You become what you think all day long.

Do lazy days make you feel rested or unproductive?

Why the tradition of getting up in Brahma Muhurat?

ब्रह्ममुहूर्ते या निद्रा सा पुण्यक्षयकारिणी”।

The last prahar of the night is called Brahma Muhurat. Our sages have given special significance to this Muhurat. According to him, this is the best time to quit sleeping. This is not to say that sleeping is wrong, but sleeping more time than necessary is harmful. By getting up in the Brahma Muhurat, one attains beauty, strength, knowledge, intelligence, and health. One should wake up about one and a half hours before sunrise in the Brahma Muhurat. This Brahman means the Supreme Element or the Supreme Soul. Muhurat means favorable time. The last pra har of the night i.e. 4 to 5.30 am is called Brahma Muhurat

The sleep of Brahma Muhurta is the destroyer of virtue.
In Sikhism, there is a very beautiful name for this time – “Amrit Vela”, through which the importance of this time itself is proved. This importance of devotion to God proves itself. This is the best time for devotion to God. By getting up at this time, man gets beauty, intelligence, health, etc. His mind remains calm, and his body is completely healthy. Getting up in Brahma Muhurat is very beneficial for our lives. This makes our body healthy and keeps us energetic throughout the day. This is a formula for staying healthy and successful that costs nothing. Only laziness needs to be abandoned

According to Valmiki’s Ramayana, Lord Hanuman reached the Ashok Vatika in Brahmamuhurta while searching for Mother Sita.

Where he heard the sound of chanting mantras of the knowers of Vedas and Yajna.
It is also mentioned in the scriptures –

वर्णं कीर्तिं मतिं लक्ष्मीं स्वास्थ्यमायुश्च विदन्ति।

ब्राह्मे मुहूर्ते संजाग्रच्छि वा पंकज यथा॥

By getting up in Brahma Muhurat, a person gets beauty, Lakshmi, intelligence, health, age, etc. By doing this, the body becomes beautiful like a lotus

That’s why you get success and prosperity.

According to Ayurveda, getting up and walking in Brahma Muhurta transmits Sanjeevani power in the body. This is the reason that the air flowing at this time is called nectar. Apart from this, this time is also said to be the best for study because when we wake up in the morning after resting at night, there is energy and freshness in the body and brain. The doors of major temples are also opened in Brahma Muhurta and there is a law to adorn and worship God in Brahma Muhurat.
Knowing the religious, mythological, and practical aspects and benefits of Brahmamuhurta, start waking up every day at this auspicious time, then you will get better results

A person who rises in Brahma Muhurat is successful, happy, and prosperous; why? Because getting up early gives you enough time to make tasks and plans throughout the day. So not only does life succeed. Everyone who is physically and mentally healthy can be happy and prosperous. The reason is his progress in the work he does. The student is successful in the examination. The boss is happy with the job-doer. Businessmen can earn well. The income of the sick person is affected, on the contrary, the expenses start increasing. Success kisses the feet of the one who makes good use of time and stays healthy. Therefore, if you want to remain healthy and successful, then get up in the Brahma Muhurat
There is a deep connection between Brahma Muhurat and nature. At this time, animals and birds wake up. His melodious voice begins. The lotus flower also blooms. In a way, nature also becomes vibrated in the Brahma Muhurat. It is a symbol of getting up, waking up. Nature gives us the message to get up in the Brahma Muhurat

The health of the person who wakes up before sunrise in the morning is good. That is why wise people do not waste this time. A person who wakes up early in the morning is healthy, happy, strong and long-lived

A cosmic day- routine

1.  3:00 am to 5:00 am –

At this time the life force is mainly in the lungs. Drink some lukewarm water and walk in the open air and do pranayama. At this time, long breathing develops lung function. They get oxygen and negative ions in abundance and the body becomes healthy and energetic. People who wake up in the Brahma Muhurat are intelligent and enthusiastic, and the life of those who sleep becomes dull.

2.  5:00 am to 7:00 am –

At this time the life force is mainly in the intestine. Defecation and bathing should be taken between waking up in the morning and 7 in the morning. Those who bowel after 7 in the morning dry up the stool by absorbing the fluid from the stool. It causes constipation and many other diseases

3.  7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m –

At this time the life force is mainly in the brain. The brain is especially active at this time. Therefore, apart from the morning, the lesson read in this period is quickly remembered. This has also been confirmed by modern exploration.

