If you could host a dinner and anyone you invite was sure to come, who would you invite?
Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.
वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम्।
Indian culture has introduced the principle of the ‘family system’ to the whole world for centuries. which is not limited to mere animals. It includes every component of the variable-constant, inert-conscious nature. The harmony between human life and nature has been its motto, in which there has been a sense of being a part of nature that only as much as is necessary should be taken from it. Due to the creation of the universe from the basic elements like air, water, earth, fire, and sky, special attention has been paid to their purity and pollution-free in Indian philosophy and thinking. Our culture warns that environmental protection is possible only by maintaining natural balance, which can save us from present and future consequences. The respectable vision of coexistence with nature, harmony, and cordial motherhood is the law of Indian culture. Our ancient yogis lived in the forests and studied the thoughts of a higher level of life. We have neither had any conflict with nature nor our culture was created by ideas like conquering nature. Where there is a feeling of a victorious, controlled regulator, there will be a struggle. Gandhiji rightly said that nature has the means to fulfill the needs of all, but not to fulfill the desires. Indian culture prohibits longing so that the exploitation of nature can be stopped.
Throwing light on the Indian vision of the environment, the poet Tagore says that the forest and natural life in India gave a definite direction to human life, human life was in constant contact with the growth of natural life. He developed his consciousness from the surrounding land, he felt the connection between the spirit of the universe and the soul of man. This harmony between man and nature gave birth to peaceful and better ways of self-sacrificing the environment.
Indian culture has a special sense of environmental protection. Talking about living according to the laws of nature, Yajurveda says that looking at the beauty of the goddess of nature, and getting happiness from her, is the poetry of God in the embodiment. Atharvaveda says O Earth! All the small and big beings roaming on your earth, in which human beings are also included, have been born from the part of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul. May they get nourishment in the form of happiness from water, wind and solar energy.
According to Shrimad Bhagwat, we are all playing toys of God and a special purpose has been sent to make His creation beautiful. We are all brothers and sisters born of that one Supreme God, we are part and parcel of it. If this feeling continues, then there will be a spontaneous feeling towards nature and in such a situation there will be neither environmental pollution nor exploitation of nature.
Survey Bhavantu Sukhin.
Similarly, in Shanti Path, there is a sense of the importance of the environment as well as measures to avoid the terrible consequences caused by the wrath of nature. According to Shantipath, air should be a form of happiness for us. Parjanya Dev, who roars very well after drying up the sun, may also be happy for us and rain well. May the space world and the earth would be soothing. May water, medicines, and plants give peace, and may all the gods, Brahma, and everything else be peaceful. May the peace which is spread everywhere in the world, be available to all. May everyone experience equal peace?
In Vedic culture, which has divine faith in every component of the universe, the fundamental elements like earth, air, water, sky, moon, sun, etc., which prepare the environment, have been named deities. For the protection of these elements which nourish our body and life, it has been ordered to be devoted to body, mind, and wealth. Their purification, the sense of purity, and giving thanks are paramount.
The human body is a wonderful creation. This body is made up of five elements. Which is the origin of the Annamaya kosha from the earth element. Gravitational force is also the basis of this. The pranamaya kosha is made up of the air element. Considering the importance of the environment, there has been a law to remember the five elements in the morning. In the Vamana Purana, it is felt that the earth with its fragrance, water with its flow, fire with its radiance, space with its sound, and air with its tactile quality may also bless our mornings.
The hymn of Yajurveda also reveals the importance of the environment and says that for those who wish to accept moral limits, may this air be pleasant for them, and the water streams should be happy for them. Let the plants be happy for all of us living an ethical life. May the night be happy for us and let this morning be happy for us, O Creator! May the earth and heaven be happy for us. May the forest god be happy for us, and may the sun god be happy for us. It is clear from the passage of Vedic hymns that in ancient times, how much importance our sages used to give to nature and the environment. Nature nourishes life and a healthy environment is the basis of our existence, and the sages used to worship and worship nature in the form of a deity, calling it Parameshwari.
