad deeds, such people are scared and immersed in worry about the ill effects of bad deeds. The bad deeds done by them always scare and intimidate them. Some people live a life full of miseries and deprivations as a result of their bad deeds, while some people live a life of comfort among material pleasures as a result of their good deeds, but still, they never get real happiness and peace. are not received. There is always satisfaction in them. There is always an emptiness inside them.

In this way, the life of such people is full of humiliation, humiliation, happiness, sorrow, joy, sadness, etc. In the outward journey, the life of a person is full of frustration, despair, depression, guilt, suffering, etc. The last moment of life comes and the person has to leave this world crying. This outward journey, that is, worldly life, is the conclusion, the result, the end of material life. This is the reason that a person can never be free from the bondage of birth and death. If a person lives on the inner journey, he is in this world, but his life remains different from the people living the worldly life. If he lives, he is in this world, but he remains unaffected by the attachment of the world, the inner journey is the journey within himself. In the outward journey, the person looks outside only.

Life is penance.

On the contrary, self-recognition is a wonderful art, in which, according to the Kathopanishad (2.1.1), a person who aspires to immortality looks at his soul by restraining his senses, that is, by stopping external temptations’. He looks into his soul. He enters within himself. He walks within himself. He looks inside himself. He lives in this external world, but he looks at his soul with the eyes of his mind, turning away from the many attachments and attractions of the external world. With the continuous practice of knowledge and meditation, as the turbidity of the mind disappears, so does the concentration of his mind.

After attaining complete concentration, one thing becomes clear to the seeker like the light of day that I am not the body. I am different from the body. I am not even the mind, the intellect, the senses. I am beyond the mind, intellect, and even the senses. I am such an immortal element that is eternally equal. No change is taking place in him, but he is the eternal witness of all changes, the soul, which is immovable, unchanging, and stable. He is the seer, who is watching the changes happening every moment in the visible world with a watcher’s sense, with a witnessing sense. At the beginning of this inner journey, we are also introduced to the good and bad karma sanskars prevailing in our unconscious mind. We become aware of our merits and demerits. This is the ultimate conclusion of the inner journey, it is the result, it is the culmination and this is also the fulfillment of life.