4.  9 pm to 11 p.m.:

At this time, the life force is mainly present in the spinal cord. At this time, resting on the back or the left side helps to absorb the strength received by the spinal cord. Sleep at this time provides the most relaxation. The awakening of this time tires the body and intellect. If food is eaten at this time, it remains in the stomach till morning, it is not digested and its decay produces harmful fluids which cause diseases by going into the intestines with acid. Therefore, it is dangerous to eat at this time

5.  11 p.m. to 1 p.m.:

At this time the life force is mainly present in the gall bladder. Awakening at this time causes bile disorders, insomnia, eye diseases, and early aging. At this time new cells are formed

6.  1 to 3 pm:

At this time, the life force is mainly in the liver. Microdigestion of food is the function of the liver. Awakening at this time spoils the liver and digestive system. If you keep awake at this time, then the body starts getting sleepy, the vision is dim and the body’s reactions are slow. Therefore, road accidents are more common at this time

Red Caution:

Sages and Ayurvedacharyas have said that eating without hunger is forbidden. Therefore, the quantity of food in the morning and evening should be such that one feels hungry openly during the above-mentioned meal time. Spread something on the ground and eat food sitting in Sukhasana. In this asana, the gastric fire remains illuminated due to the activation of the Muladhara chakra. Digestion is weak while sitting on a chair and eating food while standing does not happen at all. Therefore ‘buffet dinnerʹ should be avoided

To take advantage of the earth’s magnetic field, sleep only with the head in the east or south direction. Otherwise, there are problems like insomnia. To run the body’s biological clock properly, sleep with the light off at night. The research done in this context is shocking. Working or studying late at night and sleeping with the light on can cause severe health hazards by deactivating the biological clock. By sleeping in the dark, this biological clock runs properly. The cause of most of the diseases found nowadays is the chaotic routine and adverse diet. If we maintain our daily routine according to the biological clock of the body, then we will get the benefit of the activity of different organs of the body. In this way, a little awareness lays a new foundation for a healthy life

Navgrah: Aspects of planetary constellation science:

What makes a good neighbor?

Transforming lives

aspects of planetary constellation science: Navagrahas

The science of planetary constellations, which we know as astrology, is an ancient science that studies the planets, constellations, and other celestial bodies located in the universe and analyzes their effect on our lives. Its history is thousands of years old and this science has been practiced in different cultures such as India, Greece, China, and the Mayan civilization.

1. Planets :

Planets are celestial bodies that revolve around the sun. There are nine main planets in Indian astrology, which are called ‘Navagrahas’:

Sun

– Moon

– Mars

– Mercury

– Jupiter

– Venus

– Saturn

– Rahu

– Ketu

2. Nakshatra:

Constellations are groups of stars located in the sky that form specific shapes. There are a total of 27 nakshatras in Indian astrology, which are divided by the monthly path of the moon. Each nakshatra has a ruling planet and it has a special effect on a person’s horoscope.

The zodiac is divided into 12 zodiac signs, and each sign is a segment of 30 degrees. These amounts are:

– Aries

– Taurus

– Gemini

– Cancer

– Leo

– Virgo

– Libra

– Scorpio

– Sagittarius

– Capricorn

– Aquarius

– Pisces

4. Birth Chart:

The birth chart is the chart of the positions of planets and constellations based on the birth time and place of a person. This chart is used to forecast various aspects of a person’s life such as health, career, marriage, offspring, etc. The birth chart is divided into 12 houses, and each house represents a particular area of life.

5. Planetary Movements:

The transit of planets means the movement of planets and their entry into different zodiac signs. The transit has a major impact on a person’s horoscope and brings changes in a person’s life from time to time.

6. Dasha :

Dasha and Antardasha show the period of planetary influence. The major Dasha system in Indian astrology is ‘Vinshottari Dasha’, in which the dasha of each planet lasts for a certain period.

7. Scientific Attitude:

Though astrology has an important cultural and religious aspect, it is not considered according to the norms of science. The principles of astrology have no scientific basis and cannot be proved in science. Nevertheless, its relevance and popularity remain based on cultural and personal beliefs.

8. Types of Astrology:

– Vedic Astrology:
Astrology is prevalent in Indian tradition.

– Western Astrology:
Astrology is prevalent in Western countries.

– Chinese Astrology:
The Astrology System Prevalent in China.

– Mayan Astrology:
The astrological system developed by the Mayan civilization.

9. Remedy:

In astrology, various remedies have been prescribed to reduce the malefic effects of planets, such as wearing gemstones, chanting mantras, donating, fasting, worshiping, etc. These remedies are aimed at reducing the negative energy of the planets and promoting positive energy. That which is in the universe is also in the body. From this point of view, the planetary constellations of the universe also affect the body.
The pulse related to the right voice is said to be influenced by the lunar element, such is also the experience of the yogis that for the auspicious effect of the planetary constellations, other methods like Havan, Mantra, Upasana and Navratna Ashta Dhatu Dharan, etc. have been described in our religious texts.