Environmental protection is an important campaign. In its direct form, the promotion of greenery, and purification of water sources, and in its indirect form the Yagya Abhiyan are innovative initiatives to balance nature and the environment, in which the voices of ancient sages are heard. Experience the part consciousness of the Supreme Lord in the various components of nature, then only a sensitive attitude towards animals and plants will be developed. It is our responsibility not only to use the various components of nature but also to conserve it. Leaving an aggressive attitude towards groundwater, forest, land, rivers, etc., pay attention to their development and behave with respect towards them. In this lies the solution formulas of nature and environmental protection, which our culture has been rendering since time immemorial
Each of us has unlimited potential and energy. So how do you know what she is like if you all say it? Do we know that we have that ability? Today’s blog is about how to use the many potential abilities that each person has. I meet many young people who are self-conscious and sometimes they discuss self-development. It has been observed time and time again that today’s young generation comes with a very limited mindset. This means that they are in their world. They live within their specific boundaries and are also experts in their subjects. One may call them specialists or rather they become specialists themselves. Starting to specialize is also good enough, as it opens your mind and makes you ready to learn. Many of us are not even aware of or even aware of the enormous potential we have stored in our minds. If you want to call that special quality a brain, it doesn’t matter. Because they are just two words mind and brain, it is true. And especially in recent times, neurologists have discussed that humans use only a very small part of their brain for everyday tasks, and that part is also good enough for our journey through life. But, there are many parts of the brain, that we still haven’t touched and don’t know.
There is a special reason for this. The human brain is divided into two parts. One is the left brain and the other is the right brain. Both of those parts have different functions. Its left brain is a very practical brain, which does daily activities – business, survival, how much to eat, and what to do it is the survival and practical brain. This is the left side. So the right side is the intuitive brain. He understands things.. which is a little above ordinary logic and an ordinary sense of causality. It is the right part. When a person engages in a creative activity such as listening to music, meditating, or doing art, the right side of the brain is activated.
Generally, in most individuals, the left practical brain is used. In some instances, the right, creative, intuitive brain is used for a few minutes or a short time, and then, it reverts to the practical left side. Because once the creative ‘input’ comes in, it becomes necessary for the brain to put it into action or see the result. And that requires practical work. This is where practical brain work begins. This intuitive part of the mind is often neglected. I call it the mind, but it could also be the brain. This intuitive part remains neglected. A man may be an expert; He may be doing very well financially, intellectually, etc. If he has to gather information for others, he may be a very good expert in gathering that information and using that information for his good and that of others. But the other part remains neglected, i.e. the intuitive part! Therefore, the brain develops from one side. The best way to realize the depth of your potential is to pay enough attention to the intuitive part of your mind.
What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?
Art of Listening .
Listening well is a magical tool for creating and maintaining wonderful relationships with yourself and others. Have you ever felt like you do most of the talking with people? Have you ever felt that people shy away from talking to you? You wonder why?? Even if you have the desire to help others. Think this has ever happened? That you haven’t been able to remember the conversation you had with someone? Maybe you talk more and listen less. The solution is simple – learn to listen well. Being a good listener makes you more accessible, friendly, likable, knowledgeable, polite, admired, and respected. Here are some steps that can enhance your listening skills.
Create a comfortable setting and opportunity to have a good conversation. To have a meaningful conversation with two or more people, it’s important to choose a place where everyone is comfortable. The other person should be comfortable with you. Have an open mind, which shows through your body language. Never judge anyone. We have no right to show favoritism or partiality towards anyone. We can never fully understand someone’s situations and circumstances, so it is always better to be empathetic and understanding. Be sensitive to the other person’s thoughts, opinions, and ideas. Allow them to talk and express their opinion freely. It is said that small-minded people only discuss other people, mediocre minds discuss events and great minds discuss ideas. Avoid backbiting and backbiting. Focus on positive things instead of negative topics and events. Speak less and listen more. We knowingly or unknowingly mistake talking for ‘conversation’. There is a difference between talking and communicating.
We should avoid imposing our thoughts and ideas on others. Differences should always be welcomed. It educates us, enriches us, and makes us more aware and informed. Those who know less talk and argue more. Humility is a virtue. A tree laden with fruits bows down, and a tree without fruits stands erect. Be calm, kind, open, polite, sensitive, and understanding of the feelings and emotions of others. Don’t let your mind wander and avoid distractions. Learn to live in the present moment. Instead of spending your energy focusing on what to answer and what to say next, just learn to listen. Sometimes, people just want to share or reveal something and we immediately start thinking of solutions for them. It’s not always about you. Don’t let only negative thoughts grow in your mind. Sometimes we have to learn to be different. By your thoughts, by your ego, and also by your laziness.
Silence is medicine.
