Bhagvad geeta, chapter 8, verse 16 –

Purpose of Reincarnation:

According to Sanatan, the purpose of reincarnation is to provide opportunities for the atman to learn, grow, and evolve spiritually. Each life offers valuable lessons and challenges that help the soul progress toward self-realization and attaining Moksha. Samsara (संसार) is the process of passing one body to another throughout all species of life. Consciousness pervades all living beings, but it is only in human form that its active utilization is possible. Samsara, in essence, represents a transitory existence marked by impermanence, change, and the repetitive process of reincarnation or rebirth. It encompasses the complete sequence of earthly lives experienced by the atman. It is well-known that the atman is entrapped within the continuous “cycle” of life and death. Infinitely, the atman transcends from one embodiment to another, embodying the fundamental concept of saṃsara or reincarnation. According to Hinduism and Sanatan, the belief in the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth is known as reincarnation. Upon the death of the physical body, the individual’s soul, known as the atman, is believed to detach from the body and enter a new one.

The specific body the atman enters is believed to depend on various factors, including:

State of mind at the time of death: It is believed that the state of mind at the moment of death can influence the future birth. For example, a person who dies with a peaceful and virtuous state of mind may be reborn into a more favorable situation, while someone who dies with a disturbed or negative state of mind may experience a less desirable rebirth.

Unfulfilled desires :

Hinduism teaches that unfulfilled desires can carry over from one life to another. If a person has strong attachments or unfulfilled desires, it may impact their next birth. The nature of these desires can influence the circumstances and experiences in the subsequent life.

Karmic record :

Karma, the law of cause and effect, plays a crucial role in determining one’s future birth. The actions, intentions, and deeds performed in previous lives contribute to an individual’s karmic record. Positive actions and intentions lead to positive karma, while negative actions and intentions result in negative karma. The accumulated karma influences the circumstances and conditions of the next incarnation.

As per Shrimad Bhagavatam 7.2.41 :

“With time, every being receives a material body as per his corresponding actions.” There may be a question regarding whether the aatma immediately takes on a new body after death.
If a person dies an unnatural death, such as suicide or an accident, or has unfulfilled desires, it is believed that their atman may experience a different state or dimension known as loka, before reincarnation. The term “Pret Aatma” is often used to refer to the soul in such a state. It is believed that until the unfulfilled desires are resolved or the necessary conditions are met, the atman may not proceed to its next birth.

According to Shree Garud Puran 2.22.8

“One who dies by hanging, also through poison and weapon, one who commits suicide and also dies by cholera, etc. becomes a pret (ghost).” On the other hand, if a person dies a natural death with no unfulfilled desires, and if that individual does not attain moksha (liberation) for some reason (will explain when I will write on moksha), it is generally believed that their atman will go through the cycle of reincarnation. The reincarnation will be based on the karma of the person. Depending on the karma, an atman can take any of the following six forms of life-

◆ Aquatics:

This category includes beings that reside in water, such as fish, aquatic mammals, and other marine creatures.

◆ Reptiles and Insects:

This category comprises reptiles, insects, and other small crawling creatures.

Human:

Human life is considered the most privileged and valuable form of life in Hinduism. It is believed to provide the greatest potential for spiritual growth and realization.

Bhagavad Gita chapter 2, verse 27-

Samsara is a painful recurring cycle of-

Birth—> death’

disease—>old age—>

death—>Re-birth.

In Sanatan, the concept of heaven and hell is not seen as permanent destinations but rather as temporary realms of existence. The ultimate goal in Sanatan is to attain moksha, liberation from the cycle of birth and death.  Unlike Hinduism and Sanatan, religions like Islam and Christianity do not emphasize the belief in reincarnation. They generally teach that individuals have only one life on Earth, and after death, the soul is believed to go to either heaven or hell based on their actions and beliefs during their earthly life. Heaven is seen as a place of eternal bliss and closeness to God, while hell is viewed as a realm of eternal punishment.

Self Inspection

You get some great, amazingly fantastic news. What’s the first thing you do?