They have also been described in the Vedas, the relation of the planet located in the universe to the body is as follows. In the body, the representative soul of the Sun, the mind of the moon, the blood of Mars, the speech of Mercury, the knowledge of Jupiter, the semen of Venus, and the happiness of Saturn are related to sorrow.  The effect of the planets in the universe reads on the body. If it is favorable to the month, it is good and if it is unfavorable, it has adverse effects on health and the body.  Therefore, by making scientific discoveries in Sanatan Dharma, the sages have given such methods according to which we can avoid their evil effects and get good effects.  Among the gemstones, the sun element in red ruby, the moon element in the pearl with white, yellow, and black light, the element of Mars in the coral, the element of Mercury in the green emerald, the element Jupiter in the topaz with a golden hue, the element of Venus in the white diamond and the element Saturn in the blue sapphire. Therefore, by wearing a gemstone compatible with the constellation related to that planet, it is described that by removing restlessness, illness, and disease related to it, strength and health can be obtained.

Similarly, in metals, gold, silver, copper, brass, bronze, mercury, and the elements of the Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, and Saturn reside. Which have auspicious effects.  Due to the presence of the sun element in gold, it provides strong energy and longevity. (Atharvaveda 16/261) That is why, along with other names of Surya, it also has a name Hiranya.

There is a Moon in silver, and hence, its name is also Chandranti.

Copper has the element, Mars,

Mercury is a fact of Shuk, hence his name is also Rasendra.

Similarly Mercury in brass, bronze, and iron,

Jupiter and Saturn remain the elements

In this way, in vegetation also, Apamarg, Yak, Dak, Khair Sycamore, Peepal, and Kush have the qualities and influence of the Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, and Saturn. The same medicine is used for the fulfillment and compatibility of the element lacking in the body. By praying through the mantras of planet worship, we establish a relationship with them. In this way, based on gems, metals, medicines, and mantras, we can get the compatibility of the planets of the universe in the body, so the sages have considered it minutely and made it a part of religion for our welfare. The purpose of astrology is not only to predict but also to guide the individual towards self-knowledge and self-improvement. It is an ancient tradition that has helped determine the direction of people’s lives for centuries

Peaceful perspective: mindfulness for health.

What jobs have you had?

Food is not life

The most important thing that nature has put in the inner mind of all organisms is survival, meaning the first goal of all organisms is to survive, so we do everything necessary to survive and advance our consciousness with the subconscious mind, and when we do this work, a chemical is released in our brain which is called dopamine and this gives us happiness Is. Meaning Mother Nature has arranged that in whatever work we fulfill our minimum goal, we feel happy. Such as good food, music, etc.
Then the natural question arises that then why do we like such food which is more junk and unhealthy because it makes us sick, so it should not be natural

But no matter how hard we try, we plan the diet, and in the end, the mind keeps running behind the test. The reason for this is also our survival instinct because no matter how much material progress we have made, we are primitive humans who live in caves.
At that time after getting food, there was no guarantee of getting food the next time, and once the food came in front of him, he was forced to eat more and more because who does not know whether he could not get such food tomorrow or not and had to be hungry for many days, and at such times fat is most important because it keeps us alive in the lack of food. We also like sugar more for this reason because it gives us the energy to work immediately.
You can see the small child for this, how much trouble it is to feed him vegetables or something good, the same chocolate, candy, or junk food he likes the first time

But there is also a reason for this because you see that there is a war going on between Ukraine and Russia, there is a war against Israel and Palestine, and the availability of food has decreased due to the horrors of the war, no matter how much progress we have made, but only one bad event can take us back to the primitive age. And long lines for food and starvation can be forced to see the horrors of death.
So no matter how much progress we make materially, it is in our inner mind that if we do not get this food tomorrow, then eat it today, and all our diet plans become zero But what should we do now, and how to convince ourselves that now the quantity of food is available in abundance and we will not die of hunger.
For that, we have to raise our level a little which separates us from other animals, we have to convince ourselves that we have not come to this earth just to survive, our goal is very big. One way for this is Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, which tells us that we can attain Godhood from the human body, and by moving on different levels, we can move out of the vicious cycle of survival and move forward on the path of self-welfare.