Silence is a form of medicine for the human body. It is also a means of purification of the mind. The meaning of silence is not limited to speaking only with the tongue, but it also has to calm the storms of thoughts arising in the mind. Self-study gets this silent process done. Learn to use silence well at certain times in your life. Silence is very powerful, especially in conversation. Silence is not a sign of weakness but a sign of strength and confidence. Use silence to make your point, not to blame or prove the other person wrong, and to communicate well. It’s perfectly fine to remain silent and listen fully to the other person, even if they have mistakes in facts, speech, vocabulary, or anything else. Proving others wrong and finding fault makes you less likable and judgmental. No good can come of embarrassing others. We often try to fill the silence with talk and chatter, but that is not meaningful talk. A pause is perfectly fine and can pave the way for the next topic of discussion. Silence is useful for digesting new information, processing it, and asking questions. It shouldn’t be weird. This gives the other person time to do the same. We lose many good things in life like peace, time, happiness, and what we want because of one simple thing we are not ready with the answer. Just by empowering ourselves enough and using the power of saying no and not listening, we can gain immense respect, love, attention, confidence, and an attractive personality. Learn to listen to the inner voice that guides you and your inner spirit. Trust God. Everything in life is temporary and just a phase. Ask good questions Asking questions lets people know that you are genuinely interested in what they have to say. You get the opportunity to better clarify and understand the context.
If you don’t understand some piece of information, feel free to ask to elaborate or to repeat what you understood. It makes the other person feel valued, important and respected. Active listening is very important to have good conversations, developing close relationships, having good interpersonal relationships, and building relationships with people. Be careful not to hurt other people and ask questions that may energize them. Share your personal experiences with care. You get to choose what to share with others. Although sharing personal stories and experiences allow you to establish a connection and bond with others who may have gone through the same problem, sometimes this can be given to others or used against you. Then, it is too late to repent. Sometimes, offering examples to solve other people’s problems can be counterproductive because people are different, their circumstances are different, and their environment is different. Instead of rushing to fix the problem, learn to listen with an open mind and heart. Also, avoid pointing fingers at each other while having a conversation.
Don’t force what is right. Emphasize facts, and figures and say the right thing. This is not always important. Logic never wins over emotions. Trying to fit everything into a conversation and make it perfect makes you a bad listener. Learn to be patient, listen more, process more, think more, and participate in conversations diligently. Appreciate and value people. love them unconditionally. Empathize with them and care for them. Listening is an important tool not only for good communication but also for developing and maintaining long-term personal and professional relationships. Master the art of listening and you will be surprised how much you learn, how much respect and love you gain, and how much more peaceful and happy your life becomes. Personality development courses only teach us to focus on external things, inner development makes us beyond all these things. Listening more is also an art, which promotes the qualities of patience, and humility. If you make a habit of listening well, then the power of remembering increases
Which food, when you eat it, instantly transports you to childhood?
Only good food habits.
There is a verse in Rigveda regarding diet,
Of course, O men! Food which gives strength to the body, gives you joy, radiance, radiance, and happiness, and gives strength to the senses so that the senses are alert to act, that is what is worthy of consumption. Do not take such medicines (food items) or inanimate and stale food, which destroys the power to work, and produces laziness or intoxication.
Diet has a very wide impact on the human body and human life. Human life is not possible without food. The survival of the human body is dependent on food. Without food, there is no power in the human body and no body power. Diet has a profound effect on both the physical and mental health of a human being and the food consumed which is full of energy and fresh is called sattvic food. Oily, spicy, spicy, and salty food is called Rajasic food. Meat, rotten, rotten, is tamasic food. According to these three, there are ups and downs in them. Seeing the subtle effect of diet on the mind, the purity of food has been given utmost importance in our Indian Vedic life culture.
A distorted and irregular diet not only makes the body sick but also makes the mind restless and angry, lazy. There are many side effects of taking hard-to-digest, pungent, oily, canned, and stale food, due to which many diseases come into the human body. If seen, almost all diseases are directly related to diet in some form or the other. Nowadays, fast food and junk food are trending in the trend, due to which many new diseases are also flourishing in the human body.
Diet is a natural necessity of our life, so it is important to know some important facts about it. The main purpose of the diet is to fulfill the deficiency of the body and also to increase it. The baby whose weight is only 3-4 kg at birth, gradually grows into a young man of 15 to 16 kg, then this is possible only through diet. The human body keeps on doing some work every moment, even after falling asleep in deep sleep, the lungs and heart continue to do their work. As a result of this work, the burden of building the cells of the body rests on our vitality and this work is accomplished through diet only.
If due to some reason the body does not get proper food on time, then it starts feeling tired and weak and if this sequence continues continuously then the body becomes weak, weak and in the end, it becomes difficult to hold the strength and enthusiasm. Therefore, for the health of the body, to make it disease-free, to increase the immunity of the body, and to regulate the functioning of the body properly, a nutritious balanced diet is required. That is, a diet full of energy is important.
Maharshi Sushruta says,
Describing the general properties of diet, Maharishi Sushruta Ji, a scientist, and philosopher of Vedic culture, says,
That is, the diet strengthens the body, strengthens the body, maintains the body, and increases age, radiance, enthusiasm, memory, energy, and fire.