Know real I

If a man wants to make his life divine, noble, ideal, and great, then he should introspect every day before sleep and look into his innermost to see what faults and mistakes he has made throughout the day. Think about what you should have done. Catch mistakes, atone for them, take punishment yourself, and try not to do it in the future. No matter how clean, decent, and successful a person may outwardly be with money, strength, and clothes if he is dirty, weak, depressed, and unhappy in his conscience, he will fall. That’s what everyone is going through. The biggest challenges of 2024 that are coming are those associated with a selfish nature. Those who are becoming selfish today

A person is more unhappy due to mental grief-pain-work, anger, greed, and attachment than the sorrow of others. Today the style of thinking is reversed. One sees the faults of others but not of oneself. No matter how much one reads and writes, unless words and actions are one, the age of sages cannot be brought down to earth. A person exaggerates himself to another to gain fame, but in the long run, this is the cause of his ridiculous downfall Today the fear of parents, teateachersnd society has ended. Therefore, crime has increased a lot. One person grieves hundreds of thousands for his action, but the introspection himself catches the errors, and the wrong habits, and corrects and removes them. The most important thing for a spiritual person is to read his mind. The seeker must give up the temptation of praise, desire for fame, egoistic reaction, etc

If the conscience is right, then all work will be successful. The object that accompanies you in your next life is the conscience. Worldly tools will remain here. In the Vedas, it is said, ‘Kritam Smara’ – look at the deeds you have done. Internal surgery has to be done on your own. Constantly see whether lust and anger of lust are the same as they were before or have diminished somewhat. Compare your life with the sages and divine men, whether our life is like good men or animals. There is no peace and happiness without internal creation. In the next births, only the sanskaras of good deeds will go with you as property, nothing else. The person hides his faults. But nothing is hidden from God. God knows everything If one defect comes, many defects will enter along with it, and if one virtue comes, many virtues will come along with it. One defect is due to the arrival of a bidi-cigarette, then alcohol, clubs, gambling, sleeping late, indolence, laziness, lies, deceit, tribulation, riots, and many other defects enter the person one after the other. By adopting one virtue, getting up early in the morning, bathing, exercising, Satsang, Veda recitation, evening, then getting involved in worldly tasks on time, etc. many qualities are entered. Only those with pure knowledge can avoid faults. Those who do not give up the evil even after knowing the good and do not adopt it even after knowing the good are failures. They are accumulating the things that are going to be left out, the bank balance of that religion is zero

purpose of Saptrishi

They are the seven mind-born sons of Bhagawan Brahma who live for a period of time known as a manvantara (306,720,000 Earth Years). Throughout this period, they function as representatives of Brahma. As the manvantara concludes and the universe undergoes destruction, the Saptarishis merge into Brahman, and the responsibility of replenishing the Earth is entrusted to newly designated Saptarishis. These enlightened beings bring essential knowledge and energies to fortify the processes of transition (pralaya). Naturally, they stand as the most evolved “light beings” in creation and serve as guardians of divine laws.

The first group of Saptarishi had worked closely with the Adi Yogi Shiva to maintain the balance on Earth. The present Saptarishis of Vyvasvata manvantara differs from text to text. Probably because we have lost the original texts. According to Mahabharata, Shanti Parva 12.322.27-

मरीचिरत्र्यङ्गिरसौ पुलस्त्यः पुलहः क्रतुः |
वसिष्ठश्च महातेजा एते चित्रशिखण्डिनः।।

The 7 celebrated Rishis, Marichi, Atri, Angiras, Pulastya, Pulaha, Kratu, & Vasishta of great energy, who came to be known by the name of Chitra-sikhandins.”

Srimad Bhagavatam 8.13.5 gives different name of seven sages for Vaivasvara Manvantara-

कश्यपोऽत्रिर्वसिष्ठश्च विश्वामित्रोऽथ गौतमः।
जमदग्निर्भरद्वाज इति सप्तर्षयः स्मृताः॥

Kashyapa, Atri, Vasiṣṭha, Vishwamitra, Gautama, Jamadagni & Bharadvaja are known as the seven sages.”

The Saptarshis of the Vaivasvata Manvantara According to Brahma Purana, Chapter 3 are-
Manvantaras) Atri, Vasista, Kaśyapa, Gautama, Bharadvāja, Viśvāmitra & Jamadagni. Brihadaranyaka Upanishad mentions the names of Saptrishis of Savarni Manvantara which will be the next Manvantara-

“O King, during the eighth manvantara, the great personalities Galava, Diptiman, Parasurama, Asvatthāmā, Krpacarya, Rsyasrnga and our father, Vyasadeva, the incarnation of Narayana, will be the seven sages. For the present, they are all residing in their respective asramas.” During the onset of every Satya Yuga, Sapta Rishis come to earth and recount Dharma that is lost (by end of Kali Yuga all Dharma will be lost). This is mentioned in Chapter 31 Anusanga of Brahmanda Purana.