When we do pranayama and meditation, our consciousness gradually rises, then the system of the mind changes, and the pleasure that comes from good food or sex is automatically achieved manifold. Then external things do not affect it, that is why fasting, etc. was included in our traditions. So that we prepare ourselves slowly. If you consume the green leaves of peepal yourself in this series, then in a few days, as a result, the flow of electrical signals in your brain changes slightly, if you continue to progress in this way, then karmic bonds can also end, it supplies oxygen to the body It is not that one should meditate only for the attainment of God, it can also benefit in maintaining our diet plan, this is one of its many benefits. It is our journey from animality to humanity and tells us that our goal is not just to survive but to self-welfare, there are many ways to meditate, and you can choose from them according to you.

Bhagvat Gita said :

असंशयं महाबाहो मनो दुर्निग्रहं चलम्।
अभ्यासेन तु कौन्तेय वैराग्येण च गृह्यते।। 35।।

Sri Bhagavan said, “O Mahabaho! Indeed, the mind is fickle and difficult to be subdued, but O Arjuna, the son of Kunti! It is subdued by practice and detachment. So far, our efforts are on the surface and we try to stop the mind directly for not eating food or to leave a habit while the mind is not in your control

First of all, prayer –

1. Praying to God is the easiest and most suitable means, it increases the Sattva quality. The power of prayer is a tool that gives us inner strength.

2. Desi Indian cow should start consuming milk and ghee. This increases the Sattva quality.

3. Apart from this, the use of fruits and satvik food should be increased Whatever mantra you have received from the Guru, you should chant it or chant the name.

4. One should take 8 hours of sleep, but he should not take eight hours from twelve o’clock in the night to 8 in the morning, but try to get up by 6 o’clock, and slowly start getting up in Brahma Mahurat.

5. After that start doing pranayama and meditation, in pranayama, Anulom-Vilom, Bhastrika Pranayama can be done, after that meditation should be done. Start cow service, spend some time in the cowshed.

This will increase your Sattva quality. You can also start activities like donating to the deserving. Gradually, you will be able to balance sattvic qualities with your tamasic and majestic qualities

यत्ब्रह्माण्डेतत्पिंडे

What’s the oldest things you’re wearing today?

The human body: A polygraph machine.

Measuring with your fingers, what is in this 96-finger-long human body is more than astonishing and mysterious. Our human body is based on breath, every part of it has its characteristics within itself, but we have never considered it. Although we are amazed at and evaluate things outside, we never pay attention to ourselves, or the functions of our body. If I had ever looked at it, I would have come to know how surprising to call and believe initially characteristic and functional our ordinary-looking organs are. With their help, we are living our rare human life

Uniqueness pervades our human body. Spiritual dignity and the subtle and causal entity of the body, which includes the panch kosha, the five pranas, the Kundalini superpower, the hexachakra, etc., is one aspect to consider their functions, but except for these functions, if we consider only the gross structure and its capacity, then everything looks wonderful in this area too. Vegetation, let alone human animal bodies, does not have those characteristics that are embodied in the small and large components of man. The artist has put all his art into its creation

From anatomy to the sensations of the mind and conscience, there is extraordinary work everywhere. If we imagine and look scientifically, we will find that the intelligence, skill, and hard work that Mother Nature spent in the construction of the human body was not done for any other body. Man is the most singular production of creation. There is no other wonder like this. It is the instrument and vehicle of the all-capable soul. The cells from which it is formed do not only contain animate atoms, but they have a storage capacity of up to 8 GB, so think how much capacity your body will have This increases the capacity and value of the human body even more. Solids, liquids and gases, water, oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon silver, gold, iron, phosphorus, etc., whatever elements are in the earth and whatever is not in the earth, other planetary constellations are there, all that is also in the body in gross and subtle form. Just as the roots, leaves, and fruits of a tree are present in a wide expanse, in different areas of the body, similarly seeing the powers of different worlds and worlds exist, the scribe had said, that all the powers of the universe are present in the human body

Sun, Moon, Jupiter, Uttarayan, Dakshinayan Marg, Earth, Water, Fire, Sky, Air, Electricity, Magnetism, Gravity, etc. are all in the body. This whole cosmic world is contained within this body. Today’s scientists also believe that the characteristics and capabilities that nature has bestowed on man are not available to any animal body of creation According to the Garbhopanishad, the human body has 180 joints, 107 marmasthanas, 109 nerves, and 700 veins. There are 500 marrows, 306 bones, four and a half crore hairs, 8 pals heart, 12 pals tongue, one pasta bile, one adhak phlegm, one kudvashukra, and two pasta meds. Apart from this, the best instruments for taking food and expelling feces and urine are installed in this body, which is not in any other body

surprising to call and believe in the human body.