1. What diet should be taken?
2. What amount of food is acceptable?
3. When is it okay to consume food?
4. Why is it necessary to eat food?
5. How to chew the food?
1. What diet should be taken??
We should eat only those things which are nourishing to the body. It should always be remembered that food is a need for health, not taste.
2. What is the dietary intake?
No matter how nutritious and healthy foods are, they prove to be harmful if they are not consumed in the proper quantity. Therefore, food should not be eaten so much that it starts coming out of the mouth with belching, nor should it be eaten so little that the body does not get nutrition.
3. When is it OK to eat a diet?
Food should be taken only twice a day. It is advisable to have lunch before noon and the second dinner by 7 in the evening. In Ayurveda also there is a law to eat twice. By taking the time of your meal in a fixed and proper amount, the food gets digested on time. Therefore, food should be eaten at least twice a day, and that too when hungry. Eating now and then, apart from regular meals, taking breakfast several times is not good for health in any way. Regarding the way of eating and drinking, doctors and psychologists say that hunger is also of many types. For example, seeing someone eating and getting hungry for food. The urge to eat frequently in moments of anxiety or stress, or to feel hungry at the right time by biological rhythms. Experts say that the first two methods are wrong. Only the third method is correct, eating when you are hungry according to the biological rhythm. Therefore, food should be eaten only when there is an open appetite.
4. Why is it necessary to eat food?
The purpose of eating food is to make our bodies healthy, fit, and strong. The first duty of a human being is to keep the body in perfect health because this physical body is the medium for the attainment of all happiness. Hence food should always be taken to stay healthy and alive. Food is not just to be tasted. And we should not live to eat, but we should eat to be alive and healthy.
5. How to chew the food?
The answer is that the food should be eaten in such a way that the stomach has to work with the least amount of effort. There are 32 teeth in our mouth. It has also been said that food should be drunk and water should be eaten. Whatever food comes to the fore, that food should be eaten with a steady mind, a calm mind, and being happy. On the contrary, if delicious food is eaten with an irritable mind, then they also prove to increase diseases. Drinking more water while eating food does not digest the food properly. Similarly, by not drinking water at all, food does not become liquid properly. One hour after having a meal, start drinking water and drink a little water every hour. By doing this the food gets digested quickly. Leftover food should not be given or eaten by anyone.
Definition of a healthy person.
Eat less food than is necessary, and eat as much as is necessary; Because a person who eats too much cannot gain any strength by any means. After eating, he keeps looking for only digestible tablets and digestive syrup. Heaviness, indigestion, indigestion, etc. start developing in the body of the person who eats more than the requirement, and the body of the person who eats less than the requirement gradually becomes weak and powerless and hence whether eaten at home or outside: It should always be kept in mind that there should never be an undue load on the stomach, on the digestive system.
A healthy person wants to heal himself. The person who takes only healthy and useful substances in the form of food. Such a person eats not for taste, but for health. The simple relation between purity and purity of consciousness is with the diet itself. That is, it is related to the emotions contained in the food. What are the feelings of the cook? Then whether those who eat it are conscientious or not. The only one who is sentimental and has a mother’s love can prepare the holy food. Therefore, this food can be eaten only by those who do not eat it for free. Does not exploit others.
It is worth noting that the more goodwill we offer to others, the more our inner strength grows. Therefore the evaluation of diet is the evaluation of the development of consciousness. The nature of the emotion associated with food refines or distorts our consciousness. It is written in the oldest text of Ayurveda ‘Charak Samhita’ regarding diet,
That is, humans should eat food in limited quantities. It should be in the same quantity as our digestibility. Then the late-digesting and quick-digesting foods in the meal should also be taken care of. Foods that are heavy to digest should be eaten only half or a quarter of a half-full stomach and those that are light to digest should also be eaten less than hunger so that the digestive power remains good. The same thing has been said in the book ‘Bhavprakash’ as follows,
कुक्षेर्भागद्वयं भोज्यैस्तृतीये वारि पूरयेत् ।
वायोः संचारणार्थाय चतुर्थमव शेषयेत् ॥
That is, in taking food, fill two parts of the stomach with food, fill one part with water, and leave the fourth part empty for air circulation. This rule of taking food is beneficial for all of us and is a provider of strength and health; Because if we fill the stomach by laughing and being captivated by the taste of food, then its result is always very harmful. Such food never gets digested properly. Constipation and indigestion arise from this type of food. The energy stored by such food is also wasted and we become weak due to this. Therefore, one should not be subdued by the taste in taking food and should take simple and digestible food in limited quantity. For this, you must consume a diet for health. Not to the taste. For your information, the size of the punch of your palm is the same as that of your stomach. Overeating, late-night dinner is like poison. In the coming days, if we want to live life healthily to some extent, then all these habits will have to be abandoned. Make physical exercise a part of your life.