How Powerful Are They And What are Their Purpose?

Saptarishi, meaning “seven sages” are actually Brahmarshis. A Brahmarishi, a tatpurush compound of brahma, is a member of the highest class of Rishis, especially those who are credited with the composition of the hymns collected in the Rigveda.

A Brahmarshi is a sage who has attained enlightenment and became a Jivanmukta by completely understanding the meaning of Brahman and has attained the highest divine, infinite and self knowledge called Brahmajnana which means they have completely understood the meaning of Brahman. One cannot rise to the level of a Brahmarishi through merit alone, since the order was created divinely and is appointed by Bhagawan Brahma. Upon the passing of a Brahmarshi, they achieve Paramukti, liberating themselves from Samsara—the continuous cycle of life and death. The Saptarishi are praised in various passages within the Vedas and other literature. While the Vedic Samhitas refrain from explicitly listing these sages by name, subsequent Vedic texts like the Brahmanas, Upanishads, and Puranas provide such enumerations.

These Saptarishi are so powerful that they are capable of defeating every weapon on earth, can forecast the future, and are not influenced by the circle of life and death. In ancient Indian astronomy, the constellation of the Big Dipper is called saptarishi, with the seven stars representing seven rishis. Please note that The Ursa Major, Big Bear and Saptarishi are one and the same. Whether a person is in a worldly life or a spiritual life, he has only one dream or only goal that he should succeed in life. For which he also works and also prays to God. But even after this, there are no positive changes in his life. Due to this, the person starts losing faith in God and sometimes he starts showing himself as an atheist. In such a situation, we should not forget one thing God understands emotion, not language If the interest of others is involved in your success, then you will be successful in that work. Indian spirituality teaches us that the path to success passes through sadhana, sankirtan, and selfless service. If there is a deficiency in any one of these three, then we will face failure even after a million attempts. Therefore, one should meditate, sankirtan, and selfless service, so that one can get both permanent success and beautiful health in life

100% water 💦

What’s your favorite thing to cook?

Chemistry: Some important principles related to chemistry are found in the Vedas. These include the origin of water, the importance of water, the properties of water, the distinctions of water, the various metals created by water, their mixture, their diverse uses, salts, water, and the use of gemstones as medicine. etc

Origin of Water: Atharvaveda says that water has both Agni (Oxygen) and Soma (Hydrogen), here it should be kept in mind that in the Vedas, the words Agni, Mitra, Vaishvanar Agni, and Matrishva, etc. have been used for oxygen. For hydrogen, the words Soma, Jal, Aap, Salil, Varuna, etc. have been used. In a mantra of Atharvaveda, it is said that Matrishva Vayu (Oxygen) enters water.

The Rig Veda says that Vaishvanara fire is present in water.

Sutra of Water: In a mantra of Rigveda, the formula of water has been given that water is obtained by the combination of Mitra and Varuna.

मित्रं हुवे पूतदक्षं वरुणं च रिशादसम् ।
(ऋग्० 1.2.4)

For the attainment of water, I take the friend of sacred energy (oxygen) and Varuna (hydrogen) which destroys blemishes. In the mantra, oxygen and hydrogen are indicated by the words Mitra and Varuna, but there is no clear indication of their quantity. According to science, water is obtained by placing 2 molecules of hydrogen gas and 1 molecule of oxygen in a vessel and passing an electric wave in it

This point has been explained in the four mantras of the Rigveda (Rigs 7.33.10 to 13). These mantras say that in a Kumbh, the sand semen of Mitra, and Varuna, particles were poured in the appropriate quantity at the same time, and from that Agastya and Vasishta Rishi were born. For this purpose, a flow of electricity (Vidyut jyotih) was released. Agastya and Vasishta were born from the mind of Urvashi (Vidyut), that is, both of them are the sons of Manas of Urvashi.

