How your belief.

Happen !! upon liberation from self created bondage .

We are all familiar with the word faith, but it is very important to understand the deep meaning hidden in it. Faith means where our feelings are deeply attached, things in which we have deep faith and belief, things in which we take great pleasure, we are interested in them – that is faith and belief. Faith is faith. Belief is in a way the basis of our personality and it is also the centre of our emotions; Because around this our lives are driven, and we show our interest and inclination towards anything according to our faith.

Accordingly, our thinking style goes and our thoughts are also according to our faith. This is the reason that our interests, attachments, behaviour and even our diet are also according to our faith. Hence Shraddha means the centre of our feelings, on which we rest. It develops very slowly in each person, but when it develops then the person is again formed according to that faith. For example, when a musician initially starts practising music, then behind it there is an interest in learning music in his mind.

His interest in music is the faith of his mind, which helps him in teaching music, and in practising music. During the practice of music, first of all, he learns the tala, gradually practices that tala, practices the suras and practices so much that one day he can properly match the tala and suras according to his mind. Initially, during the practice of music, the attention of the person learning music is towards the rhythm and notes, but when he becomes proficient in it, then the rhythm and music move according to his mind.

This miracle does not happen in a day, rather it takes months and sometimes years for this miracle to happen. The more one practices, the more expert he becomes in music, during the practice of music, the reverence for music in the musician does not decrease but increases continuously. If he does not have faith in music or if the reverence decreases during practice, he becomes disinterested, then his journey to becoming a musician will remain incomplete. In this way, we can have faith in anything and on the strength of this belief, we achieve continuous improvement in that area.

This faith grows with practice. This faith increases due to any kind of benefit during the practice, but any kind of continuous loss weakens this faith. Those who have faith in food, learn to cook different types of food and acquire the art of tasting it, decorating it and serving it. The Master Chef shows that are organized on television today are the result of this. Those who have faith in dance and singing, learn to dance in different ways and get their mastery in it, then keep watching their dance, rewarding them and even honouring them.

Those who have faith in sports, develop the skill of playing one or several sports and display their talent by winning the games. Competing in sports, and winning them shows their devotion. It is the common and high order of faith that moves a person forward in life, benefits him and also honours him; Whereas low-grade reverence ruins a person’s life and harms him in every way.

Choose what to connect to.

If a person has an attachment to cigarettes, then that person likes to have a cigarette addiction, but when he deepens that habit, then the same bitter and smelly things start liking him very much and then he starts drinking them every day. He knows that cigarette smoking is injurious to health, yet he drinks and loses his senses. Spends his money on buying expensive liquor and cigarettes. Along with this, he also misbehaves with the people in the house and one day comes when the alcohol, and cigarette make him sick and ends his life. Similarly, when a smoker smokes, initially he finds it very difficult to smoke, but still, he gradually indulges in it and then he does not have trouble but enjoys it.

Whenever any kind of anxiety bothers him in life, he starts smoking, but the smoke coming out of it proves to be very harmful not only to his life but also to other members of his family. Any kind of addiction is not beneficial for our health and life, but only harms, but still the person does it; Because he is interested in it. It is because of this interest that he likes this work. Due to his keen interest, he goes on doing these despite facing many other pitfalls; Because of the momentary pleasure that he gets in it, he wants to have it again and again, even if after all these keep on doing him a lot of harm.

Everyone wants to get instant profit and doesn’t care much about the long-term loss caused by it. There are only a few sane people who think about their long-term gains and don’t care about the little loss that may happen immediately. For example, doctor’s medicine is bitter and we find it difficult to take and drink it, but because of that, we get well soon. That is, medicine currently makes us feel pain, but with its far-reaching consequences, we become healthy. Whereas people who are addicted to alcohol do not experience any difficulty in drinking, but very easily drink it in one gulp, but in the long run they fall ill due to alcohol, then the doctor advises them not to drink alcohol. give.