Do you know how happy you have been in your life? And sad? Perhaps instead of happiness, you will remember your sorrow. Therefore, the more you remember sorrow in life, the more you have to learn to remember the moment of happiness. Being happy is a precious gift that no one can take away, whether you are happy or not it is your responsibility alone, if your happiness is dependent on others, then you will only be sad, and disappointed in life. If you put the responsibility of making yourself happy on others, it is not only impossible but also the cause of sorrow. Because people have their agendas in life, but also unfair because no one wants to be burdened with an extra burden. So you discover, create, maintain, and nurture your happiness. Make a habit of being happy in your life.
Happiness is an asset that no person can ever take away from you. You are the master of your happiness. It keeps you safe from all kinds of emotional control, dominance, and emotional dependence on others. Learn to control your emotions yourself, not at the signals of others. Today we are sad because what does that person say to us? Therefore, mental health is very important. It gives us emotional freedom and it proves extremely powerful for success and living a full, balanced life.
Human society is conceived of a family, in which emotions are exchanged. Each other’s pain is shared. Respect is also given. Our family members, friends, colleagues, and others have a natural nature to have perspective, reasoning, and opinions on everything. Each person has different ways of doing his work, the workplace, the idea, the system is also different. It is very difficult to read the mind correctly. Even understanding your mind is a complex task. So, is it better what you want?
What do you want? It is very important to explore this question. Try to ask the question, what do you want? Learn to understand and express yourself. Instead of saying what you don’t want or listing the faults of others, be positive. Can you be happy by talking so much!!!! This sounds very easy to write but it is difficult to bring into discipline. No matter how difficult the path is, it is very important to walk. Get used to good things. Always be grateful for the kind gestures that people show towards you. Whatever is possible, accept people and express gratitude. This will make you count your blessings, resulting in contentment and happiness. Take free time for something you love: pursue your hobby and something you enjoy doing. For example, cooking, listening to music, writing, etc.
Don’t treat others what you don’t like. It’s perfectly okay to say no to something you don’t want to do but be forced to do by others. For example – postponing a task, consuming drugs, smoking, and engaging in screen time for a long time. Do not let these habits affect you and do not make your speech bitter. Accept others unconditionally: Accepting yourself as you are and accepting others the way they are will make your life easier
Unconditional love is your true nature: love everyone unconditionally, without any expectation in return. This is our true identity. There are many personal duties in human life that we all have to fulfill, but after a time, everyone has to build themselves and become empowered to send vibrations of unconditional love. This will remove all the negativity from your mind and you will always be in a state of happiness. Only a person who is at peace with himself and the world can keep others happy. A happy person creates a happy family. Happy families build a happy nation. Happy nations make the world peaceful. If you want to show the right path to the world, you have to change yourself. This blog is created for that
If light rays are collected at one place through Mr Atishi’s mirror, then fire is generated from it. Light consists of fire, energy, and electricity. Everyone knows the importance of these powers. It is through the magic of rays that the internal defects of a complex instrument like the body are detected. Everyone is familiar with X-rays today.
In 1664, for the first time, American scientist Dr Charles Towne proved that light is an even more wonderful and wondrous element. A gem of aluminium oxide in which a small amount of chromium is also present; When he converted ordinary rays into “laser rays” by this gem, his immense power was revealed. Just as no remarkable work is accomplished by purposeless thoughts and fantasies, in the same way, the scattered rays of light also wander about incapable and purposeless. When Charles Town strengthened them, their power became limitless. Today these strong laser rays are counted as the eighth wonder of the world. For that Charles Towne was also awarded the “Noble Prize”. Although these rays were also discovered in 1660 by a scientist named Theudar Simon. It is possible that the Nobel Prize may not have been given to him due to a lack of information about the process of use.
There are no two opinions about the power of laser rays. America has created a device that generates 500 million watts of electrical power from a single laser beam. The surprising thing is that this ray is very fine and thin. A glass lens as small as a centimetre to a thousandth of a centimetre in diameter is used to regulate and discipline the diffused rays. If even their power could be even more terrible. If minced, this power can be traced to the fact that the carbon which takes hours to melt into steam, the laser rays melt it to a millionth of a second.