The mantra clearly states that water (Vasistha) originated from Mitra and Varuna. It has also been clarified that unless they are created fickle by electric current, water will not form. The mantras indicate Kumbh and (Test-tube). Therefore, Agastya is said to be born of Kumbhaj or pot. The word Urvashi means electricity, as it pervades the Uru (vast area). In the mantras, there is a clear instruction of Urvashi and Vidyut Jyoti along with Mitra (Oxygen) and Varuna (Hydrogen) (Electric current). It also means to say Manasputra that not from Urvashi’s stomach but by coming in contact with her, the semen of Mitra Varuna came out and he turned into water. Among the mantras, the names Agastya and Vasistha stand for water.

(ऋ० 7.33.11 to 13)

In the mantras, the placing of two gases in one place, transmitting electricity, testing in a vessel, the origin of water, and the propagation of this sutra by Agastya Rishi are also clearly indicated

That is why Agastya is called Kumbhaja (born from the pot) and Vasistha is called Maitravaruna (son of Mitra-Varuna).

Mitra- Varuna Vrishtikar:

This process of origin of water in space goes on continuously, due to which rain occurs. In Yajurveda and Shatapatha Brahmana, it has been explained how the water of the sea, etc. evaporates and goes up into the sky through the air. There, when oxygen and Neptune (hydrogen) interact with electricity, clouds are formed and they cause rain. If there is no contact between Mitra and Varuna, then there will be no clouds and no rain. In Yajurveda and Shatapatha Brahmana, clouds are said to be a subtle form of water (bhasma)

So learn to respect water, it is not just a combination of hydrogen and oxygen, it is alive, its life. It should be taught during school days, it is our misfortune that there is no awareness in the world on this subject

How It Connects You With The Cosmos?

What is a mantra?

The term “mantra” originates from two Sanskrit roots, namely ‘manas’ which signifies the mind, and ‘tra’ which denotes an instrument. Essentially, a mantra functions as a tool of the mind, producing a potent sound or vibration that facilitates deep meditation. In mantra yoga, faith and devotion to the mantra’s deity are crucial elements that unlock its transformative potential.

How does a mantra come into existence?

In a dialogue between Bhagawan Shiva and Maa Parvati, Parvati raised a question about people’s unawareness of their ignorance. She asked, “What can they do?” In response, Shiva emphasized the importance of staying connected to the universal energy, the ultimate source of wisdom. He explained, “For the source possesses all the knowledge that anyone seeks.” Shiva revealed, “The simplest way is to choose any sound from my damaru.” He explained that everything in its current existence originated from those very sounds. Thus, the mantras came into being through the resonance of Shiva’s damru.

Mantras and their nomenclature

The mantras containing letters twice or thrice the bija mantras should be repeated like a Mala Mantra.
” AUM ॐ ” the basic bija mantra is also described, it said that a single letter mantra (Pranava) is to be chanted a million times.

दशलक्षजपादेकवर्णो मन्त्रः प्रसिध्यति ।। 293.23 ।।

A mantra consisting single letter bears fruit after repetition for Ten lakh (a million) times.

How does the mechanism of a mantra operate?

To comprehend this, it is necessary to understand the functioning of the universe and the human mind.
Every utterance and thought we express possesses the potential to impact our lives and the lives of others. Words of encouragement, spoken at the opportune moment, can serve as lifelong inspiration, while unkind and hostile words can leave lasting scars. Even the conversations that transpire within our minds can significantly alter our self-perception and our perception of others.

The universe, too, can be envisioned as a living entity comprised of numerous interconnected components. Each planet functions as a vital element within this expansive cosmic organism. Though seemingly insignificant, every constituent holds importance. Just as removing individual grains of sand gradually depletes a heap, each entity, no matter how minute, contributes to the entirety. Correspondingly, both positive and negative words can impact every individual and aspect of the universe. The inception of the ancient discipline of mantras was not a random occurrence.

Enlightened sages of the past recognized that both the human mind and the universe endure a constant barrage of words, encompassing both positivity and negativity. They understood that by amalgamating specific words together and forming mantras, they could exert influence over our lives and even shape the fabric of the universe itself. Moreover, the energy emanating from mantras is intended to attract the attention of the universal energy, thereby establishing a connection.
Mantra yoga serves as a pathway for strengthening our bond with this cosmic force. The science of mantras posits that by utilizing the appropriate words to train our minds, enhance our focus, and align ourselves with the divinity pervading the universe, we can transcend the negative tendencies that impede our progress. By harnessing the power of mantras, we can overcome obstacles and rise above limitations.
Every mantra encompasses three essential components, known as limbs or “Angas”:

1. Devata:
This refers to the deity who is revered and praised by the mantra.

2. Rishi:
The seer or sage to whom the mantra was originally revealed.

3. Chandah:
The specific meter or poetic structure in which the mantra is composed.

Solar Cloud ☁️

What’s the thing you’re most scared to do? What would it take to get you to do it?