You are as per your inner dreams.

That is to say, according to the faith, the person chooses the field of work for himself. According to the faith, a person develops food, water, interests and habits for himself. If his faith is in good things, then his personality develops and if he has faith in bad things, then his personality is distorted. By having an interest in good things, a person earns wealth in his life and by having reverence for bad things or things of low order, one earns sin in his life. Virtue wealth fills a person’s life with happiness and sinful wealth leads a person’s life to ruin. That is why we should be careful about the choice of our faith.

The only way to know the soul is to be always curious and aware of it. The more inquisitive and conscious about whom one is, the deeper he searches about it, and surely one day he attains it. Be more and more curious and conscious about your soul. You will get acquainted with your soul, listen to its voice, and get true guidance, then you will be free from ignorance and you will be entitled to real happiness and peace in life. The soul must be recognized that it should practice listening to the inner voice by removing the external sound from the ear from the noise of the mind. The soul is a friend of man and always wants his welfare, then why is it not visible to him, why does it remain hidden? This question can arise in the mind of any person. The answer is that the soul is always visible everywhere, but it is the attitude of the man that he cannot see it. The sun is always visible, when there is an obstacle between it and the vision, then the sun is indirect to it. The veil of the primacy of the mind lies between man and his soul, due to which even the apparent soul remains indirect to man. If a man ignores the primacy of this mind, then surely his conscience becomes visible to him like light.

There is a lot inside you. Not only is everything. The outside is only a shadow inside. To discover, understand, improve, create and increase this lot, everything is this spirituality. The importance of spirituality is infinite. The scope and importance of the spiritual realm are immense. His successes are so great that the prudent people enter that realm even after suffering the biggest hardships in material life, even after making the biggest sacrifices. He followed the pragmatic policy of sacrificing small gains for big gains. The farmer also does the same thing while scattering the seeds in the soil. Seeing the process of sadhna may seem like a loss of work, a waste of time, but in reality, it is not like that. There is a lot of essence in that. Faith and faith, courage and patience, concentration and stability, perseverance and determination are the elements based on which these sadhanas become successful. The soul is the centre of knowledge and science. That is the basic basis of happiness and peace. The seeds of progress and prosperity are hidden in him. That is the basis of heaven and liberation. Kalpavriksha is not outside but inside itself. The fulfilment of innumerable desires can be possible only by the Kalpavriksha of Self-knowledge. The soul is the Parasmani, by touching it, human life as black as iron turns into pure gold, divinity. This is the nectar by which the insatiable craving of the ages gets resolved by drinking. The soul is complete in itself, the one who has seen it is the only true seer, who has attained it, nothing remains to be achieved for him. The soul should be considered as an atom of universal consciousness. We should know ourselves.

Know Thyself through concentration.

Ready your sub concessions mind to guide you.

Concentration is a form of power, which every human being keeps on cultivating. Human development depends on concentration. All the achievements of life erupt from the womb of a concentrated mind, but most the people are unable to plan the full potential of life due to lack of concentration and are deprived of success and cannot lead a meaningful life, one of the reasons for this is the fickleness of the mind. There is a tendency. Generally, the nature of the mind is fickle. It is not concentrated in one place. Because of this, we are surrounded by problems. The speed of the human mind is faster than air. It is not the nature of the mind to stay focused on one place. To concentrate the mind in this way demands a special effort. It is a kind of mental sadhna, under which the mind has to be diverted from unnecessary things to meaningful work and the goal is to be achieved by making the best use of one’s time, and labour.

What is done in the process of meditation is to calm the mind and fix it on a single point. This process has 2 levels. First, to reconcile the distraction of the mind. Second, focusing it on one topic. The combined form of these two steps is that concentration, which attracts success and makes a person successful. The point to be kept in mind is that concentration does not mean stability or inertia, but considering every aspect of the subject, thinking from every side and thinking positively and living a balanced life.