When you look at the physical body, the skin is first seen. According to physiology, the skin weight of each adult person is about 9 pounds, which is often three times more than the brain. This skin occupies more than 18 square feet of space. On a rough look, it looks like a waxy paper stuck on the body, but a closer look reveals that there is a whole elaborate factory running in it too Its area on the body is about 250 feet. The thinnest she is on the eyelids, 0.5 millimeters. The thickest of the soles of the foot is 6 millimeters. Generally, its thickness ranges from 0.3 to 300 millimeters. One square inch of skin usually contains a network of nerves 72 feet long. If the length of blood vessels is measured in the same space, then they are also spread with a network of 12-foot-long nerves. If the length of the blood vessels is measured in the same space, then they will not sit less than 12 feet. These blood vessels shrink in winter and dilate in summer so that the balance of body temperature is maintained. There are usually 300,000 sweat glands and countless tiny tiny pores on the surface of the skin. About a pound of sweat comes out of these pores every day. The sense fibers scattered inside the skin, if placed in a line, will be 45 miles long

A special type of oil called ‘sewage’ keeps coming out of the skin. It performs both the functions of protection and aesthetic enhancement. Its pigment cells produce a chemical called ‘melanin’. It keeps on painting the skin with white, dark brown, etc. colors. The skin appears to be one, but it can be divided into three thick categories, the upper skin, the inner skin, and the subcutaneous tissue. The lower layer contains blood vessels, nerves, and fat particles. Through these, the skin clings to the bones. Along with aging, when these fat particles start drying up, wrinkles start hanging on the skin

The inner skin consists of nerves, blood vessels, pores, sweat glands, and oil glands. These nerves can be called a type of sense carrier telephone wires. They transmit skin-touch sensations to the brain and convey the instructions there to the ingredients. The skin never lies. A lie detector, a lie detector or polygraph machine, works on the principle that the changes in the electrical pulsations and tension in the skin as a result of harmonic changes caused by the concealment reveal all the secrets

If this much labor has to be done once, then it will have to use as much energy as it will have to be used to lift 10 tons of load to 50 thousand feet above the ground. The temperature in the body is due to the heat produced by the bloodstream. The world of blood circulation is so well-organized and important that if it can be properly understood and its appropriate policy can be adopted, a strong and developed long life can be achieved. Skin, muscles, and blood circulation system are not only components of the body institution are also amazing and unique. God has filled this human body of 5 feet 6 inches with so many surprises that it should not be surprising to call and believe in the temple of the human body.

Human electricity

What are 5 everyday things that bring you happiness?

You know ??

Electricity is everywhere, even in the human body. Our cells are specialized to conduct electrical currents.
Electricity is required for the nervous system to send signals throughout the body and to the brain, making it possible for us to move, think, and feel.

how do cells control electrical currents?

The elements in our bodies, like sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium, have a specific electrical charge. Almost all of our cells can use these charged elements, called ions, to generate electricity. The contents of the cell are protected from the outside environment by a cell membrane. This cell membrane is made up of lipids that create a barrier that only certain substances can cross to reach the cell interior.
Not only does the cell membrane function as a barrier to molecules, it also acts as a way for the cell to generate electrical currents. Resting cells are negatively charged on the inside, while the outside environment is more positively charged. There’s a slight imbalance between +ive and -ive ions inside and outside the cell. Cells can achieve this charge separation by allowing charged ions to flow in and out through the membrane. The flow of charges across the cell membrane is what generates electrical currents.

Cells control the flow of specific charged elements across the membrane with proteins that sit on the cell surface and create an opening for certain ions to pass through. These proteins are called ion channels. When a cell is stimulated, it allows positive charges to enter the cell through open ion channels. The inside of the cell then becomes more +ively charged, it triggers further electrical currents that can turn into electrical pulses, called action potentials. Our bodies use certain patterns of action potentials to initiate the correct movements, thoughts, and behaviors.

The art of drink water 🌊

In Ayurveda, the way of drinking water is considered crucial for maintaining overall health and well-being.
Here are some guidelines from Ayurveda mentioned in “Ashtang Hridayam” by “Acharya Vagbhatta” on how to drink water:

Drink Room Temperature Water:

Ayurveda recommends drinking water at room temperature. Very cold or ice-cold water can douse the digestive fire (Agni) and hinder the digestive process.

Sip, Don’t Guzzle:

Rather than drinking a large glass of water all at once, Ayurveda suggests sipping water slowly throughout the day. This aids in better digestion and absorption.

Prefer in Small Quantities:

According to Ayurveda drinking water in small quantities multiple times a day is better than consuming large quantities in one go. This helps the body to absorb the water more efficiently.

Avoid Water During Meals:

Ayurveda advises against drinking water during meals as it can dilute the digestive juices and impair digestion. It’s recommended to wait at least 30 minutes after a meal before drinking water.