Life is nothing but a cycle of – DUST TO DUST.

Did you know that about 1000 skin cells fall every hour from every square centimeter of your body? Now if the average surface area of an adult person’s body is considered to be 2 square meters, it means that every hour about 20 million cells leave your body and merge in the environment, in a year this figure crosses 180 billion. That is, every year, the number of lifeless cells released from your body is far greater than the total number of stars present in the Milky Way sky. Look at the filament dust waving on the wave of light coming from the window of your house. More than half of this dust comes from the cells in your body

By destroying these lifeless cells, microorganisms called dust mites thrive, whose size is 10 times smaller than an ant. It may not be possible for you to see them with your eyes, but there are currently more than 10 million dust mites on your bedsheet, which survive, reproduce, sometimes give you itching or allergies and happily live on your bedsheet or the dust of your house as their entire universe. The dust of your house contains lifeless cells, and dandruff in your and your pet’s body. Apart from this, cement powder released from industries, soil produced by the wear of rocks, sand, ash from volcanoes, and textile fibers including coal residues is also found in this dust. Like fingerprints, we all have a unique pattern in the dust of our house. In the future, it is expected that forensic experts will be able to solve many unsolved cases by analyzing the dust on the spot. Isn’t that awesome?  What is even more amazing is that not only this world but also the remains of the worlds beyond the earth are included in this dust A star far heavier than our Sun forms heavier elements – from oxygen, carbon to iron – at its center at the end of its lifetime. At the end of the Sun’s age, it becomes a supernova and with a huge explosion, these organic elements formed in its core are scattered far and wide in the universe and become dust clouds and keep moving in space.

The Earth, which revolves around the center of the Milky Way sky, often passes through these clouds and the rare elements present in these clouds enter the Earth’s atmosphere.  It may be that in the early days of the Earth, the organic elements necessary for life formation reached the Earth from such a dust cloud. And those elements may have started the process of life on Earth. Even today, 40,000 tonnes of such dust enters the earth’s atmosphere every year. In a maximum of 10 years, this dust settles and mixes well in the atmosphere due to the Coriolis effect of the earth and often a fine part of this solar dust enters your home and becomes part of the dust of your house
Pick up the dust of your house with your palm and look at this dust carefully. In this dust, there is Earth as well as the netherworld…There is a part of daily life in it, and there is also a part of public life…There is life in this dust, and also biological death…
The remains of the astral to the vast universe are imprisoned in your grasp in the form of this dust. A life that began with dust will one day be reduced to dust

The lottery of solar energy

What would you do if you won the lottery?

Fuel that tha sun uses to produce energy according ved..

The Universe is a really vast and complex place that, in many ways, we still don’t understand.
But let’s have a look at the possibilities in the vast Universe and our understanding of it. We exist on this relatively tiny rock called Earth, floating around a relatively average star, the sun, and with the help of modern technology, we’ve only just begun to explore even a tiny part of the space that surrounds us. Vedas or science do not talk about multiverses, if science does so it is just an assumption for a particular theory like a hologram or parallel universe. But yeah Vedas and science do know about multi universes. Our Scriptures describe infinite different universes, they have described many universes and parallel universes within, earlier science was not capable of grasping it, but now they accept the possibilities of parallel universes within the universe (read hologram theory).

According to Vedic physics, space inside our universe is multidimensional. There are 64 main dimensions and each dimension is further divided into many sub-dimensions. Since the inhabitants of the earth can only perceive three dimensions, their senses have no access to many other realms of universal reality. Therefore, we are unable to perceive many other planets and their inhabitants. Furthermore, there are other planets that we can perceive but at the same time, we cannot see their inhabitants. According to Vedic physics, different planetary levels have different time scales. The relativity of time is elaborately described in the Vedic literature.

The Sun’s Surface is Described as a Honeycomb with the Golden Light of Honey.

Modern Scientists Proving Upnishads Right Where;

A recent picture of the Sun’s surface taken by the largest solar telescope of NASA Shows that the Sun’s surface looks like a honeycomb. But Chandogya Upanishad in its third Adhyaay mentions something similar; the Sun as ‘honey of the gods’ (देवमधु).