Concentration fulfils the purpose of life. Due to concentration, we can make our goal more clear and definite, due to which the abilities, and powers inherent in the inner self are manifested easily. Concentration leads to intellectual development, intelligence is sharpened. The deeper the concentration, the more it affects the mind, due to which the memory power remains for a long time. In this way, concentration increases memory power.

The supreme power of mind and memory

Concentration increases receptivity and curiosity, due to which we understand the subject quickly and can learn quickly. Not surprisingly, the habit of studying or working with concentration quickly makes a person proficient in that subject. It helps in the development of originality. New fantasies, new ideas and plans are born from the womb of concentration. Concentration makes us intelligent. Rishis and learned people do all the work on the strength of their concentration. Abilities like television, and hearing are the result of concentration. The person or subject on which geniuses focus their mind, they get all the knowledge related to it. “Yogadarshan” is a wonderful work of Maharishi Patanjali. This scripture is based on concentration only. In Ashtanga yoga, Pratyahara to Dharana- The experiments of meditation are the experiments of concentration, which ultimately result in the ultimate state of samadhi.

There are many ways to increase concentration. The first measure is the awakening of interest. The mind automatically concentrates on the subject in which there will be interest, that is, it becomes concentrated and accepts the knowledge related to it easily. Like when you are interested in the game, all the statistics related to it are automatically remembered; Whereas due to lack of interest, the dates of history and data related to school curriculum are not remembered.

Understanding the depth of the subject is the second premise. Even after understanding the usefulness of the subject, the mind automatically concentrates. As there is a possibility of getting name, fame, wealth and virtue etc. to a person in some work, then there is more enthusiasm towards him. At the same time, even if the goal is clear, the concentration remains. With the clarity of the goal, the powers of the mind are activated and the person moves towards his destination.
Reading and writing also increase the concentration of the mind. Listening to music also increases the concentration of the mind. Serene natural surroundings and clean and orderly workplace help increase concentration. Meditation is a powerful way to increase concentration. Meditation can also be practised on the sequence of inhaling and exhaling of your breath. Meditating on one’s beloved God strengthens the mind and helps in concentration.

follow these rise above the chaos.

A systematic routine is important in this context. On this basis, the concentration of the mind remains. Due to the proper allocation of time for every task, the mind remains busy under an action plan. There is no room for unnecessary wandering and scattering. Rest is useful in between continuous work and labour. While studying continuously, a short break of a few minutes helps in concentration. Similarly, adequate sleep keeps the mind strong and focused. A few minutes’ naps or Kate’s nap refreshes the mind and the mind when the body is tired after continuous labour during the day. It is also necessary to have a healthy body for concentration. It is said that in a healthy body, a healthy mind works at a faster rate. Exercise and sports are also useful in this context. They are beneficial in terms of physical and mental health and help in increasing concentration.

Here it is also necessary to know about the elements inhibiting the concentration, and their solution should be considered. Here it is also necessary to know about the elements that hinder concentration so that their solution can be considered. In this context, laziness and fickleness of mind are the main obstacles, the solution of which is a strong will, a lifestyle full of discipline and hard work. With this, the mind is unable to concentrate in a state of panic, worry or fear. They can be overcome with confidence. The body and mind get tired due to too much exertion, even then the mind cannot concentrate. For this, take some rest by closing your eyes and rejuvenating your lost energy in the body and mind.

If the mind gets bored of doing the same work continuously, then change the work or go for a walk, walk. The mind is unable to concentrate even after taking many tasks at hand. The solution is to deal with different tasks one by one on a priority basis. Gossip and smartphone habits also hinder the concentration of the mind. So set aside time for them. Avoid wrong company, and do not waste time in negative and useless activities. In this way, for both material progress and spiritual development, the concentration of the mind is necessary. Success cannot be expected in any work without concentration. Concentration is necessary for the planning of energy to move in any direction. Therefore, the cultivation of concentration is an essential part of the awakening and promotion of talent.