Herbal Infusions:

Drinking herbal teas or infusions made from spices like cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds is common in Ayurveda. These infusions not only hydrate but also have medicinal properties.

Surya Namaskar: The  Consciousness science.

Describe something you learned in high school.

Observation and Learning from Nature:

We are in the midst of a worldwide Yog revolution.  For many, it is about health and well-being but that is only a portal that leads to the understanding of the self and its relationship with the body. Although the roots of Yoga lie in the Vedas, most read Patanjali’s Yog-sutra for a systematic exposition of the nature of the mind. The text is logical and it questions the naive understanding of the world. According to it, there is a single reality and the multiplicity we see in it is a consequence of the projections of our different minds. Therefore to obtain knowledge one must experience reality in its most directness.

Clock of twelve 🕛

Sun is the largest source of energy. For this reason, the ancient sages used to worship the sun. ‘Surya Namaskar’ means bowing to the Sun i.e. Sun Salutation. If you are starting yoga, then the practice of ‘Surya Namaskar’ is the best for this. It gives you the benefit of 12 yoga asanas simultaneously and that is why it is also called the best yoga asana. Yoga, exercise and physical movement are not only important to keep the body healthy but also to keep the mind fit. By practicing the 12 steps of Surya Namaskar every day, the mind becomes active and concentrated.  When should Surya Namaskar be performed Surya Namaskar is best if done at sunrise. This asana should be done on an empty stomach early in the morning while looking at the sun. The reason for this is that along with positive energy, the brightness of the morning sun provides many benefits to health.

Surya Namaskar is made up of 12 yoga asanas

1• Pranamasana

Stand straight facing the sun and join both legs, keeping the waist straight. Now bring the hands near the chest and make a state of bowing by joining both palms.

2. Hasta Uttanasana – (Raised Arms Pose)

Stand in the first position and raise your hands above the head and keep it straight. Now move the hands backwards in the state of bowing and bend the waist backwards.

3. Padahastasana – (Standing Forward Bend)

Now exhale slowly and touch the toes of the feet with hands while bending forward. At this time your head should meet the knees.

4. Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Equestrian Pose)

Breathe slowly and stretch the straight leg backwards. The knee of the straight leg should meet the ground. Now bend the other leg from the knee and keep the palms straight on the ground. Keep the head towards the sky.

5. Dandasana (Staff Pose)

Now while exhaling, keep both hands and feet in a straight line and come to the position of push-up.

6. Ashtanga Namaskara – Eight Limbed pose or Caterpillar pose

Now while breathing, join your palms, chest, knees and feet to the ground. Stay in this position and hold the breath.

7. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)

Now place the palms on the ground and tilt the head back towards the sky as much as possible while joining the stomach to the ground.

8. Adho Mukha Svanasana – (Downward-facing Dog Pose)

It is also called Parvatasana. For its practice, keep your legs straight on the ground and raise the hip upwards. While exhaling, keep the shoulders straight and the head inwards.

9. Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Equestrian Pose)

Breathe slowly and stretch the straight leg backwards. The knee of the straight leg should meet the ground. Now bend the other leg from the knee and keep the palms straight on the ground. Keep the head towards the sky.

10. Padahastasana – (Hand Under Foot Pose)

Now exhale slowly and touch the toes of the feet with hands while bending forward. At this time your head should be met with the knees

11• Hastuttanasana (Raised Arms Pose)

Stand in the first position and raise your hands above the head and keep it straight. Now move the hands backwards in the state of bowing and bend the waist backwards. During this time you will make the shape of a half moon. This asana is also called Ardhachandrasana.

12. Pranamasana – The Prayer Pose

Stand straight facing the sun and join both legs, keeping the waist straight. Now bring the hands near the chest and make a state of bowing by joining both palms. .

SPIRITUAL RESPONSIBILITY.

The Vedic texts claim to be Atmavidya, “know real I ” or “consciousness science” and they also provide a framework to decode its narrative, establishing its central concern with consciousness.  In the Vedic view, the reality is unitary at the deepest level since otherwise there would be chaos.  Since language is linear, whereas the unfolding of the universe takes place in a multitude of dimensions,  language is limited in its ability to describe reality. Because of this limitation, reality can only be experienced and never described fully. All descriptions of the universe lead to logical paradoxes.

People used nature as a way to find inspiration and establish spiritual connections. The interdependence of all life and the notion that the individual (atman) and the universe (Brahman) are one are central themes in many Bhartiya philosophies.  Agriculture:  In an agrarian society, existence depends on an awareness of the environment. For the community’s sustenance, Gurukuls imparted agricultural skills, such as crop production and the science of seasons.  Observation and Learning from Nature:  Natural phenomena were frequently employed as metaphors and symbols in the teaching of a variety of subjects. It was thought that one of the best ways to teach wisdom was by studying nature

Ramayana: The cosmos and the connectome.