It is like some magic and it compels one to think that not only Indian yogis but also accomplished great men of other countries make someone good in a moment. He was powerful with amazing powers, doesn’t human consciousness make use of this light element in that? Diamond is a very hard metal, it is difficult to cut it. Laser rays can pierce a diamond in – 1/50000 second, that is, if 50000 diamonds are placed in a row and a laser beam is entered from one end of them, it will pierce 50000 diamonds in a second. The blade will cut a hundred-inch thick wood in several hours, the laser will cut it in a total of 1/7 second.
Get vibrations converted into physical reality.
The benefit of this organized-disciplined power of light was also found in such operations of the eyes, in which even weapons and weapons cannot be touched. By this method, only the rays of light are entered into the eye and it performs subtle to subtle operations. It is said that in the Mahabharata period, there were such weapons, which were operated by mantra power and they used to work as per their wish, while their physical form did not appear. Narayan Astra, Pashupati Sudarshan Chakra, Varunastra etc. belonged to this category. Till now the theories of these powers in the Mahabharata period have been considered very effective, but laser guns have now proved that such instruments and such achievements should be fact not mere fiction.
It is said about Mr Sanjay Ji, the great reviewer of the Mahabharata war, that he had attained Yoga-Drishti, his third eye was awake. In the gland of the middle of the forehead called the agya chakra, Indian philosophers say that by concentrating the mind, spreading it in the form of electromagnetic waves, sending it anywhere, knowledge of things in any direction, weather forecast, listening from afar and so on. Many other miracles can be done. All these facts were confirmed on July 21, 1666, when America’s first Chandrayaan landed on the Moon and its commander Neil Armstrong landed on the Moon and installed a laser instrument there. With the help of this device, a ray can be communicated from one end to the other by making a wire-like medium, weather can be predicted, the distance of planets and constellations can be measured, and views of the distant world can be taken. And now it can also be used in medicine in such a way, which can be given the form of mantra therapy. The power of laser rays is more powerful than the atomic bomb and it is estimated that in a few days light science will completely change the way of today’s industry, social life and culture, so it is not surprising. . Light can be used even in esoteric things like knowing the thoughts of people.
In the chapter on Indian literature by Nighantu Granth (5/6), there is a description of 31 deities. All these deities are said to be departments of the same conscious being. Light is a form of the original consciousness, its many forms are still not known. The day its complete information will is available, for any living being living in any part of the world, the entire creation will be like a village in which there is less number of buildings and few familiar citizens reside. A similar entity exists in the human body, which is called “Prana”. Body heat, magnetism, radiance etc. are manifest properties of him. The subtle body made up of these pranamaya energies in the unmanifested form is filled with such amazing powers as laser rays, by which a person can wake up.
Anima (to make the body weightless), Garima (to gain a huge weight), Laghima (to become smaller), Mahima (enlargement), Pragya (acquisition of difficult things easily), Prakamya in the science of Yoga. There is a detailed description of the eight siddhis (wish-fulfilment), Ishtva (omniscience), and Vashitva (to subdue all).
The supersensory abilities that Western psychologists have discovered, they divide into parts.
Clare voyance means that information about things or events that is available without the general basis of knowledge acquisition.
Precognition (future knowledge) knowledge of future events without any valid basis.
Retrocognition: Information about unknown past events without any valid means.
Telepathy (idea-communication) without any basis or device to transmit one’s thoughts to others and to receive the views of others.
The basis of all these siddhis is prana sadhna, based on which the pranamaya kosha or pranamaya body is developed, controlled and utilized.
These facts may have been revered till now, but now science has started accepting and discussing those facts as well.
Prana is such a force, which can be fully manifested, then man can become the master of those divine powers that to the common man seem like great miracles.
Faith is a great power. If there is a deep faith in the mind, then even the most difficult path can be taken forward, and if there is no such faith, then the steps taken on any path in life start going on downward. The mind was terrified by all kinds of doubts. But if there is a belief in the mind that someone is standing behind you to help you, then man is not looking back to do any work anywhere and he can do that work. But if you do not have faith in your mind, then the place where you are standing, the ground is slipping under your feet, and you start to feel. Faith is the foundation that the mind needs, it is a strong foundation. Life is a strong refuge. No matter what the good or bad situation in life, faith is what helps a person to be courageous. To get ahead in any situation in life, one has to first learn to trust someone. Only then can a man move on, first to himself and then to the Lord. If there is no self-belief, no self-confidence, then man feels weak and fails on the way forward. So before you can win any race you have to believe in yourself, only then it is time to strive for it.