The power of 🕖 7

Duryodhana had a large army, but anger and arrogance prevailed on him, so everything had to be lost. On the contrary, the Pandavas made these 7 things their strength and went to the top. To be honest, to avoid evils like one’s own shortcomings, deceit, vengeance, and divinity is necessary for life. Shrimad Bhagavad Gita awakens this. Yogeshwar Shri Krishna was with the Pandavas, so these evils could not spoil anything with him. Once upon a time, Bhima had gone into the forest in anger, Shri Krishna saw him and said, “Bhima, keep this anger in mind, it will be needed, then experiment.

Being angry all the time is the weakness of man, make it your strength, don’t lose this enthusiasm, so that it can be used if needed, can take you forward.” It is this passion that takes a man forward. There is enthusiasm in a warrior, a lyricist, a poet, an engineer, which lifts a person even if he falls. A zealous person can break with the body, but not with the mind. Josh is the one who says that I am not going to break, loser. I can bear the wound, but I cannot see myself falling, breaking. Lord Krishna converted the raging fire that was rising inside Bhima into enthusiasm and taught him to use it.

Human magnative power : Aura

Like energy attract like energy !!!

This body electricity, in whose body the more quantity is accumulated, the more radiant, beautiful, active, energetic, energetic, talented it appears. The immunity power of the body and the micro-sightedness, farsightedness, and intelligence of the brain depends on this electricity. The sweetness of nature is commonly called attraction. Even in the softness of the limbs, the beauty of which is reflected, in them also, from the classical point of view, the special power of electrical vibrations is contained in them. There is a special charm in someone’s eyes, in someone’s lips, in someone’s chin etc. On its elemental analysis, the electricity of the human body is proved to be wavy. Whenever it starts happening in it, the body becomes dry, ugly, sluggish, dull, and visible. There is humility in the eyes, and sadness on the face, seeing this dissolution, it can be concluded that the waves of radiance have become relaxed and there is a lack of desired energy.

Measures are taken for the growth of flesh and blood in the body, but a mistake is made in arriving at the fact that when the fire slows down, not only the process of ripening and digestion, but every aspect of exuberance and flourishing gets lax. This deficiency manifests itself in the form of weakness of the whole body or disability of a particular part and makes a person sick. Diseases are discovered in the sick. Their presence is not a cause, it is only a symptom. Just as insects fall into the non-living flesh, in the same way, in the desired amount of electricity in the body, germs leave their effect on the body and go on shedding. If the required amount of heat and electricity is present in the body, then the disease pest does not have a chance to survive in its tremendous intensity. Invading germs from outside are destroyed by forgetting water as soon as they enter it, but extraordinary things are possible when a special amount of prana is present.

Human physiologists believe that generally when the death of a human being is declared, it is not yet a complete death. Usually, to 5 minutes after the blood flow stops, the heart stops working. That is why by doing artificial respiration, an attempt is made to restart that person’s heart rate. Death is gradual. The brain dies first. Then the other components die. Lastly, hair and nails die. A rebel was beheaded during the French State Revolution. Official records mention that the severed head continued to move his lips and mouth for a long time as if he was saying something. In the olden days when battles were fought with swords, the torso with severed heads stood up and wielded the swords in the air. Similarly severed heads have also been seen bouncing. This is proof that even after legal death, life continues in some form for a long time. Even after the death, this existence which keeps on going on activities is considered self-realistic. The same is true of clothing and other items of use. Human beings of good or bad nature leave more of their influence on those things which they use with more interest.

A person receives gifts and blessings from the garlands of true saints and remains benefited for a long time by their influence. Items like pens, clocks, rings, and buttons have similar importance. One tooth of Lord Buddha is preserved in Lanka. Components attached to the body, hair or nails have their importance. Tantric people are found doing good and bad experiments through them. The inner light has a heavy imprint on the personality. Often it is created based on practice, effort and rites of birth after birth, but man can also change it by using his free consciousness. People of normal level maintain their nature and actions according to this created power, but people with control over minds can also make amazing changes in their internal and external conditions with their strong willpower. Then the same change takes place in the created energy. The effect of this change in its colours can be seen directly.