What book could you read over and over again?

Ram – Ram – Ram

2 × becomes 5 × 2 × 5 × 2 × 5 = 1000.

By reading Ramayana with a true heart, the right path of life starts appearing
Life, definitions, beliefs, circumstances, everything changes according to time. If nothing changes, then the values of life, values and the struggle of life on earth as a human being make an identity of its own. It is this struggle that tests man’s patience, his honesty, his truthfulness and the relationships around him. There are hard times where life seems only dark One has to choose, pause and think and act with restraint.
If a person has knowledge of Ramayana then everything is easy. If you ever read it, every problem will seem small. There is a solution to every problem in life, just take the time to read it sometime. If you have not been able to read till date, then try to read it now. To inspire our future generation to read Ramayana. Friends, family, relatives, explaining to everyone that Ramayana has the ability to get out of all the situations of the world. I am writing this because this is the need of the hour, 80% of the total population of this earth is immersed in despair, living life as a burden In Ramayana, there is a story of God himself incarnating on earth in human form. And every moment of his entire life teaches so much to a human being that, the more difficult this short life journey seems, the easier it will become. There is a story of Lord Rama in Ramayana. The story of his brothers’ dedication. It is the story of Shri Ram’s dignity and sacrifice. Their mother’s long wait and dignity for her children is presented. It is a story about thinking of words or words as bigger than your soul.  There is a story of smiling even in Virah. The story of the end of evil and the king who lived the life of a saint. Only by reading Ramayana, man starts seeing all the paths of life.Ramayana is the essence of life.
Ramayana is the basis of life.

In recent years, several highly respected theoretical physicists and scientists from various fields have published papers, articles, and books…
these works have provided compelling technical and mathematical arguments that suggest the Universe is not just a computational or information-processing system, but a self-organizing system that evolves and learns in ways that are strikingly similar to biological systems. For example, scientists have recently emphasized that the physical organization of the Universe mirrors the structure of a brain.

One chant of Rama name is similar to chanting the entire Vishnu Sahasranama (1000 names of Vishnu) and if you say three times Ram-Rama-Rama – it is equivalent to saying 3 x 1000 Lord Shri Vishnu’s name (Vishnu Sahasra Namam) – Oh Parvati you will get more benefit than those Brahmins who chant Vishnu Sahasra Naam daily

According to Sanskrit texts there is a theory in which sounds and letters are linked to their corresponding numbers. According to

“RA” denotes the number 2
(YA – 1, Ra – 2, LA – 3, VA- 4 )

“Ma” represents the number 5
(PA – 1, FA – 2, BA- 3, BHA  – 4, MA- 5)

Thus-
Ram – Ram – Ram
2 × becomes 5 × 2 × 5 × 2 × 5 = 1000.

The glory of Shri Ram’s name has been sung throughout the scriptures, there is a verse in the Padma Purana

There is no doubt that the power that belongs to God is greater than that of the name of God. The waves of chanting the name go deep into our inner being. With this, the mind and soul become pure, power and power start to burn, the intellect starts developing, all sins are destroyed, the desired results are obtained, all sufferings are removed, troubles are eradicated, liberation is achieved, God-realization, fear is removed, but all that is needed is to take the name of God with a sincere heart and a pure mind

There are two kinds of mind, pure mind and egoist mind. That in which the thoughts of desires arise is an impure mind, and in which all these desires have been completely lacking, that is the pure mind. The mind is the main cause of bondage and salvation of all human beings. In the worlds, the attachment mind is said to be the cause of bondage and the mind without thoughts is the cause of moksha. It is only when the enjoyment is devoid of the thought that this mind merges. Therefore, the one who desires liberation should always keep his mind away from objects. After this, when the attachment to desires is removed from the mind and it becomes stable in the heart and attains the feeling of ecstasy, then it attains that supreme status.