Now the question is who should we trust? How to recognize your strengths and weaknesses? How can we believe that we can do this work? There is only one answer to this, and that is that just as a small seed has the power to become a huge tree, so also within us the power to make infinite possibilities possible is innumerable, but in the form of a seed. If we do not believe in ourselves, in our strength, we will never be able to use those powers. Only by believing in ourselves can we make good use of the many strengths within us and make our personality strong, vast like a huge tree. Just as the seed has to face many struggles, many crises and challenges before it can take the shape of a giant tree, so too do human beings have to face different kinds of hardships, difficult situations and challenges to develop. If he does not believe in his strength, in his strength, in his ability, he will never be able to move forward. He will not be able to accept any challenge and overcome the difficulties that have come.
For that, one should fully develop one’s potential. We must learn to use them properly. For that, first of all, we have to undertake small tasks, through which we will realize our strength and then we should try to accomplish big tasks. It is natural to have doubts about the completion of any major task. It is impossible to work, such confusion in the mind, there is a possibility of it; But if we strive for it with self-confidence, we can pave the way for success by overcoming even the biggest obstacles that seem impossible, and make that task possible.
Know inner strength?
There are so many things happening in this world that we are surprised to see. It seems like nobody can do it, but somebody just does it. It takes a lot of patience, hard work, perseverance, perseverance and courage to do anything that seems amazing and impossible. People who rely on it and believe that it can be done can do it. The more one works hard and studies, the more one persists in one’s work, and the more easily one succeeds in doing it. Even if that task is difficult for others, it becomes easier for those who have the practice and experience to do it. Faith is a great virtue. If there is a strong faith in the mind, then one can easily walk on that path without fear of difficulties and calamities and one day he will complete the task which is not easy for everyone. Circus performances are performed one after the other, big shows are performed and the spectators hold their lives in their hands and keep on watching in amazement. They wonder how they can do all this work. But all this is the result of their training, their study, habits, hard work, dedication and self-confidence. On their strength, the circus performers take their lives into their hands and perform one risky task after another, the audience applauds and admires their skills.
Our lives are as full of challenges as circuses; But because we don’t have enough faith in our minds, we are afraid to accept those challenges. Even taking one step further, our minds are full of doubts. We can’t even believe that we can do something. We accept your defeat before we do anything. It is our weakness that hinders our development and does not allow us to move forward on the path of effort and study.
If we want to move forward, to develop ourselves, we must learn to believe and remember that the storehouse of infinite power within us is full of seeds. We need to awaken them and make them believe in themselves. These forces are automatically activated as soon as we believe in ourselves. In the life of a person who is full of faith, there are three main principles at work – determination, courage and victory.
Power of visualisation
While he continued to deny the supreme power of Lord Krishna in front of him, Arjuna continued to experience the infinite forms of that supreme power. He believed in them and fought according to their instructions, so in the end, he won the battle. Arjuna faced many difficulties, his shortcomings, his weaknesses stood before him; But the nectar of the song given by Lord Krishna further strengthened Arjuna’s faith in God. He knew the reality of life and fought with full confidence without any hesitation or doubt.
Man’s present-day situation has become complicated, the way of his development is looking towards him, But he does not know which way to go. Adversity came before he Are. In such a situation, he should keep in mind that these difficult situations in life are the only challenges he faces. He must never waver in his faith, no matter how difficult and awful the situation may be in front of him; Because if he believes in himself, then the power to get out of this situation will come to him automatically. This power is not outside, it exists within us, we just need to believe in it. If we have faith in ourselves, in the Supreme Being, then the path to progress will begin to widen.
The human body is the reserve of energy. This energy we spend in some form. The use of that energy is to do any work, if any work was at the mental level, then we put any energy into talking. Our human body is spent talking about maximum energy. We have to understand the effect of the word. If the word can give energy to someone, then a word can defeat anyone. Every word out of our mouth is a reserve of energy. Which appears in the form of positive energy and negative energy. Whatever the word we give to someone, the word is in any way we receive. This is the rule of nature. You get a hundred times more than you give. The human body provides the most word.
What is the energy in the world, your mental level is visible above? We call condemnation negative energy. What effect does the body have to condemn? It will have to know us. A rule of nature is that we should not condemn anyone. Behind this recognition, a rule of science works. There is an internal power in words. When we speak, they throw the words out with waves. When these airwaves fall into the ears of the listeners, they respond to favourable or adverse reactions according to the inner meaning of those words. When we praise someone’s flattering or admiring, the listener is happy and when we call someone abusive, it becomes sad, hurt or excited.
When Words are converting into energy??