Sometimes a cool fire is produced by the combined effect of the sea and the ship on the ships and it is seen shining on the ropes and every part of the ship. Yo, it is electrical in a way, but it is harmless. It does not harm any object or person. The old people called it ‘Saint Elyo’s fire’ and thought it was raining some creative boon on the ship. From the scientific analysis, it is found that oceanic chemical substances, waves of waves and movements of ships all together create this light and that subtle production together gives strength to the ship’s strength.

On foggy nights, around the stars in the sky, a bright circle of white light with a bluish tinge casts a shadow. Sometimes in the rainy season, a circular circle of light is visible around the moon. In the language of science, it is called ‘Korona’. The reason for this is the radiation resistance of the high tension of those light-beaming wires. This type of luminous circle is formed when the water points obstruct the systematic science of their light energy.

Utilise your energy for your growth.

In the same way, an aura circle is shadowed around the human being. It is filled with electric particles, magnetism, radio radiation, and conscious energy. It can also be known through instruments and people nearby can experience is based on the invisible effect it has on their body and mind. The proximity of many people is sometimes very pleasant, inspiring and beneficial, sometimes the proximity of other people seems distasteful and painful. The scientific reason for this is that there is mutual attraction and repulsion of this energy emanating from the body of individuals. The energy of people of similar nature mixes and encourages, but if there is adversity like close people, then that energy will collide and come back and produce a reaction like hatred, dislike, and unhappiness.

It has been seen that many people become friends on the way. Despite being unfamiliar, they feel as if they are familiar and approaching, and cannot live without talking. Behind this unintentional attraction, there may also be a relation-introduction of previous lives, but the direct reason is the similarity of the aura energy of both, which keep on pulling each other closer. In talking they become mutually familiar, close and confident. Based on logic, this attraction appears to be mere sentimentality and danger can be foreseen in such haste, but the facts are so strong that they nullify these possibilities and create intimacy. In the same way, it is also seen that a person has an unreasonable dislike and a painful feeling remains in his proximity. On searching, there does not seem to be some such reason, even then such disparity remains. In this, such extraordinary asymmetry in the speed of the vibrations of the aura is the main obstacle. This is what the poets got the mind of nature. This nature does not depend only on the similarity of diet, clothing, etc., but the reason is deeper. This can only be traced to the analogy of the energy level of Aura. Often due to this similarity and disparity in the observance and violation of discipline, there is excitement, and enthusiasm.

In crematoriums, bullets of dim light, waves or mist are sometimes seen flying. The aura of the dead person may continue to exist in some form when the body is burnt. Even if the dead body of a person buried in the grave has decomposed, his aura can be seen in that area. Sometimes it is seen with the eyes and sometimes the people passing by feeling it in the form of thrill, tremors, tremors and there is a desire to run away quickly. Such feelings can also cause fear and apprehension.

The principle of using the strange energy of the dead is implemented behind the agora activities like cleaning the skull of the dead, and drinking water from it by a person doing tantric practices. In Tantra Sadhana, seekers not only use their morale but also harness the energy of others’ bodies. Detestable acts like animal sacrifice are done to take advantage of this level.

The external introduction of the inner life force of man can be obtained based on the size-expansion and magnetic intensity of his aura. Sensitive individuals can easily discern and gauge the level of this extended intimate personality of others. Sometimes this aura is so dazzling that it fills the surrounding area with its influence, the person entering this boundary starts flowing in this current.

Integrative approach to food habits.