असौ वा आदित्यो देवमधु तस्य
द्यौरेवतिरश्चीनवंशोऽन्तरिक्षमपूपो मरीचयः पुत्राः ॥ ३.१.१

Meaning: The sun over there is honey to the gods. Heaven is the crossbeam, the mid-region is the beehive, and the rays are the eggs.

Fuel that tha sun uses to produce energy according ved..

Why we should read veda, puran? If we r students of science ?

until the year 1938 that Western scientists finally figured out the mechanism of Solar energy generation. According to the Vayu Purāņa (2.38.141-142), udaka (and its Sanskrit synonyms vāri, vṛṣți, ambhas, arṇava and apa) is the fuel that the Sun.

tasmādudakam sūryyasya tapato’ti hi kathyate

nāvṛṣṭyā tapate sūryo nāvṛṣṭyā pariviṣyate

nāvṛṣṭya paricinvanti vāriņā dīpyate raviḥ

tasmādapaḥ piban ya vai dipyate ravirambare

It is said that hydrogen (udaka) is the source of the Sun’s heat. When there is a lack of hydrogen (vṛṣṭi), the Sun will neither be hot, nor able to shine, nor able to cause evaporation of water. Sun shines in the sky because of consuming hydrogen (apaḥ) (Vāyu Purāņa 2.38.141-142). These verses are also found in the Visņu, Brahmaṇḍa, Kurma and other urāņas. The Sanskrit word udaka, and its synonyms, are generally translated as water, but we interpret them as hydrogen in this context because:

(1) Since the Purāņas recognized that the Sun maintains an enormous energy output for billions of years, it is clear that the mechanism of Solar energy generation can’t be based on water itself.

(2) The Puranic date for the formation of the Sun is stunningly accurate (as shown in previous sections).

(3) The Purāṇas accurately describe the Sun’s future expansion into a Red Giant and its ejection

Idea of nature life.

Come up with a crazy business idea.

There is a beautiful verse in the Skanda Purana.

Ashvatthamekam pichumandamekam
Nyagrodhamekama dasa chinchinikaan.
kapitthabilvā’malakatrayāncha
pañcā’mramuptvā nārakāṇa paśyet||

AshvatthaH = Peepal (absorbs 100% carbon dioxide)

Pichumandah = Neem (absorbs 80% carbon dioxide)

NygrodhaH = Banyan tree (absorbs 80% carbon dioxide)

Chinchini = Tamarind (absorbs 80% carbon dioxide)

KapitthaH = Kavit (absorbs 80% carbon dioxide)

BilvaH = Bael (absorbs 85% carbon dioxide)

Amalaka = Amla (absorbs 74% of carbon dioxide)

Amrah = Mango (absorbs 70% carbon dioxide)
(Upti = planting)

Whoever cares for these trees and takes care of them, negative energy does not come near him. Positive energy increases your enthusiasm and enthusiasm.  Due to not following this lesson, we are suffering from many diseases in the form of this situation today. Today asthma is very much troubled by viruses, pollution, and climate change is accelerating new transformation. Therefore, all the measures necessary have to be accepted by man at a personal level. Dependency on the government is laziness. We can still correct our mistake. If the citizens of Western countries do not change their lifestyle, then they should be prepared for big losses, it is also accepted as a warning, then there is no harm. Understanding and following the rules of diet is the need of the day

The problem of drought is increasing due to the closure of trees like peepal, banyan, and neem. All these trees increase the amount of oxygen in the atmosphere. Also, reduces the temperature of the earth. There was a tradition of worshiping trees in Indian spiritual culture, today’s modern illiterate people consider this method as superstition and immediately started planting eucalyptus trees on both sides of the road by keeping their distance from these trees in the circle of culture. Eucalyptus grows quickly but these trees are planted to dry out marshy land. These trees cause the water level of the earth to fall. In the last 40 years, the environment has been damaged by planting eucalyptus trees in abundance.

the Indian scriptures, Peepal has been called the king of trees.

The tree in whose root it is to build, nurture, and eliminate all these qualities and all the energies reside on the leaf and leaf of that tree, salutations to the king of such trees, Peepal, in the coming years, if a peepal, bad, neem, etc. tree will be planted at every 500 meters apart, Only then will this world be pollution free. Basil plants will have to be planted in homes. We need to start a campaign from today itself to get plenty of natural oxygen in our future

To be completely healthy.