Thus only use the words we impact on others. According to sun science, there are other types of air in the world, out of which there are five types of Vaayu (air) in our body, which are then placed in different organs of our body. “Udan” air lives in the brain and plays the work of the expression of speech. In the rules of nature, there is also a rule that ‘what will happen, what will be done and what is doing, it keeps the nature itself. Who is doing well or bad to make this decision, when we make a person’s evil or condemnation, then our act is interfering in the works of nature, and then he punishes us for it? Udan air, which expresses the expressions of our mind by speech, is a fire element, which consumes the nicely to burn the sin of the judged and turn it into the reversal condemnation.
Thus, the creator itself becomes a victim of their words. On the basis of this science, the brightness has said that never do anybody’s evil, because it has the reverse effect. Based on this rule (Confession) is the rule when there is a sin to humans, to avoid its influence, come to the church and accept the vocal speech and accept your sinner. By doing so, nature will forgive you in this recognition of Christianity, which is the fire element in the udan air, it is employed. When you accept your sin by speaking, the voice consumes its influence and you get sin free.
This is the word science behind ‘Confession’. Another recognition related to word science is that ‘we should never tell anyone their master mantra.’ Nor should we ever tell the auspicious interest and good work done by himself ‘, doing so, the power of our master mantra ends. It means to tell the master mantra that you gave your ‘password’ to someone- I e. gave it to the other. By describing your good actions, you lost some virtue. There is only a science-consuming science. In today’s era, we consider religion to fashion. Therefore, there is a lot of decoration in Gita, Satsang etc. to show even if true reverence. We donate a little but his hints beat more.
What do we want to be??
Enjoys us in the evil of others. The sin made by you hides in the bottom Lawner of the mind. And spell your qualities. In such a way, if everything is not peaceful in our minds, then how do you wonder? That’s why we should say that we do not want to speak. Our progress is in itself. The performance of your weakness is caused by the condemnation of you, which reflects the idea of a low level. If you have to jump at the height then make ideas high. The root cause of all our sorrow is the same, we all do not know our powers of ourselves. We have never thought about that. We live confused. We have forgotten that ultimate power is divine. That is why we are involved in any situation, it is not important. Important things are not what we are present. The most important is what we want to be?
Today the circumstances are being attacked severely and cruelly on the human race. We are becoming slaves of those situations. We are getting entangled in the entanglements. Today we have forgotten, our original form is to be as bright as the sun. . We are born so that we can make our dreams come true. A tree is made from a seed, keep the strength to fight the troubles.
What we need today is to recognize ourselves. To use our powers. Who am I?, What can I do?, Why do I want to be successful? What do I have to make me successful?
The answer to all these questions is not in any book, the answer to these questions will have to be asked by oneself, one’s self-power, one will have to search within. Winning is the reason to be successful. We are responsible for failing, it is not a crime to fail, taking the path forward, your determination, self-confidence, faith keeps you glowing. We will have to recognize
Will have to understand, What to mourn for in the past? To zealously make effort in the present, to face the future boldly, is the secret of a successful life. Because the present is the truth. The right to act is only in the present. Your future is dependent on your present. Efforts to find happiness in the present will lead you to success. You have to live a moment like that which is your last day. Dedication will give you hope to move forward. With which you will be able to face the problem fearlessly on the path of life.
Happiness and sorrow keep on coming into everyone’s life. Everyone’s circumstances are different. For this reason, less comes in one’s life and more in one’s life. What to regret now on the pleasures and sorrows that you have experienced in the past? No one can change him. Yes, you can take lessons from them by reflecting on the past. And by taking education from them, one can make a full effort in the present, so that the mistakes of the past are not repeated, and losses can be avoided.
What do I want?
Along with this, ‘how will the future be,’ this matter should also be considered with foresight and seriousness, and mental preparation should be done for the future. Because we cannot run away from the future, we have to face it. Worrying or worrying will do nothing. You have to have courage. Have to be patient, and make wise decisions, what is the environment around us like? How are the people? Who among them are our friends, and who are our enemies. From where can those enemies harm us? These things have to be seriously considered. We have to beware of those enemies and maintain a friendship with gentlemen. Will take the help of friends when in trouble, and will also help them when needed. In this way, you have to work with intelligence and courage.
The person who will live his life by this method will be least unhappy in his life, will get maximum happiness, and his life will be successful. What am I?, What am I doing?, What position am I in?, How am I? All these things don’t matter. Only one thing matters. “What do I want?” So be a good thinker, make your thoughts beautiful, you will automatically become beautiful
The conscience of human beings, listening and understanding, the same is true, the same is true knowledge. The disciplined man can achieve the philosophy and real knowledge of the truth. On the achievement of real knowledge, all the mourning and sorrow of man becomes self-resolved. Where there will be light, there will be darkness and where knowledge will not be sad. The lack of light is dark and the absence of knowledge is only sad. There is no other fundamental existence of sadness.