Becomes healthy

The first reason for giving importance to the body to lead a healthy life is that the long-lasting effect of emerging from a disease-like condition is observed, tested, expressed and experienced by the body. Therefore, the priority of the common man is also to make the body disease-free and trouble-free. Secondly, today in the name of treatment, whatever means are available and which is practised mostly by physical substances. Physical substances can affect the body, despite the great development of science, to date, human beings could not create any component made in the body from physical substances. The existence of consciousness in the earth, water, fire and air is the subject of research for modern scientists. Humans today have made most of the development discoveries and achievements in the field of physics in just a few hours. Only humans can create as they wish. Control of the end could not be possible according to its own accord based on uniformity. Even though today’s scientists are busy promoting the claims of the birth of test-tube babies. Therefore, the benefits of modern medical methods are limited to certain parts of the body. Therefore, in the modern era, the health-enhancing imagination is limited to the body. Like any special astrologer and palmist, no one can predict the future events and life of a human being. The only basis for freeing the soul from vices is recognized as a spiritual practice.

The attitude toward health towards consciousness and diseases is present in all human beings. We are the master of all our physical and mental activities, this is the truth. The change in the diet we eat is done in this body by the power of Chaitanya. The health of a person depends not only on his style but is also influenced by his energies. Unnecessary with nature, nature is not able to tolerate due to maximum degradation of nature. In this way, the lifestyle seems to be unnatural, then the physical balance deteriorates, and the immunity power starts decreasing. Therefore, it is necessary to know and understand all those principles, which convert food into energy and when energy starts converting into thoughts. The relationship of energy with diet should be understood.

Aahar refers to the food to be consumed and it is of four types – Bhakhya, Bhojya, Leha and Choshya Bhakhya i.e. roti, rice etc. eaten by chewing with teeth. Food means rabdi, milk, water etc. to be eaten by swallowing. Lehya means licked honey, chutney etc. and Choshya means sugarcane ate after sucking.

Of these four types of food, only the foods of sattvic nature are liked by the sattvic people. In Agastya Samhita, it has been told that there are three types of dietary defects.

  1. Jaati Dosha.
  2. Aashray Dosha.
  3. Nimit Dosha.

The naturally occurring defect in food is called ‘caste dosha’. For example, food items like onion, garlic, meat, fish and egg etc. come under caste defect; Because they have a strong smell and are also called tamasic foods.

A shelter defect is that in which a food item takes shelter of a poor person or place, then due to contact with it, there is a shelter defect. For example, milk kept in a butcher’s shop or a tavern becomes impure due to a shelter defect, but when the object kept in the holy place also becomes impure by coming in contact with an impure creature, then it is called nimitta dosha. . For example, if a dog or a cat drinks the milk kept in the temple premises, or if a fly or other insect, spider etc. falls in the milk, it becomes impure. Sattvik diet is free from all these three types of doshas. Apart from this, food that is stale, leftover, malicious, kept in a contaminated place or eaten with unclean hands is also impure.

You are eating food with awareness

It has also been found in a research study that the diet also has an effect of taking an effect on the immediate situation. This is the reason that if people of wicked, vicious or inferior attitude cook or serve food, then they mix with their bad quality food and make an effect on the person who eats it. For example- Once a saint had dinner with a murderer, and then in the night he started having dreams of murder. When he woke up in the morning to learn about his karma, he regretted that he had unknowingly eaten at the wrong person’s place.

The person who consumes food is also affected by the amount of money acquired from justice and injustice, sin and virtue. The food which is cooked for eating, from the earnings of unethical, affects the person who consumes it and due to which he too gets influenced by the rituals of that food and becomes motivated to earn immorally. Keeping these facts in mind, Indian Sanatan culture has given a lot of emphasis to adopting a good diet.

Alcohol, meat, onions, garlic, spices, spicy, stimulants, intoxicants, stale, etc., substances of tamoguni nature are worth giving up for the seeker. Similarly, food prepared by people of evil nature or earned from immorality is also completely discarded for him. The seeker must take special care of the above things in the context of diet; Because the rituals present in the food can affect his sadhana in any way.