The Magic

Anulom Vilom Pranayama is an ancient yogic technique that has been practiced for thousands of years. Modern research has shown that this practice has several physical, mental, and physiological benefits. Anulom Vilom Pranayama can improve respiratory health by increasing lung capacity, reducing inflammation in the airways, and improving oxygenation of the blood.  Anulom Vilom Pranayama reduces stress and anxiety by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for the “rest and digest” response. Anulom Vilom Pranayama can improve cognitive function by increasing blood flow to the brain and improving oxygenation. This can lead to increased focus, concentration, and mental clarity. Anulom Vilom Pranayama can balance the energy channels in the body, which can help to promote overall well-being. In Ayurveda, the energy channels are known as nadis, and there are believed to be 72,000 of them in the body.  Anulom Vilom Pranayama can improve cardiovascular health by reducing blood pressure and improving circulation. It can also help to lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease.

purpose of Saptrishi

They are the seven mind-born sons of Bhagawan Brahma who live for a period of time known as a manvantara (306,720,000 Earth Years). Throughout this period, they function as representatives of Brahma. As the manvantara concludes and the universe undergoes destruction, the Saptarishis merge into Brahman, and the responsibility of replenishing the Earth is entrusted to newly designated Saptarishis. These enlightened beings bring essential knowledge and energies to fortify the processes of transition (pralaya). Naturally, they stand as the most evolved “light beings” in creation and serve as guardians of divine laws.

The first group of Saptarishi had worked closely with the Adi Yogi Shiva to maintain the balance on Earth. The present Saptarishis of Vyvasvata manvantara differs from text to text. Probably because we have lost the original texts. According to Mahabharata, Shanti Parva 12.322.27-

मरीचिरत्र्यङ्गिरसौ पुलस्त्यः पुलहः क्रतुः |
वसिष्ठश्च महातेजा एते चित्रशिखण्डिनः।।

The 7 celebrated Rishis, Marichi, Atri, Angiras, Pulastya, Pulaha, Kratu, & Vasishta of great energy, who came to be known by the name of Chitra-sikhandins.”

Srimad Bhagavatam 8.13.5 gives different name of seven sages for Vaivasvara Manvantara-

कश्यपोऽत्रिर्वसिष्ठश्च विश्वामित्रोऽथ गौतमः।
जमदग्निर्भरद्वाज इति सप्तर्षयः स्मृताः॥

Kashyapa, Atri, Vasiṣṭha, Vishwamitra, Gautama, Jamadagni & Bharadvaja are known as the seven sages.”

The Saptarshis of the Vaivasvata Manvantara According to Brahma Purana, Chapter 3 are-
Manvantaras) Atri, Vasista, Kaśyapa, Gautama, Bharadvāja, Viśvāmitra & Jamadagni. Brihadaranyaka Upanishad mentions the names of Saptrishis of Savarni Manvantara which will be the next Manvantara-

“O King, during the eighth manvantara, the great personalities Galava, Diptiman, Parasurama, Asvatthāmā, Krpacarya, Rsyasrnga and our father, Vyasadeva, the incarnation of Narayana, will be the seven sages. For the present, they are all residing in their respective asramas.” During the onset of every Satya Yuga, Sapta Rishis come to earth and recount Dharma that is lost (by end of Kali Yuga all Dharma will be lost). This is mentioned in Chapter 31 Anusanga of Brahmanda Purana.

How Powerful Are They And What are Their Purpose?

Saptarishi, meaning “seven sages” are actually Brahmarshis. A Brahmarishi, a tatpurush compound of brahma, is a member of the highest class of Rishis, especially those who are credited with the composition of the hymns collected in the Rigveda.

A Brahmarshi is a sage who has attained enlightenment and became a Jivanmukta by completely understanding the meaning of Brahman and has attained the highest divine, infinite and self knowledge called Brahmajnana which means they have completely understood the meaning of Brahman. One cannot rise to the level of a Brahmarishi through merit alone, since the order was created divinely and is appointed by Bhagawan Brahma. Upon the passing of a Brahmarshi, they achieve Paramukti, liberating themselves from Samsara—the continuous cycle of life and death. The Saptarishi are praised in various passages within the Vedas and other literature. While the Vedic Samhitas refrain from explicitly listing these sages by name, subsequent Vedic texts like the Brahmanas, Upanishads, and Puranas provide such enumerations.

These Saptarishi are so powerful that they are capable of defeating every weapon on earth, can forecast the future, and are not influenced by the circle of life and death. In ancient Indian astronomy, the constellation of the Big Dipper is called saptarishi, with the seven stars representing seven rishis. Please note that The Ursa Major, Big Bear and Saptarishi are one and the same. Whether a person is in a worldly life or a spiritual life, he has only one dream or only goal that he should succeed in life. For which he also works and also prays to God. But even after this, there are no positive changes in his life. Due to this, the person starts losing faith in God and sometimes he starts showing himself as an atheist. In such a situation, we should not forget one thing God understands emotion, not language If the interest of others is involved in your success, then you will be successful in that work. Indian spirituality teaches us that the path to success passes through sadhana, sankirtan, and selfless service. If there is a deficiency in any one of these three, then we will face failure even after a million attempts. Therefore, one should meditate, sankirtan, and selfless service, so that one can get both permanent success and beautiful health in life