Is your life today what you pictured a year ago?

The state between birth and death is called life. Before understanding life, it is necessary to understand the causes of birth and death. Due to this, our organism travels at different life levels. Why birth and death? When? How and where does it happen? Who operates and controls it and how? Why is not everyone’s lifestyle, intellect, thinking, conscience, emotion, rituals, priorities, objectives, needs, and the cause of life and death the same? Why do the best doctors’ efforts and life-giving medicines become ineffective after death? Why is the body burnt, buried, or destroyed by any other ritual after death

Everyone should ask themselves, “Who am I?” Where do I come from? How and why did I get human birth? Why doesn’t everyone have the same conditions and environments in human life? Why isn’t everyone the same age? If one’s intellect, mind, senses, and body are fully developed, why are some born underdeveloped, unbalanced, handicapped, or unhealthy? Why is birth accompanied by the coincidence or separation of family, society, religion and culture, circumstances, scope of work, and various events affecting life? Almost all living beings know how to run life. But how to make life meaningful is possible only in human life. Man is the only creature in the universe who, along with the five senses, attains the highest state of mind, brain, consciousness, and conscience, in which the maximum development of life is possible. For this reason, a human being can live his life by recognizing his capabilities thinking rightly, and making a goal in life accordingly.

You can’t find the answers to all these questions. The only option left is the search within. The more discoveries and research are done outside, the more changes are made within our bodies. therefore
Human life is precious. The more valuable the thing is, the one who uses it is the truly knowledgeable. For a cup of tea that is available for five rupees, there is no understanding to pay a thousand rupees. Not all those people fall into the category of wise people who know that such and such tendency is injurious to their health or life, yet do not avoid them, and those who know that such and such tendency brings peace, relieves stress, brings fearlessness, good health, yet ignores them. We have to ponder whether we are not misusing and wasting such invaluable capacities acquired in the form of human life in unnecessary work. Aren’t you wasting the human vagina in vain, so that you will regret your stupidity in the future? Unless our abilities are properly utilized, the causes of suffering and disease will not be understood

Before studying the basic principles of health and before discussing the various factors affecting health, what is health and what can be the causes of diseases? It is necessary to know and understand them so that a lifestyle can be adopted following health and the causes of disease can be avoided as much as possible. Death does not require the bite of a hundred snakes. A person bitten by a snake can also sometimes die. In the same way, sometimes our mistake or neglect which seems very small also becomes a major cause of disease in the future and destroys the happiness and joy of life forever.

Healthy means disease-free life, wellness, the coordination of body, mind, and self-motivation.

Every person must reflect on the state of his health. Whatever things are under his control, he should try to make his lifestyle according to it. But today, while advising health or diagnosing the disease, often no doctor or health expert analyses the various factors affecting a person’s health in totality. The truth cannot be fully expressed. It is a matter of one’s realization. Whatever is seen, heard, narrated, or detected by instruments or tests is true. How can such a diagnosis and consultation made by doctors always be 100% true and complete, requires due reflection from those who wish to keep themselves healthy. Therefore, to stay healthy, a person’s awareness, discretion, intellect, self-reliance lifestyle, and regular review of oneself are essential for achieving complete health

Today, patients often do not think about the relevance of treatment while undergoing treatment. The doctor does not seek clarification from the doctor about their doubts regarding the correctness of the diagnosis and the side effects of the treatment. Without knowing the root cause of the disease, treatment is started. Today this medicine, tomorrow another, day after tomorrow, the third medicine. Today this doctor, tomorrow another doctor, day after tomorrow other doctors, sometimes this hospital, sometimes another hospital, sometimes another hospital, today one medical system, after a few days another system and if you are not free from disease, then do not hesitate to change how many medical methods. Due to self-awareness, indiscretion, and lack of right thinking, our thinking is affected by tempting advertisements, and crowds coming to doctors. We do not hesitate to become a laboratory of helpless, desperate forest practitioners. One of the main causes of most incurable and infectious diseases today is the side effects of wrong treatment in the early stages, which are hardly being noticed.

Our health is in our hands. Therefore, no disease is big. Your resolve is big. Your determination power will give you new enthusiasm. You have to live with the right routine. Purity in thoughts and sattva in diet are important. The basic thing is our basic right to live a healthy life, disc disease-free, medical life

The planting