Many important instructions have been given in the Upanishads regarding diet; For example, there are three parts of the food (anna) to be taken. The gross part of it becomes stool; What is the middle part becomes the flesh and what is the subtle part becomes the mind. Similarly, drinking water also has three parts after entering the body. The gross part of it becomes urine; What is the middle part becomes blood and what is the subtle part becomes prana. In Chandogya Upanishad Chapter-6, Section-5 it is said,

O gentle! Mind is food, Prana is watery and speech is bright.’

Consumed food is forbidden in fasting, fasting etc. Sattvik, religious processes. The food which is prepared in a pure manner and after that it is offered reverently to the Lord with a sense of thanksgiving, then such food is pure and sattvic. Apart from this, the food prepared from theft, cheating, betrayal and unjustly earned money, whatever the sattvic food ingredients and purity and purity, it is also considered to be tamasic.

Onion, garlic, meat, fish, egg, rotten-throat, cooked in oil, spicy chilli-spices and pungent smell are tamasic food. By taking such food, the mind, intellect and morals of a person get spoiled, hence it is forbidden to take such food during fasting etc. Generally, vegetarian food is taken to mean diet, but in the context of fasting and rituals etc., vegetarian food means ‘Havishyan’.

According to the scriptures – milk, curd, butter, cow’s ghee, white sesame, coconut, amla, rice, salt, black pepper, fresh fruits (offerings) of gods etc. are counted in Havishyan. Scholars believe that only such havishyan should be accepted in worship and fasting. The sages, the pioneers of spiritual science, had studied those subtle aspects of a diet very seriously long ago.

Those sages had found in their research that every food item possesses sattvic, rajasic and tamasic qualities within itself and by consuming the substance possessing these qualities, the creation of the person’s mind becomes the same.

Concerning diet, it is said in the Pasupata Brahmopanishad that ‘the mind becomes pure by giving up the inedible in the diet. That is why by the purification of food, the purification of the mind automatically takes place and gradually the glands of ignorance go on breaking down and knowledge is attained.’ On the other hand, it is said in the Chandogya Upanishad that ‘the purification of the diet leads to the purification of the conscience. With the purification of the conscience, the feeling becomes firm and by the stability of the feeling all the knots of the heart are untied.’

In Atharvaveda, unsuitable food has been declared discarded. In ancient times, before taking food, every person used to see what kind of food was acquired and made by that person and if there was a slight defect in it, he used to discard it. At that time only people accepted the death of the virtuous souls. One criterion of someone’s being a virtuous soul was whether they accept his food or not.

In Atharvaveda (9/8/8) it is said,

sarvo ya esh jagadhapampa yasyannananashnanti.

That is, that person is a virtuous soul, whose food is eaten by others. In Valmiki Ramayana, it is said that the conscience is presented in the form of a deity.

Yadna purusho bhavati tadannastasya deityah.

That is, as a man eats food, so his gods eat. In the context of diet it is said in the Chandogya Upanishad (7/26/2)

Yavatsadhan samapti shivadharanam cha avasyam karyam, nyarjit dhanen mahayagyadikam kritva tachchishtashanen eva sharidharanam karyam, aharashuddhau sattvashuddhih sattvashuddhou dhruva smritih.

That is, until the end of the means, it is necessary to keep the body and it is appropriate to preserve that body, through the money acquired from justice, by performing Mahayagya and by eating food left over from it; Because the purification of food leads to the purification of the conscience and a sure memory is obtained from it. Therefore, a person should use it keeping in mind the diet and its effect.

The Gratitude prayer 🙏

Lighting up your life.

Saying the word thanks has become ingrained in our habits, but gratitude, gratitude, favour etc. are such beautiful words, which have deep meaning. We experience this in our every single day life. When we apply these words, and feelings associated with them in our actions in our life, then they not only give pride to our personality but also give happiness to others.

Gratitude is a feeling that arises among people after getting help in times of need. Gratitude is experienced especially when the person receiving the help finds the help valuable. Polite behaviour creates a sense of gratitude.

It is expressed in the attitude we adopt towards others and is reflected in our behaviour. Favour does not mean repaying the favour of a good; Because favours are not just transactions. The feeling of being grateful teaches us the art of cooperation and understanding toward each other. There should be honesty in the feeling of being grateful.

This sentiment can also be presented simply by saying ‘thank you. Often people forget to express their gratitude towards the people very close to them, such as spouses, relatives, friends etc. Among the qualities that make up the character and personality of a true and honest person, the level of feeling of gratitude or gratitude is the highest, but the biggest obstacle in doing so creates the ego.

The attitude of being grateful changes our outlook on life forever. If we adopt the qualities of a feeling of gratitude and humility, then our behaviour automatically starts getting right.

One of the main tendencies that block inner progress is that one tends to take credit for good things and blame others for bad things. This happens because a person keeps trying to avoid failure. He always blames the circumstances and keeps running away from his goal.

We should understand that when we consider ourselves to be the deserving of congratulations for success, then why not do so in the event of a failure? We should attribute good things to others and take responsibility for their shortcomings. It is noble to accept the contribution of others to one’s progress. This happens when we are satisfied with our position. We start thinking that we don’t need anyone’s help, so it shows our perseverance. It is our negative attitude, which prevents positive things from coming. Some people feel more gratitude than others.

The link between spirituality and gratitude is based on a popular recent study. It found that spirituality can increase a person’s ability to be grateful, so individuals who regularly attend religious services or engage in religious activities can be more effective in gratitude in all areas of life. able to reveal.

Gratitude is seen equally in all religions. It is common practice in all religions to worship with gratitude to God. Hence the concept of gratitude permeates all religious texts, teachings and traditions. Therefore it is one of the common sentiments, that all religions seek to inculcate and perpetuate in their followers. It is considered a universal religious sentiment.

A sleeping duty.

Many studies have found that more grateful people have higher levels of spiritual happiness. Grateful people tend to be happier, less sad, less tired and more satisfied with life and social relationships. Grateful people also have high levels of control over their environment, personal development, life’s purpose, and self-acceptance.

Grateful people tend to have more positive ways of coping with difficulties in life. They are more likely to get support from other people. Grateful people also have positive strategies for coping. Less likely to try to avoid the problem, blame themselves, or deviate from the goal.

Grateful people sleep better. This happens because; Because they think less about negative thoughts and more about positive thoughts before sleeping. It has been said that gratitude has a strong connection with the mental health of any particular character.

Numerous studies show that grateful people can have higher levels of happiness and lower levels of depression and stress; Because emotions are important for the welfare of the individual. This is evidence that gratitude can be particularly important. There is a unique relationship between gratitude and well-being.

Remember once those people who have had a good impact on our lives. Such people can be our mother, father, teacher or any other person who has given a lot of time to help us. It may seem that he has only performed his duty, but in reality, it is not so, he has employed his time, labour, wealth etc. of his own will for us. He did this out of love for us, not out of thanksgiving.

At some point when one realizes who worked so hard to make one’s life better, perhaps it is not too late to thank them. Gratitude is not like a debt; Whereas both the feelings are expressed after helping. Indebtedness arises when a person believes that he should pay something out of the compensation received for the assistance; Whereas gratitude prompts the recipient to seek their mentor and improve their relationship with them.

Showing gratitude is a way to strengthen relationships. In one experiment, it was found that when customers were invited and thanked at a jewellery store, their purchases increased by up to 30 per cent. Another study found that regular customers of a restaurant give a larger tip to the server when the server writes ‘thank you’ on their check. Showing gratitude is a sign of our decency, humility and egolessness. Therefore, we must express our gratitude to whoever, whoever, whenever, has done anything for us.
